Hotel Staff make you feel special. Hotel is clean nicely decorated. Overall a great hotel.

This hotel has one great feature...THE ROOMS..The room service food is terrible...the breakfast buffet not all that...and to wake up and go eat breakfast right before your to go eat in front of the elevators there sits to piles of somebodys to much partying....thats gross....front desk was not quick to clean it either....

It was very clean and accommodating.

the bed was very comfortable and clean room. The hotel is located right off of 635 and traffic was terrible. The hotel stay was great and especially enjoyed the noon ck out time.

The hotel was great and the staff was very helpful. I hoped they had offered pick up from airport but other than that the stay was great

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last two months. The beds are so comfortable, and the location is great!

No complaints about the Hyatt. Room was clean and quiet, staff friendly, breakfast..well, being free I suppose you get what you pay for. The location is convenient to 75 Central and 635. Just a few easy minutes from Northpark Mall, the Galleria, SMU, or even downtown.

The total over all stay was amazing. I however was not impressed with the breakfast.. I have stayed in cheaper hotels that hosted a better breakfast.. That was my only complaint ...

Excellent....experience.

When we have extra family in town, we call Hyatt Place. Always friendly, clean comfortable rooms, near our home, and best I don't have to worry with extra laundry.

We arrived at 11:00 p.m. and were given the last room available. The keys didn't work. It took 1/2 hr for the personnel to get a master key to let us in. Still, we have no working keys for the night or the next morning. The hair dryer was broken, and the replacement that the night clerk gave me didn't work either! The facial tissue box was empty - did they even check the room to make sure it's ready? Our room was next to the side door and some people (kids?) banged on the door around 1:00 a.m. and even called our room to ask us to let them in! Although I did have good experience at this hotel before, it was a disaster this time!

The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were very clean comfortable and large. I found everything to be quite acceptable and would recommend this hotel to others.

We went to three rooms before we found a clean and not occupied room. The room was noise from the traffic on the freeway.

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The free breakfast was great, and the parking was free. I will definitely stay here again!!!!

Our family enjoyed the stay at this hotel & the comp breakfast was very good! Highly recommended!!

Room was clean, breakfast was continental but ok.

Hotel was nice enough. Room was very large! However, the sink and mirror were right next to the beds, so one person could not get ready without waking everyone else up. Also, the breakfast was OK, but neither the food service area nor the eating areas were kept very clean. Good location for shopping and quick movement in any direction around Dallas. Overall, it was fine, but I won't choose it again.

I was annoyed when I asked for a higher floor and was told there were none. The clerk didn't even check her computer just told me flat out no. Breakfast was terrible. Will not go there again.

Our room was absolutely disgusting. When we walked in our couch had just the foam padding and no covers. The walls had streaks on them and housekeeping had also left the scent bomb in the middle of the floor. The hotel is also right by a large traffic highway in which yoh can hear the cars all night. Definitely not worth the money.

We have stayed at this location before several years ago and were impressed. Great room. Great bed. Great service!

The hotel was amazing, quite, no random people roaming the halls, people fighting, room parties. We enjoyed our sleep very much. Staff help w/reservation. Hotels.com ruined my reservation. I waited 2 hours in the lobby while they fixed their error. We were very happy.

Staff was great. Room design was awesome. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Internet speed was very slow.

Nice place and wonderful staff

The Hotel itself was a perfect fit for my family of 4, but the parking was difficult to say the least. The parking lot is gated but the first 2 nights that we were there the gate was left open so that guest of a party or two could park. We circled the parking lot for an hour trying to find a spot, witnessing what looked like under age drinking in the parking, before giving up and asking what was going on at the front desk. When I did the lady behind the counter tried to say that the hotel was full and that was why we were having trouble finding parking. Yet the next morning at 7 in the morning the parking lot was almost empty. Was it that the hotel itself was full or a couple of rooms. She also told me that if I could not find a spot it would be OK to park in the grass, fire lane, or handicap parking! We did not follow these directions but did finally find a place to park. As I said this happened on both Saturday and Sunday nights. Although the hotel was a perfect fit the parking had much to be desired. Will not be back.

The room was clean the bed seemed comfy yet, my husband and I woke with backaches. Because the convenience in location of it we would definitely give it another chance.The 24 hr fitness room a plus. Love the complimentary breakfast. Recommend giving it a try!

horrible parking, nice hotel but on weekends it gets lots of teams such as soccer, cheer, etc. That makes it a bit loud with kids running up and down the halls. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Never could figure out how to get wifi to work.

Great location, but nasty hotel! Old, dirty and small.

It was absolutely wonderful. I love the room, the coziness and the central location.

It was better than I thought the staff went out of their to serve and that was impressive.

The hotel is showing its age. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, but you can start to see the hotel is getting old. I stopped down for a quick snack with a cheese cake. It was more like a left over hockey puck. Should have stayed in the room. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. The main street outside is a main drag for police and fire trucks. When they go screaming down the blvd you hear it all. I would stay again, but may try something else if had the opportunity.

I enjoyed it overall besides not having a microwave in the room.

Very nice accommodations, staff was a bit stiff and rude to us.

The hotel was great. We would need a smaller room next time for less money. All the staff were excellent!

Very nice. Like the gated parking area. My daugher and I felt this is a bonus.

The hotel, staff and location is great!

hotel a little bit older, the room and comfort of the room was great. one thing, I think they must have just cleaned the carpet, my feet got damp from the carpet, but next morning all was fine. it was easy to get to and easy to get BACK to as well. Close to a lot of good restaurants and shopping is pretty close to. the breakfast is a Plus too. over all I enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the very reasonable price.
