Was handicapped and they put us in the farthest tower from everything with many stairs to go up and down. The elevator was to far away to use.

Circus Circus by far the worst hotel that we have ever stayed. We paid for a mini suite, and we got a filthy room, with old dirty furniture, a very old dirty tv with a remote control that did not work. We requested a new room and the answer was we have no rooms available and all we could get was white sheets to cover de furniture to be able to seat down. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL YOU’LL REGRET IT.

We enjoyed staying at Circus Circus. The only thing it was difficult for us to get to the Skytower hotel. We are in our 60's and lugging our suitcases was an ordeal. We thought we were staying in the other part. Next time we will have to deal directly with the hotel.

We were a little upset that the Midway was not open as many hours due to it not being during summer vacation. It was the main reason we stayed at the hotel, for the kids to have fun. Checking in went well, quick and easy. We had to pay for Wifi though, we hadn't at any other hotels. The rooms could really use updating. The beds are not really that comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, however we had to push a little bar of soap under the tub drain to keep it up while showering, it kept pushing down and filling up with water. Other than that, the main benefit was that it was less expensive than some of the other local hotels.

it was very nice

I booked the room but my husband checked in one day prior to my arrival, not knowing what type of room I paid for. He was given a very dirty, smoking, standard room, instead of the non-smoking delux room I had paid for. When the sun came up, he also realized that the room had handprints on all of the glass, smears on the walls, garbage under dressers, A/C unit and tables, etc. It took two hours to get us moved to an acceptable room.

The rooms are so outdated and our room smelled like a dead animal was in it. Called front desk to get another room but was told they were sold out. They sent a maintenance lady to spray some Windex around the room to try and disrupt the smell. Will NEVER stay at that dump every again!!!

We were in a mini-suite, which fit us perfectly. Only issue - and is was a minor issue - was that controlling the temperature in the two rooms was a little challenging. We woke up to the heat being on in one room and the a/c in the other. Other than that, no issues

Needs updating, people having party in hallway late at night then fighting till 3 am! Ac loud and old!!

Was great to have this hotel connected to the El Dorado and the Silver Legacy. That gave many restaurants to choose from, along with different types of entertainment. I wish they had someone that could help you with what you were looking for. I spoke with someone at the bell desk, and he had no clue where I could go for the restaurant that I was looking for. I asked who I could speak with that could help me, and he didn't know.

Every employee I came across at the hotel was friendly and efficient. The hotel is very busy. Good for an overnite for an event or if you have kids.

Not a good experience. First the hotel had no record of our Hotels.com reservation. They were not interested in our confirmation #. The desk clerk said that unless we had made our Hotels.com reservation days in advance they would not have it! We wasted a lot of time before they found our reservation. The room was old. The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. The TV was old an old fashioned tube TV, dim and hard to watch.

It was a very nice hotel

I felt that our stay at your hotel was fair. My family was disappointed with no pool. The buffet was only open on the weekends, we were there on monday and tuesday. The rooms were clean but not luxuries. As far as the casino, it was very hard to get a drink while gambling. The hostess's kept saying we'll be right with you but it took at least 20 min to even ask for a drink. I asked for a water and the hostess ask what machine i was at?

Good quality and updated rooms. Thin walls, so if you have loud kids, you will get complaints from your neighbors. Access to elevators was limited and not easy/close to get to parking areas.

Great place to stay and the price was good. Would like and elevator or escalator to get to the tower rooms. It's a long walk from the parking garage. And about 10 stairs are difficult with a stroller and sleeping baby. Rooms were clean and neat. Entertainment was good.

Very exciting first time gambling, went to the car museum, had fun winning walked away with no money! Nevertheless the view from the room was magnificent.

Its a hotel we ALWAYS stay at. It has great food and we LOVE the casino!

Bed was way to soft and tolet didnt. Work very well

Our stay was good, we did have to take the train or walk to our tower. For the price it was a good stay.

The vacation was nice, weather was windy and cold. Casino was way to smoky. The hotel was nice and food good.

My hotel stay was great. I stay at this facility because of the proximity to The Bowling Stadium and the atmosphere for children.

For downtown Reno you can't beat the price and convenience. Only downside if you are there to enjoy some adult time and relax, try another hotel down the road. Kids loud and unrespectful kept us up until after 1:00 am running up and down the halls (Ware was their parents?) Would I recommend, yes.
