Loved hotel but hated the fridge. It has a timer that only allows it to turn on for 2 hours at a time and doesn't get cold.

Visiting Dell for business, this is the only choice

Exceptional service!! Very friendly staff that was willing to go out of there way to help.

Our room was clean, nice, and had enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. For $10 extra per night we all ate free breakfast from the cafe menu downstairs. Only negatives were that the whirlpool was under construction and the location of the hotel is a bit too far from downtown by foot, especially with kids. Otherwise, a great hotel with great staff and services.

Everything was great. Only thing was that 1 of our 3 rooms wasn't ready. We waited a while but decided to go with a ready room. So we weren't together. Oh well. We had a ton of fun anyway.

The hotel was fine. It was clean and as expected. It's not the worst place I've stayed. Beyond that, I hated the pillows, they were square. I was very disappointed with the breakfast! We actually had paid for it in advance, but skipped it the second day!

We were in town for a Convention at the Dallas Convention Center. The room was affordable, convenient, clean and Comfortable. The Parking was not great spaces are very small but the security was good. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room itself was clean and in good condition The grout in the bathroom was a little dingy but that was the only problem. We loved the balcony with the view of downtown Dallas It was small but was all we needed to sit and enjoy the evening We ate breakfast at the Starbucks in the lobby 3 mornings It was good each time. Snacks were available in the lobby for purchase 24 hours per day. The location was perfect. Just 2 blocks from the trade center. Being on Stemmons freeway made it easy to get any where we wanted to go from DFW airport to Northpark Mall. Everything about this hotel was a pleasant surprise.

I was very surprised with the Courtyard. I had business across the street at the Anatole and they were completely booked so I was disappointed I had to stay across the street. But I was pleasantly surprised...the staff was friendly and helpful. Booking was easy. Registering was painless. And the room and bed were very comfortable. I had everything I needed.

A nice hotel would stay here again. Not the best of locations but on balance ok.

WE WERE IN THE METROPLEX TO CELEBRATE A FRIENDS BIRTHDAY AT THE ADOLPHUS AND THIS HOTEL WAS MORE IN OUR PRICE RANGE AND CLOSE. THE ONLY THING THAT I THINK THE ROOM SHOULD HAVE WAS A REFIGERATOR AND MICROWAVE.

I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was very clean, tidy, and updated. The only negative was how thin the walls were. You can't hear talking but if someone were to raise their voice, or drop somethig, you would hear it.

My room and a friends both had a musty smell, you could not adjust the temp in the rooms and the style was soo 1986 in the rooms. Staff was helpful but for an extra 14$ I'll stay in a newer hotel with much larger rooms next time

friendly staff; automatic water sprinklers came on and put water spots all over my clean car :( Other than that, it was great.

The staff was polite and helpful, the room immaculate and quiet, and it was well appointed. Highly recommend. Close to downtown area.

The hotel was conveniently located to downtown Dallas, the State Fair, and many other locations. The addition of the free breakfast was well worth the price! It was a full, hot breakfast with beverage and was very good and lots of food! The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful!

Really enjoyed our stay, kinda hard to find cause of trees blocking the sign but service and staff were outstanding.

Very nice hotel. It has everything you need. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the lobby area. Only drawback was the location. I think this hotel probably caters to business travelers more given the location. I would highly recommend

The room was spacious, except all the electrical outlets were worn out, I had to plug my phone charger into the bathroom to charge. all other outlets were useless, that made using my laptop impossible. There was no one available to help me with luggage at checkout, they did not come to work until 9 a.m., I wanted to get an early start around 7:30-8:00. I would like to see microwaves in the rooms, like so many other suite hotels have and possible an in-room safe. But for the price I paid I would book again.

Stayed at this hotel with four other people, we were all impressed. Very close to AAC Center and airports. The people were very friendly, Bistro and complementary breakfast excellent. This hotel will difinitely stay on my list to revisit next year.

Everything was nice and comfortable

Very clean room and halls, safe well lit parking lots (other hotels adjacent), location good to central Dallas & Uptown/Oaklawn, very service minded desk staff. Room was greate for my stay as I did not use it much, but roomy enough if I had spent more time there.

The room was nice and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Overall, it was good. I've gotten slightly spoiled by the continental breakfasts offered by other hotels. We paid $10 for breakfasts that was just adequate. I've had better continental breakfasts at other hotels that didn't cost a dime.

Courtyard Marriott provided us with comfort at the end of each day and is located near the American Airlines Center where we attended a concert. My only complaint was that shuttle service to the Center was not provided to us because it was too busy shuttling Mary Kay consultants to their venue. One of the main reasons I chose the Courtyard was its shuttle service, so paying a taxi upset me. Hopefully that was a one-time thing. I will certainly make sure of its availability if I stay at this location again.

The room's ac was malfunctioning, the carpet was wet and the unit leaked water all night the noise resembled Atwater fountain. The musty smell caused both of us a stuffy nose and allergies. Parking lot was not accessible to room for luggage.

The ac did not cool the room even after we talked to the hotel clerk and they sent a tech to investigate. The bathroom was dirty with hair every where, and the sheets were stained. We thought there was supposed to be a fridge in the room but that was an extra charge. $3 dollars for a coke and $5 for a beer is kinda much, (go to a store)(get a ice chest). The pool was great, the food for breakfast great. Probably stay again.
