The room was clean and staff helpful, the rest was not that great

Overall great place for the price. Clean and well kept. Courteous staff. Close to shopping, gas and food. Only issue was room on backside are near delivery dock for businesses so truck deliveries a bit noisy.

Normally I do not have a problem sleeping, but I just couldn't seem to settle into the bed either of the two nights I was there, even after working 12 hour days. I thought the breakfast although enough to get me by until lunch, was extremely lacking in diversity and really anything good for you. As for the rest of the ammenities, I can't really comment, as I wasn't in the building long enough to utilize them. It is not the worst hotel in the area, but improvements could be made.

the breakfast was very very bad! dont waste the peoples time with it.

We had stayed here several times before with no complaints,however the breakfast has gone downhill. The breakfast area was made smaller and many items had been eliminated,this could be a deal breaker for our next trip to Portland area.

Clean, no issues. Fair for the price.

It was quiet considering how close to the roadway it was, and for all intents and purposes it was a very satisfactory stay. Room was clean and the hotel was very close to several restuarants which was convenient as we didn't have to drive anywhere after a full day of driving.

Just what we needed for a night while saving some money.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room for a very affordable price. Would definitely stay there again.

it was clean but that was about it staff was slow and grumpy like a kid taking orders at a fast food place, no elevator, breakfast was coffee juice cereal and muffins very disappointing. Like I said clean safe but no frills

Good location but unfortunately the room was not that nice. The toilet paper holder was broken. The grout and caulking around the tub had been replaced and was messy looking. There appeared to be a few small dried blood spots on the ceiling. The toilet bowl was stained. The breakfast was cold cereals and muffins.

Unfortunately I was not that impressed with the facility. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the price was very reasonable. However, the maid did not refill out toilet paper twice. We ran out and had to go to front desk to ask for more. The room where the pool is was very cold and the pool water was also too cold. The workout equipment is old and not functioning well. I attempted to use the treadmill and the eliptical machine and both were not working well so I did not continue with my workout. The toilet in out room, the flush handle broke twice and I put it back together but it still did not flush well. The pullout couch in our room was broken. We were able to get it out but the bed was so uncomfortable that we did not use it. The breakfast was lacking in variety. Would be nice if you offered yogurt and some other choices of muffins instead of banana and blueberry. A waffle maker would be great also. I most likely will not be staying at this hotel again and I do travel to Vancouver monthly.

Breakfast provided, free parking, updated tvs and bed comfortable with pullout if you have children or something.

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED. WE'VE SEEN BETTER BREAKFASTS---HOWEVER NOT BAD.

basically all was good. the perfumes/air freshner used on the sheets was overpowering, but I am sensitive to oders. Breakfast was basic, but location was good. (a bit crazy to get into because of one-way streets and freeway). Bed was comfortable.

Prior to booking I phoned the hotel and asked for a quiet ground floor room. I was assured that we would have a ground floor room away from the freeway that was very quiet. I also asked for a non smoking room. When we arrived we had to carry all of our luggage up a flight of stairs to the second floor then to the other end of the building. Being seniors this was not easy and certainly not what we booked. Our room reeked of smoke so we asked to be moved. We were then put in a room facing the freeway where the noise kept us up all night. Despite the room being paid for in advance through hotels.ca they ask for our credit card. Although I don't know if this occurred here but credit card was compromised and cancelled some time after that stay. I would not recommend this property.

Good location, bed was uncomfortable and the room was outdated (red carpet with green bedspread - eek!). We tried to go swimming, but the area the indoor pool was in was freezing. Get what you pay for.

Bed was comfortable. Room was big. Continental breakfast was OK. Price and location to Portland was right on. Quiet neighborhood too.

Hotel staff was professional & nice. Room was bigger than expected and included a nice desk area to work. Free WiFi was easy to use and fast (not always the case). Felt safe/secure for room and car. Excellent value for business travel.

