overall we enjoyed our stay here.it was very clean and within five minutes from the mall and eateries.the only negative was the sofa sleeper would not let down but a very friendly maintenance man fixed it and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

I don't think of it as a three star. The room was okay, it's more of a family with lots of kids place to stay. Kids running down the hall, and the free breakfast the next morning was a disaster. The place was packed and the food was lacking, cutlery... it appeared they were overwhelmed. Needless to say, we didn't have breakfast but left quickly. We ate elsewhere.... Not worth the money we paid, that's for sure.

That hotel is in a terrible location, it actually reminded me of a homeless hotel in New York City. The rooms are tiny, the bathroom was about the size of a closet, my room was on the top floor with terrible access to the parking lot, because of the terrible area I didn't feel that my car was secure.

Very dirty floor and main reception area. Must walk outside in the rain to get to breakfast area/reception area. Bad layout.

We stayed in the 2 bed 2 bath suite, it was well appointed and very comfortable except the master bedroom smelled like stinky feet, the carpets looked clean. Breakfast and evening socials were great. The staff was so friendly to my family and our dog, it is a pet friendly hotel. The hotel and area is very quiet and the pool area is also family friendly and private. The staff let us check in early do to our arrival time.

I paid this hotel due to they offered me 2 queen beds and when I arrived to the hotel they just have 1 bed plus one small non standard queen bed, I couldn´t move to other place because everything was sold out and I rejected my RCI proposal because I needed 2 beds and they don´t have this and I paid more for this fraudulent offer!

First, this hotel is very close to shopping mall, Publix, Target, Costco, NSU, restaurants, etc. Everything is there at University Dr. although they are not in high quality. Hotel people are not bad. Hotel rooms on the 1st floor are nightmare. They are too old (not remodeled) and lack of furnitures. And bad smells too. The rooms on other floors are OK. The swimming pool with a spa is OK although they are a little too tiny. Breakfast itself is good but always susage and scrambled egg. No change. House keeping is OK. Noise from compressors of individual air conditioner and refrigerator is bothering. Fitness room is quite small (only 2 running machines) but it is good. Only a few people are using. Safety seems OK. 24 h coffee and tea service with snack is good. Guest room internet service is free and in good condition. During winter season old people are crowded as winter birds. I could see some dogs in the hotel isle. Overall this one is not bad.

We had a great time at this residence. The staff were very polite and professional this included the receptionists, breakfast staff and cleaning staff - our needs were taken care of by everyone. The pool was great always warm and plenty of sunbeds. Our room was like home from home, it had everything we needed. The neighbourhood felt very safe with local restaurants and stores nearby. The breakfast was more than adequate with variety. We found our room very quiet. We will deffinately stay here again.

Ideally located, good breakfast,friendly staff, roomy. That's where the good commentary ends. Hotel is very dated and more importantly the hallway and sitting area of the room had an overpowering odor. I now am treating a severe sinus infection due to my stay. It is a shame as this could easily be remedied by installation of new flooring which could be an inexpensive but tasteful selection. Hotel is ideal for a home away from home if these updates are made..

Hotel Staff is friendly. The hotel is clean. Beds are comfortable. Fireplace in the room was a pleasant surprise. Kitchen needs updating badly. Hallways smell old and musty. Pool looked nice.

We have always had a comfortable stay at this location. the staff is always accomodating and everyone seems very friendly. Our room is always what we expect. We are frequent travellers.

muy buena la atención del personal del hotel excelente

Estivemos no hotel por um período de 8 dias. Fomos muuuuito bem recebidos e atendidos. Todos do hotel foram muito agradáveis e prestativos. A única observação negativa é em relação a um cheiro proviniente do carpete dos corredores do hotel, que não era muito bom. Acho até que deve ser devido as portas ficarem fechadas. Mas nada que impedisse sua indicação. Ah, outro fato é que na internet eles dizem que possuem quadra de tenis, o que não é verdade, possuem uma mini quadra que tem linhas de marcação de uma quadra de tenis, o que não significa que seja uma quadra pra se jogar. Mesm assim, no geral, ficamos satisfeitos. Abraços.

hambre correcte bien que le sofa pour les enfants ne soit pas très confortable. Hôtel bien situé, proche de l'Outlet (but de notre arrêt à Fort Lauderdale). Petit déjeuner très moyen, pas de jus de fruits, pas de chocolat chaud et choix de pains très réduit. Hôtel correct pour un cout séjour - restauzant grill situé juste à côté où l'on mange bien.
