Good time, Hotel was clean, love the sleep number beds

We stayed in a suite. I give a 5/5 overall rating because, for the money, it was a very clean and comfortable room.

Good, comfortable, well-managed hotel close to the airport. No silly charges for parking. Just what we needed.

I've stayed at this Radisson a number of times. Always a good view, comfortable sleep number beds, quality rooms, etc. and the best breakfast buffet I've found anywhere. Certainly the best breakfast I've found in Nashville. UNFORTUNATELY as I write this review I just realized on this visit the unusually grumpy desk clerk on check-in substituted a cheaper room than specified in the reservation. In fact this was the highest rate i've ever paid at this hotel. Reservations happen. We were a bit early so there ought to have been no room shortage. We noticed the room a bit smaller than previous times and laid out differently but kind of ignored it. Only now writing the requested review do I realize there were NO sleep number bed controls. They weren't sleep number beds. Since most hotels I stay in don't have it, it didn't register. Looking at the reservation the same as my priors also missing iron and board plus there was no cordless phone as listed. No big deal, just an indication of different level room. No safe as priors. Or slippers. The coffeemaker layout took up some of the bathroom whereas previous rooms had either a console or bar sink with all that. It was wierd to have ice and glasses stuffed under the TV when priors were by coffeemaker. I really like the place and will be back - but a lot more careful as to the room I am given.

Walls are thin so we could hear people playing music next to us. Refrigerator we requested did not get cold at all. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would give this hotel an overall rating 3/5.

Hotel was within 10 minutes of the hotel. They have shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle driver was very nice and courteous. The room was comfortable. There are a couple of restaurants within a short walking distance. The people at the front desk were very helpful.

switched hotels, the rooms were not clean and the beds were not clean. The sheets and pillow covers were covered in nasty things. We checked out and switched hotels. The staff was ok, just not a clean hotel..

I was in town for a wedding and most hotels were booked due to several events. This hotel was reasonably priced and clean. Easy to get on highway and head downtown.

Did not have any issues. Employees were courteous and the rooms were as I expected. Close to the Grand Old Oprey complex and downtown.

Clean, relatively new stuff in the rooms. Staff is nice. Rooms clean. No bad smells like some hotels. Good rates and the area is close to the airport with other hotels around. No "international breakfast" is the only complaint, but they have a restaurant/bar on premises.

Very friendly service and absolutley clean as a pen !!! The location wasnt far from anything you wanted to see .. I would recommand this Hotel to anyone ..

Room service was rude, but the food wa tasty. The beds were SOOOO uncomfortable. And it would have been nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room.

The hotel was excellent except for the noise from the elevators. I couldn't sleep from the clanging of the cables and the vacumn noise from the elevators going up and down.

Hotel was great but the bed in our room was really bad. It was a sleep number bed but had been seriously abused. Need to replace it.

I have stayed at this hotel for years and this is the first time they charged on my card 25.00 for damage fee until my stay was over. And I booked 2 queen beds and got a king because they couldn't give me two queens after I had it booked.

housekeeping very respectful of our things, quiet/private room even though hotel was booked full and right next to an airport, warm/clean pool, comfortable beds, maintained very well, professional/kind staff

Very impressed with hotel location and cleanliness. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. We ended up booking an extra night.

Good location. I have stayed at this hotel several times but not in a few months. It needs some updating and maintenance. The pool is nice but the hot tub was closed, no sign just closed. Also the kitchen couldn't prepare one of the items we wanted because the fryer was broke. Come on people spend some money and fix things.

I knew this hotel would be nice, as it is a Radisson, and it met my every expectation! It had a very helpful staff, awesome buffet-style breakfast, the room was terrific, great amenities (pool / gym), and the location was very convenient for exploring Nashville. Considering that I booked the hotel only a few days in advance, the rate was tremendous, making this an amazing value!

