New York-New York Hotel & Casino - לאס וגאס

הייתי קצת סקפטי לגבי החוויה שתהיה מאחר ויש כמה צ'יטוטים שליליים על בתי מלון שונים בווגאס. אבל אני חייב להגיד שהייתי מרוצה לטובה. החדר היה מאוד נקי ונוח, למלון היו שירותים מעולים במציאת כרטיסים למופע ומסעדות נחמדות, והמיקום היה נהדר. אני בהחלט אחזור לשהות ב New York New York!

לא התרשמתי כל כך מ- New York New York, לאס וגאס. מבין כל המלונות שהתארחתי בהם בלאס וגאס הוא הכי פחות מועדף עליי. ההתרשמות הכללית מהמלון היא שהם לא באמת יצאו מגדרם כדי לגרום לכם לרצות לחזור. האכזבה הגדולה ביותר הייתה שלא הודיעו לי שהבריכה הייתה בתהליך בניה. אם הייתי יודע, הייתי מתארח במקום אחר באותו המחיר. הם רק נותנים לכם שני שוברי שתיה חינם ואני לא שותה.

הם גובים מחיר ריזורט של 18$ לאדם למרות שאין להם בריכת שחיה זמינה (בתהליך בניה) כמו ליתר המלונות. יותר גרוע מכך, האינטרנט האלחוטי לא עבד בכל פעם שנכנסנו לחדר והתכוונו להשתמש בו. נאלצנו לצלצל לטכנאי שלהם כדי לבצע את ההתקנה מספר פעמים ביום. מדי בוקר, האינטרנט האלחוטי, נפל מעצמו. כתוצאה מכך נדרשנו להשתמש בחיבור קווי במקום. במילים אחרות, ה-iphone שלנו לא יכול היה להתחבר לאינטרנט. למרות זאת, עדיין נאלצנו לשלם את מחיר הריזורט. האוכל נוראי ויקר במסעדות המלון שלהם. השטיח אינו נקי במיוחד. הרגליים שלנו נעקצו על ידי חרקים מכל כיוון. מערכות הניקוז של האמבט עלובה מאוד. באמצע המקלחת, האמבט כבר 1/3 מוצף. השביל בין מגרש החניה והחדר מבלבל מאוד ולא נוח לגישה. הלובי מעושן מדי מכל המהמרים. החדר קומפקטי מאוד וקטן. זה לא כמו מלונות 4 כוכבים אחרים.

כשעשיתי צ'ק אין, שוכנעתי לקבל את החדר המשודרג. אך עם זאת, כשעשיתי צ'ק אאוט, המחיר היה הרבה יותר מהצפוי. חוץ מזה, כל השאר היה בסדר. החדר היה מאוד נקי והמיטה הייתה כל כך נוחה, התפתיתי לישון בכל לילה ולילה.

חשבנו להביא את הילדים שלנו (גיל הנעורים) איתנו לטיול. המחיר היה 30 דולר נוספים עבור כל ילד. קצת מגוחך עבור מיטה שגם ככה כבר הייתה בחדר. נסענו בלי הילדים שלנו ותוספת של 60 דולר פלוס מיסים. אני יודע שחייבת להיות סיבה עבור תוספת המחיר, אבל אני לא מבין מהי. חוץ מזה זה היה כמו שציפיתי.

מיקום נהדר, אהבתי את האנרגיה הכללית של הקזינו. אהבתי את הבנות שרקדו על הבמה.

החימום נראה לא יעיל, חימום המים לקח נצח והחדר היה מיושן במקצת; יחד עם זאת, החדר היה גדול עם נוף נהדר בסך הכול מעט מאוד חדרים בקומה המסוימת הזו והיה מאוד נקי.

קצת לעמוד בתור בצ'ק אין, אבל חוץ מזה נהניתי משהותי כאן לאין שיעור. החדר היה מרווח עם נוף נהדר, המיטה הייתה נוחה במיוחד ובסך הכול השירות היה מצוין. מקום להמבורגרים מעולה בקומה התחתונה באיזור המדומה של הברודווי בניו יורק. NY NY ממוקם באופן מושלם דרומית ל strip - לא רחוק מידי כמו ה Luxor וה THE Hotels, ממש מול MGM Grand ובמרחק הליכה קצרה לכל מקום אחר. עצה: אל תטרחו לסוע ב Monorail לוקח יובלות רק כדי להגיע לתחנה עד MGM - אפשר באותה מידה פשוט ללכת ל Venetian!

חדר נהדר, צוות מאוד ידידותי. התלונה היחידה היא שהחדר היה קצת קטן. אבל אני חושב שזה היה בגלל מיקום החדר. חדר האמבטיה היה ענקי. הייתי שמח לו חלק מהמרווח של האמבטיה היה מתווסף לחדר עצמו.

היתה לי נסיעה בלתי מתוכננת שנאלצתי לעשות ללאס וגאס ותקציב מוגבל כתוצאה מכך. הזמנתי מקום ב-NYNY דרך שירות צד שלישי והוא עלה רק מעט יותר מחלק ממלונות התיירים שהעדפתי שלא להתארח בהם. לא ידעתי למה לצפות כשהגעתי ואני מצטער שלא התארחתי שם בקביעות. החדר היה יפה, גדול מכפי שצפיתי ונוח. המתקנים במלון וסביבו היו נהדרים. Gallagher's steak house הוא פנטסטי. Zumanity היה חוויה שונה באופן מוזר, ה- dueling piano bar היה להיט, ו-9 Fine Irishmen צריכים לעבור לשכונה שלי. בהחלט אשוב.

