Great neighborhood for Euro-Americans. One drawback is very limited street access makes it difficult for local guides to come by and pick up clients. On the other hand very walk able neighborhood. Free Wifi! Also a pleasant bar off lobby.

When you book in make sure you , that you check the room before agreeing to accept this one you may be given a smoking room which ,if you can't stand the stench in the room it may take you a good while to get it changed . but other wise staff quite helpful . breakfast ok .

The Flamenco is not a top-notch hotel, but it is good value and in a good location. If you don't want to be unnecessarily cossetted, you might be pleased with it.

An old hotel but reasonably maintained. Room was spacious but the aircon was noisy. The included breakfast was fine. The hotel is in one of the better parts of Cairo. There are restaurants within easy walking distance and there is a convenience store across the road. The free wifi was a bonus and is a huge contrast to the ridiculous charges some other hotels in this area apply. A good value stay if you don' mind an older style hotel.

I recommend the hotel because it is well located and has very good rates for Cairo. However, many of the rooms are quite shabby with old carpet and furniture which do not make them very comfortable. The hotel structure overall would need some refurbishment. Breakfast is of poor quality and could be improved with just a small effort. Staff at reception is helpful.

All was good except the internet which was quite slow and unstable

Look, if you don't mind your hotel room smelling of cigarettes this place is a bargain. Fantastic service, great location are topped off with a really decent buffet breakfast in an affordable tariff.

We booked into a private suite rental in Giza. MISTAKE! We stayed one night then got the heck out and headed for a hotel that we know. We have stayed in the Golden Tulip in Marrakech multiple time and knew that we would be happy in the Golden Tulip Flamenco. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the staff recommend Taxi's outside the front door clean friendly and fair. The breakfast fantastic and at the end of a day in the city the pub a welcome and friendly site. Thank you. I am happy to recommend your hotel.

Otelin konumu gerçekten çok güzel. Ancak otel temiz olmasına rağmen çok eski. Ama yine de tavsiye edilebilir bir otel.

bien situé au nord de l'île, près du pont du 26 juillet qui donne accès à la rive droite du nil ; quartier avec plein de restaurants aux critères semi-européens ; chambres supérieures de qualité, surtout dans les étages supérieurs (915, 909) qui sont plus calmes (double vitrage) et ont une belle vue sur le nil et les houses boats le room service est désespérément LENT (2h pour avoir un expresso !!!), bière servie sans verre ni ouvre-bouteille !

Very close to perfect. Hotel is very comfortable, service outstanding, and the area in Zamalek is very very good. Close to downtown, old Cairo and tourist sights, taxi's outside the door, that's just great ! The staff both housekeeping, reception, and restaurants is above and beyond. I was on a business trip both on a day of, endulged in a day of leisure, which means staying in my room and read. The staff actually noticed that i had not shown, and came to check if i was ok, and if there was anything they could do to make my stay more pleasureable. This hotel gets my definete thumbs-up.

在埃及的使馆区，酒店对面就是24小时的超市，很方便，附近还有快餐店跟一个不错的饭店。去埃及博物馆也很近。总体满意。

Very nice hotel, along the Nile. Not too glamoureous, but straightforward, friendly, good facilities, good kitchen and breakfast buffet. So take this as a good tip.