The room was fine, difficult to get to surrounding restaurants because of traffic patterns. Lights sometimes made a 5 minute drive 15 minutes.

My internet WIFI service improved dramatically this time and the room fridge worked too! My bathroom was not cleaned when I arrived and had a filthy bath mat but upon complaining, the staff responded in an excellent manner.

This was my first stay since Hotel chain ownership was changed. Improvements include new carpeting, thorough cleaning, new bedding and re-vamp of breakfast area. Smelled great, staff was very helpful, friendly and available. This hotel is close to the church that I attend often during the year, as well as many of my local church family. We travel down to Vancouver from the Tacoma area and it is just a perfect place to shop, sight see (close to freeway) but also to local businesses. Love the pool available 24 hrs. a day! Just need to put the waffle iron back for the morning breakfasts. We loved it and other close hotels offer this amenity. Glad to see this operating again at a higher level. None better in the vicinity. There are 3 units for handicapped, which have parking by the rooms, which is exactly what I need for those who travel with me.

Excellent value for the money. We will definitely recommend this hotel and use it again ourselves.

I thoroughly enjoyed it...

I was a little concerned about the temperature of my small fridge. I put a bucket of ice in it to make sure my food was O.K. Everything else was great.

The room was clean and comfortable but I ended up sitting on the hallway steps to get internet access for my lap top! The mini fridge was also not working but I had a cooler so I did not report the broken fridge but they were told about the poor WIFI reception. There was also no elevator so I had to carry all my luggage and other items in several trips to my car.

I didn't get to try the breakfast because we overslept but I throughly enjoyed our night here. The pool is 24 hrs which is nice. Our room was amazingly clean, the bed was sooo comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the shower. The water pressure sucked compared to others.

The hotel was not bad for the money that we paid. It had a small fridge and microwave which was nice. The room, especially the bathroom needed some upgrades and repairs. The breakfast offered was okay with muffins, cereal, bagels and some drinks.

My only problem was that the air conditioner emitted a musty odor. Otherwise, we were satisfied.

Great condition all the way around. Nice rooms. Very friendly, helpful staff. Competetive pricing. WiFi that actually works. No complaints here!

Musty odor, needs a better breakfast, bed comforter was uncomfortable (heavy, and hard, could use some fabric softener), noisy. Good location.

The front desk staff was very nice. The room was comfortable. Although right away we noticed that it smelled bad in the whole hotel. It was myself, my husband, and our 9 month old infant. The one thing that made me nervous was that around the bath tub faucet it was that old stained mold, and the top comforter had glitter on it. My husband noticed that as we entered the room the window was opened. The location was great, walked over for dinner, which was a nice option since we stayed to break up a long drive.

This really should simply be considered a motel. The rooms seem outdated, no elevator, room was just extremely blah.......absolutely noting memorable. They tried to charge me an early check in fee (I've never heard of such, provided the room is clean & ready for your stay anyway). It was close to quite a number of restaurants (nothing fancy though). All in all, I won't return for a stay.

There is a difference! I am in a wheelchair and can not transfere into a bed much higher then my chair cushion, about 20 inches. When we called for the reservation, my wife and I were assured the room including the bed was accessible or they would accomadate us with a roll-away bed. We arrived early, the room was available but there was a pedistal bed about 26-28” high. We asked if they could or would remove the pedistal under the box spring to lower the bed level. They not only removed it in less then 10 minutes, apoligized and thanked us for letting them know about the problem. The room was nice sized, clean, toilet was 19 inches high and the counter was cut out to get a chair straight into. Ryan and Peter were the guys on duty and they were great! We would stay there again and recommend it to anyone handicapped or in a wheelchair.

The hotel was very clean rates was very good. Our room was nice and large, extra seating space, with twin hida beds. Nice space for the whole family. Beds very comfy, if I had any negative breakfast was small but it was what was advertise. Over all exteamly satirize.