Slow service from waitresses in the casino! : ( Clean large rooms. Good few nights!

Friends with us were forced to upgrade in order to get a non-smoking room... and even then the room had a very strong smell of pot and tobacco. Not to mention that the room they were forced to take was much more expensive and they had to pay for the upgrade. Our room was smoky and we weren't offered anything else. The soap and shampoo was never refilled and upon request for more it took over an hour for housekeeping to deliver it to our room. We had to find other means to clean as we would have missed our reservations waiting for housekeeping. The staff was completely rude and terribly unfriendly in the vast majority of the businesses in the hotel. The car rental agent and craps tutorial guy were the only 2 awesome staff members we would vouch for. The buffet breakfast was cold and didn't offer much variety like other hotels we later tried. The tourist information desk next to the avis car rental was awful. The staff in this area really need to be educated. The MGM, Excalibur, Luxor and Mandalay are all very close by. We spent half our vacation at another resort and it was 10 times better once we left the NY NY. I would not recommend this hotel.

Overall great service, easy self parking, rollercoaster was a little rough though. We didn't have much a view in our, probably because we got the basic room, so if you want a view you're gonna have upgrade. Lots of places to eat inside casino and great location on the strip.

First time in Vegas. It was great. I was there for a convention and did not want to stay at the convention Casino/Hotel. Very affordable. Room was very nice with a great view. Me and my wife enjoyed ourselves. Great places to eat in the Hotel. Definitely would stay there again!

Absolutely wonderful! Got married and then honeymooned in a Spa Room. Service was outstanding. Everything you need, including fabulous shows all in one place. Only left thehotel once to check out the buffet at the Luxor. We were treated like royalty. Nine Fine Irishmen had the most amazing food.

We were satisfied with the hotel and service, although it would be nice to have in-room coffee and tea.

Location was good, rooms were dark and just ok. My GF had mini fridge in her room, I did not so I wasn't even able to chill the bottled water I had brought. We booked at NY NY mainly because of the $50 food and beverage credit but there were restrictions and the credit couldn't be used at the nicer restaurants on the property. Next time I'd stay somewhere else...when I travel as I like to do it up more in style and this place was not a stand out but pretty mediocre.

I requested a non-smoking room, but ended up in a smoking room the first night of my stay because they had given away all of the non-smoking rooms by time I got there. The whole hotel smells of smoke, even my non-smoking room smelled of smoke a little. I'll stay somewhere else the next time I go to Vegas.

A good option for a reasonably priced strip hotel. Mandatory resort fee of 20$ plus tax generally not included in any booking.

The whole transaction from the beginning to the end was sort of unpleasant! The people there didn't make feel welcome. Last year I stayed in Belagio hotel and I can say the standard of service is way higher than New York New York!

We stayed for a week at New York New York - it was perfect - no complaints at all. We are a couple and stayed in a standard room and it was clean and spacious, the gambling area was not too big and luved my free drinks.

Understand that you will pay a $20 resort fee in addition to your room fee. The rooms are adequate, but I have been in much nicer rooms at 3 star hotels.

The hotel was convenient and clean.However, I booked a room at New York, New York, but it seems my room was in Brooklyn. A very long distance from the elevators. Not a big deal unless you were at trade shows all day like I was.

Very happy, friendly staff, comfortable & quiet. No free wifi the only drawback.

Booked the cheapest room at this hotel - Park Avenue and had a room on 25th floor (had 45 floors altogether) and we had a fab view of the MGM and strip. Hotel is located towards 1 end of the strip so can be a lengthy walk to the middle of the strip. Room was lovely and beds very comfy. Only 1 negative in that the bath had hair in it from I assume previous occupant or the cleaner which I did not like. Spent a lot of time around the pool area during the day. Nice pool area but sun does not get out until midday (end of April time). Lovely chinese restaurant in hotel called Chin Chin. Gym was OK but Luxor has a much better one although I suppose not many people are bothered about a gym on holiday. Would definitely come back to this hotel again if I returned to Vegas.

We had a great time at the New York, New York. It was well situated, plenty of eating places and a great atmosphere. The strip was ideally situated and we could walk over the bridges and miss crossing the streets.

This hotel is one of our favorites! It has great places to eat, nice gambling tables, comfortable rooms, and easy check-in and out. It does have the extra fees assessed for each night for internet, etc, that always is annoying but seems most hotels have them. In addition, you have access to a tram north, south, and east of this hotel at adjacent hotels, two of which are free. Will definitely stay again!!

It was ok nothing fancy, rooms where a little small but clean and bed was very comfortable

First off, it was obvious that the comforter had not been changed. The remote control had some kind of oily mess on it, so I have to clean it before using it. At about 11PM the night before we left, the light fixture in the ceiling above the shower began to leak a steady stream from the person showering in the room above us. When we called to alert maintenance, we were sent to a different room on the other side of the hotel. After completely packing up and moving to our new room, the room keys did not work. My wife called from the house phone in the hallway. We were told "at your convenience" we could go to the front desk to get new keys. When I got to the front desk, the line was extremely long. For my troubles, I was only given a small comp for that days resort fee! Yeah, I do not think I will be staying at New York New York again!