We had ordered a two night stay in a sleep number room, our bed was put on the highest level of firmness and the machine was broken and did not work, needless to say I didn't get any sleep the first night. The next morning I called the front desk and was told that the floor I was staying on didn't have any sleep number beds in working order. The front desk was very helpful and told me that they would put me on a different floor but I couldn't check into that room for another 2 hrs. My family took our belongings and decided to wait until that night to get our new room. When we arrived back that evening the front desk clerk kept telling me that I only requested the one night and the front desk had checked me out, but failed to check me back in. I even showed her where I placed a reservation for two nights on my iPhone and she kept saying I paid hotels.com and they paid the raddison for only one night. After about twenty minutes she was able to see my original reservation and apologized over and over, she did give us another room eventually and 3 free breakfast coupons for the next morning. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I don't plan on going back.

We had a great stay here for my son to go on the Polar Express Train ride at the Tn Central Railroad. He loved the indoor pool (wished they'd had a whirlpool though). The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and quiet. We didn't figure out how to use the sleep number beds until the 2nd night. But were ok the first night. Hotel is close to the train yard. So we had a great stay!

Great hotel! Everything about it was awesome. Clean all around, good beds, good staff, good location, good restaurant. Amazing 4 night stay.

Frequently book hotels and this was one of the best experiences I have had. Great location, near the airport, Opryland, etc. Great rooms, big and clean. The staff was as friendly as you would find at a 5-star resort. I wish every hotel was like this, a must stay!! 5 star +++

This is the third time my husband and I have stayed at this hotel. The staff members are very pleasant and helpful.

I would definetely stay here again on our next visit. The place was affordable and clean, the staff was friendly and it was convenient traveling to our destinations.

We recently stayed at the airport Radisson during a weekend family getaway. We're very pleased with the location being so close to all the Opryland Christmas events and other attractions considering the hotels near Opryland are twice as high. No complaints this way and would be happy to stay again.

I first stayed at this hotel many years ago when it was the host hotel for the Shadtree Street Rods annual Halloween Rod Run and was very impressed with the room, the staff, etc. Since that time I have stayed here MANY other times both for the car show and for other trips to the Nashville area. The rooms are always clean, the staff always friendly, pretty much everything I look for in a nice place to stay. On this trip I chose a single king room and while I don't find the sleep number beds any more or less comfortable than a regular bed it's nice to have that option for people with specific preferences in firmness. The room had a nice desk area where I could set up my laptop and work comfortably. All in all I was very happy and will definitely be returning. My only complaint (and this is a very minor one) is that there are not enough electrical outlets near the bed. I have a habit of laying my cell phone on the nightstand to charge overnight and in this room there was a double outlet on each side of thew bed but one side had a light and a clock plugged in and the other had a light and the control for the bed. Since I didn't need to adjust the bed I unplugged the control so that I would have a place to plug in my phone charger but it would be nice if the lights had outlets in the base like the light on the desk had but like I said this is a very minor issue.

The hotel was great! The staff does an excellent job of making guests feel welcome. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The rooms were clean and nice, especially for the price. I did not like the sleep number bed though. The staff were friendly and courteous.

The excellent service at the front desk stands out. I also ordered a beer from the hotel lounge and the servers there were also very nice. The hotel was well maintained but on the slightly older side. I have stayed here before and will again.

The location, lovely room, and well-organized shuttle to the airport made this a nice ending for our reunion.

The hotel is nicely appointed,. comfortable beds, climate control works well, even in the bathroom, clean. The staff were mostly wonderful, except for the night desk clerk who told me that I couldn't use a cork screw, as she "wouldn't know where to find one" (the bar is directly across from the desk) The pool was very clean and nicely heated, not too hot, but comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. You'll be close to the interstate and in an area with plenty to do, eat, ect. We enjoyed it, worth the money.

Finally- a wonderful hotel near airport I won't hesitate to stay at again! I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel in general was O. K. , but the sleep number bed did not work for us and my wife was disappointed with the quality of sleep she got.
