I liked that it was close to the airport and Las Olas Blvd.Very clean, very comfy

I've stay at this hotel before and its a nice hotel. Love it here, everything is close and the price is perfect...... lol........ Thanks again for the great price.

The hotel is clean and welcoming however the mattress was terrible!

Staff were quite helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included. Good selection of items. We really liked the made to order waffles.

arrived very early in the AM. Lady at desk was marvellous. Breakfast was good. Hate the Duvets on the bed (too warm). Looks like an older hotel. Have stayed in other Hamptons that were much nicer.

The accommodations were great. Room and public areas were clean, and the staff was courteous.

Great hotel to stay the night before you go on a cruise. They offer free wifi, 24/7 free coffee/tea in the lobby and free breakfast buffet. Places for an easy and light dinner on doorstep, front office staff will help to find the right place to go. Also ask for shuttle service to Port Everglades, we paid $ 20 for two. We were absolutely happy with the hotel. I wouldn't spend my holiday there though due to the location and the small pool.

We had a suite with lots of room. We arrived early, so people were eating breakfast and the common area was a mess, from the tables to the floor, but when we got to our room it was nice and clean. There is a Chipotle resteraunt across the street so that is a plus!

We were pleasantly surprised by the Hampton, as it was clean and well-maintained and had a decent breakfast near the front desk in the morning. We were a pleased that there was shopping nearby, but it was quite a taxi ride to get to the big mall, Sawgrass Mills, which is also where the hockey arena is. Still, the front desk was happy to arrange a taxi for us, and they arranged a shuttle to take us to the cruise terminal on a comfortable mini-bus. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were generally very happy with it. The only negative is that I did see a cockroach in the bathroom. If it hadn't been for that, I would definitely say, "stay here when in Fort Lauderdale." Because of this little guy, I can only suggest that you may want to think about it first.

We had a 2 day stay after completing a Caribbean cruise. We found the hotel very good and comfortable. The breakfast was a real bonus even though basic. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and were a pleasure to deal with. Plenty of shops and restaraunts close by.

My husband and I with our child frequently use Hampton Hotels, it is our hotel of choice when we travel and have never had issues like we did at this particular location. It seemed from the minute we walked in the door there were issues, the clerk at the front desk appeared to be put out at having to help customers arriving. When we went to our room the TV did not work, we finally figured out that issue ourselves, our phone did not work and maintainance person was in our room for 1/2 hour trying to fix, once phone was fixed, the line had not been activated, so we had to have that dealt with, the fan in the washroom did not work, the air conditioning did not work, not enough towels, made arrangements for shuttle to cruise terminal, paid $80.00, when approached staff as to when we could expect the shuttle, they did not even have us on a list for pickup, when we spoke to them about the issues with the room we were advised that they would mention it to the appropriate people to have it addressed, and unfortunately because the hotel was booked solid they would not have been able to move us. They really seemed uninterested in dealing with the issues, I would not recommend this particular hotel based on our stay, however we will continue to stay at Hampton Inns but just not this one

Hotel was very close to airport and has a free shuttle from airport to hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a suite with 2 beds and queen sofa in living room. Slept 4 with plenty of room. I really liked the fact that there was a door to the bedroom and living room which made access to the bathroom more convenient. Staff was very friendly and accomadating. Called after we went to our room to make sure everything was okay - nice touch! Close to several fast food resturants and a strip mall.

We have stayed twice at this property in the last three years, both times for an overnight stay before sailing on a cruise. Both times we have had 6 people in our party and both times we have stayed in a suite. Although the hotel is not particularly close to the cruise port, it does have accommodations sufficient for our party and so we have booked here despite the disinterested front desk service and the grumpy breakfast helper who chastises guests who have the nerve to ask her questions.

We booked three rooms for one night. Though I specifically booked nonsmoking rooms two of the rooms stank of cigarette smoke. When we complained to the front desk they said that is what happens when you book on hotels.com as the website just books any open room. I also found the airport shuttle a disappointment as it only leaves once per hour so we wound up taking cabs to the airport.

