The only problem was the hotel had overbooked itself so we had to wait to get a room.

Maintenance personnel RUDE told front desk girl there didn't seem to care

Overall this hotel was okay and just okay. The building for a marrott is very out dated and where my room was located the halls always had trash sitting in the hall and the stairwells were very smelly. For a Marriott I was no pleased at all. The rooms were up to date tho which made my stay a little better.

Hotel was great for our short stay, but looked like a nice place to stay longer.

The hotel fit the family budget to a T! Although older it was clean staff friendly. We've had much much better but this place met our need and we have no complaint.

The front desk was super. They were very helpful. Our air condition went out and they moved us to another room in minutes. The only issue we had was, I was with 2 teenage boys who are 6'2" tall and when I booked the room it said we had queen beds and a rollaway was available. The beds were full size and due to fire marshall's regulations the front desk said we couldn't get a rollaway. We had to make a trip to WalMart and buy an inflatable bed for one of them. They didn't mind because the queen size inflatable was larger than the hotel beds. Overall this is a nice place I just wish hotels.com had put the right bed sizes and we would have chosen another place with larger beds, because the inflatable cost me $65.

The staff was amazing. Even though we had a discount room on a last minute stay, everyone was as nice and as accommodating as they could be. We asked for a room near the pool and our patio opened right to the pool entrance. It is a great pool and hot tub. Thank you Hotels.com by sending me notice of the last minute offer!

Easy to find clean and quite

It was very nice and plenty of restaurants close by.

I have stayed here before and knew the hotel is outdated but that does not bother me so much. Problem is that the air conditioner was so loud when it turned on that I could not hear the movie I rented in the room. I had to turn it up all the way and when the air conditioner turned off I had to turn it down again. When sleeping the AC woke me up almost every time it turned on (which was about every 20 minutes =(

It was quiet. Everyone was helpful. Food (in restaurant) was good and generous and service was timely with friendly waitress. The rooms are a little small probably because it is a little older hotel. However, everything was clean, pleasant and modern. Only complaint we had was, there was no church directory for the city and no phone book so we could look for a church we had hoped to visit. We found one but it would have been helpful to have a directory of some sort.

This is a wonderful hotel. I have stayed here on multiple occasions, and have always been very satisfied. I would like to make mention of Alex, Nicki and Betty in the bar/restaurant. Alex especially is what makes me return to this hotel. All three have great customer service, and make every guest feel special! Thanks to them!

Although the hotel wasn't the newest of hotels, it was clean and the rooms were nice. The location was perfect for what we needed. I would have liked to have seen coffee offered in the lobby 24/7. We would definitely come again.

Friday night the guest above my room fought all night! I was awake all night and reported it to the staff the next morning. I was at a tournament all day and was extreamly tired. Saturday night was much better, I was so sleepy and didn't hear any noise! But I made sure the guest above me had checked out!

Hotel is in good condition in a convient part of town. Not much going on in the area on the weekend, mostly office buildings.

The room was very clean. The hotel was in a great location.

It was very comfortable, just wish it was closer to downtown.

Room was small. We felt like we were placed in the dungeon.

We were right where we needed to be for our weekend, close the interstates, but easy to get around! We were delighted with the room. As we had requested, it was on a high floor and not facing the interstates. Pretty good, especially considering we'd gotten a killer deal on the room from Hotels.com. I was worried when we checked in as there seemed to be a couple of high school/college events going on, but the room and halls were quiet and we were well taken care of.

I only bn there for bout 5 hrs. It was good experience but i couldn't get room service after 2am other than that the room clean and neat...

This hotel is right off the freeway, so you can hear every passing car go by, plus the walls are paper thin. We had to call security at 2:00 Am because the couple next door was so noisy.

I loved my stay at the Marriott in Atlanta. The room was impecably clean and presented so beautifully. All of the staff were fantastic and offered us loads of assistance. The restaurant and bar had a wonderful atmosphere and the food was of a very good standard. It was a shame the pool wasn't ready but we were told that the hotel offered a free personal shuttle to the olympic sized pool, which I would loved to have done if we had more time. I would like to make a special mention to the shuttle car driver, who's name I regret not asking, he was possibly the nicest man in the world and we really enjoyed chatting with him, I would encourage everyone to make use of the brilliant free private shuttle service whilst they're there!
