They reserved large sum of credit (1451 dollar) from the credit card when I used the phone globally as insurance, however I didn't use phone with this large amount of money taking into consideration that the transfer takes time to return to my bank account even after checking out.

I loved every moment every second of it do not be alarmed by all of the bad reviews this hotel was wonderful it was clean nice friendly atmosphere and the food was great.the beds were huge and soft the rooms were very cleanand lots of space. You will love this hotel and you will enjoy your stay.

Normally when you go on vacation the staff at the hotel try to wow you. The hotel was pretty nice but there wasn't even attempt to wow or amaze, just no effort at all. Pretty bad since we came to the south to experience some southern hospitality. None here......

This is a very nice hotel to stay in. Friendly staff and very clean. The only negative was that i could hear music from another room late at night for both nights i was there. It wasnt too loud though.

Had a great stay! Staff was first class! Room was very comfortable and large but it needed some minor repairs. Directly across from The Galleria, where the show I mwas vending at was being held. Would definitely stay again!

I lived in Alpharetta for 6 years and we go back because my 13 year old daughter was born at Northside Hospital. We stayed here before in 2008. I don't think they have updated it since then! The door looked like somebody tried to break it in, the beds where hard as rocks and the room was dirty. Their obviously having crime issues. You have to use your room key to use elevator and to enter and exit parking garage. I wouldn't stay there again! A lot nicer Hotels in the area to choose from.

I loved the hotel, hated having to make U-turns all the time though because you can only get to it from one side of the street.

The location of the hotel allowed me to walk to my conference in the Cobb Galleria Centre and was also close to many dining and shopping options. Parking was easily accessible. The room was spacious, comfortable and filled with modern amenities. Staff and breakfast could have been better.

We were stuck in the elevator upon arrival for almost 3 hours, between 2 and 3rd floor with one other person and our suitcases! The elevator expert was not called 'till a good 2 h after we got stuck! The compensation was not exactly generous, except for some food and upon pressing them free parking. The points for a future free night stay at any of there hotels we refused for obvious reasons. Sofa in living room impossible to sit on, door between the bathroom & bedroom did not close.

I stayed here for 5 nights while attending a show at the nearby Cobb Galleria Center. The staff was great, and my room was in good shape. It was nice to be able to shut off the bedroom from the living room because that eliminated hearing any hallway noise at night. Overall one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in for the price. Only negatives are that they charge extra for internet, and the neighborhood is not at all pedestrian friendly. Basically you can use a convoluted walking path to the Galleria or to the Cumberland Mall, but don't expect to walk any further than that.

The service was excellent the entire weekend. The hotel was clean however the hallway smelled. There was a guest on my floor with a dog and you could tell when he had been in the hallway. There was construction on the highway near the hotel that caused traffic but overall a great area with lots to do.

We very much enjoyed the Sheraton Suites. Room was very roomy and set up nicely. We would stay there again. Was extremely clean as well.

Hotel is conveniently located to highways, restaurants and mall. However, the shops in this mall are not upscale like Lenox Square mall. The biggest downside to this hotel is that it was allowed to fall into disrepair. Several things were defective or broken - bedside light, remote control, refrigerator plug loose, serious door peeling. The front desk people were friendly enough but every action that was requested went unfulfilled.

The couch and chair in the room were very worn. Otherwise the hotel was good.

I was given a handicapped room. If you need one; this is a great service. Fortumately, I do not need one, but the low showers, wardrobe hangar, etc., were inconvenient for me.

Loved it here. Rooms are beautiful, staff is great. Sheldon, the bartender is awesome!

Everything was great! Great location and rooms were very clean. Also, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud and they gave you plenty of pillows!

Nice Hotel, great people. Food prices on the high side. Shower room needs remodeling, room sofa warn out and needs to be replaced.

This was the perfect stay for me. I have no complaints whatsoever about my stay at the Sheraton. Everything from the service at the front desk to the room was great. I plan on staying here again the next time Im in Atlanta.

Overall my wife and I enjoyed the stay. The room was very comfortable. The only issue that I have is the dificulty in using the elevator. The room key function to operate the elevator was quite confusing.

Carpet was kinda worn lookn & furniture was old. I was expecting better from a Sheraton.

The workers at the front desk was awesome. Help me greatly and referred me to a great restaurant. The rooms were cleaned and the views was breath taking.

My husband and I enjoyed our recent stay. The room and view were spectacular and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent Location. Hotel exceeded my expectations. I will stay here again