We try to stay at Hamptons when we travel. This was our first visit to this particular Hampton Inn. The room was clean and comfortable. However, we were disappointed in the breakfast buffet. There was little variety. For example there were no eggs, waffles, or pancakes which other Hamptons have served. For that reason I doubt that we would stay here again.

The hotel is cloes to the airport the shops are all in close proximity to the hotel. The complimentary breakfast is simply the best. The hotel and the rooms are very clean special effort goes into making your stay at Hampton a wonderful experience-

The room was well laid out as a suite with anyone having access to the bathroom without disturbing others. Had two double beds and an adequate sofa bed. A mile walk or paid shuttle to movie theaters, resturants, shopping. Not close to any major attractions or beach but very adequate for the night before a cruise. The only problem was it took a long time for the free shuttle to pick us up at the airport.

Staff was extremely friendly, hotel was in process of being remodeled which made the room for breakfast terribly small and crowded. i made the error online of getting a smoking room which unfortunately made for an uncomfortable night of sleep with the aroma in the room (my bad!)

CONS- didn't know about lobby construction and no signs to tell you where to go ....questionable actions going on near front of property in parking lot which we told the staff about - they became quite indignant and basically told us we were lying. Beds are tiny....two doubles not queens.Breakfast was a bit of a joke.....hot food....but not anything edible looking, Would not stay here again.....at a Hampton Inn in Nashville at this minute that is fabulous. PROS: welcome rewards

the hotel was under construction so the check in desk was located on the side of the building in a small room. There was a problem with the key machine so we didn.t get a key card for our room. We had to have amintenance let us in every time we left the room. Kind of a pain. The room was very nice though.

We stayed one night at Hampton Suites since we were flying out of Ft. Lauderdale airport. The location was convenient. Shonell at the front desk was very friendly and efficient as was the rest of the staff. They are undergoing a renovation so it was a little inconvenient but still clean and comfortable for the one night.

Nice clean hotel with great breakfast, nice comfortable beds and quiet for a goods night sleep. Located close to good shopping and handy for airport, free parking and nice restaurants not too far away.

Overall very good!!

A great place to relax. Clean and quiet pool area. No on site lounge but you can walk next door and bring a drink back. Breakfast was varied, fresh and clean. Not much do to directly associated with the hotel area. You can walk back and do some shopping in a little mall but no easy access to the beach. On time travel to airport and transportation to the port.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Room was extremely comfortable. So convenient to Airport and Restaurants.

Conveniently located. The suite room is very big and comfortable. Good breakfast. Clean room and building.

In 3 months, I have stayed at this hotel 3 different times. As a former Dania Beach resident, i am familiar with this area. The location suits my stay needs and is very convenient to I-95 and the airport.

We had a good time tge only down fall was that the pool was closed because of the hurricane overall experience we enjoy ourself

We choose Hampton Inn as the manager told me we could leave our car at no cost and use their shuttle to the airport. Upon arrival, we are told the cost for leaving our car was twice the cost of airport parking. For this reason, will not stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is under construction for a facelift(Aug. 10th). This information was not listed online, this was disappointing. We had a one night stay before a cruise- my criteria included breakfast, airport shuttle, and transport to Port Everglade. We werer not disappointed with these three areas.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable plus had lots of staff on hand. The hotel breakfast was excellent as was the free shuttle service to the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood airport. Pool and area a bit small / tight but due to weather (rain) we didnt get to jump into the pool. At check in however (early mind you as we arrived at hotel around 11am) staff first had trouble finding the reservation until i gave her the Hotels.com printout. Room wasnt ready (as expected) and staff allowed us access to buisness centre to check in for flight and to store luggage. We then proceeded to the mall next door for some shopping. Staff said they would call us when room ready. After 3pm when we still hadnt received a call (4 hours later) we proceeded back to hotel and found new staff on duty who processed to room keys but could not explain why call wasnt received.
