Rooms are clustered together and you feel cramped! All the amenities but if you had 4 in the room, you would be cramped in my opinion. Price and Location were right, everything else mediocre!

My daughters loved to sleep in the sleep couch, so they can have a TV only for themselves. Our room is queen + sofa, so it is kind of 2 rooms with 2 tvs. We did not use the kitchen, but would be convenient for those who would stay longer. The price was very good, and it is close to downtown, but not in downtown. The breakfast area is small, but they have a good hot omelet with cheese. I would recommend the hotel.

You have to pay a $50 early check in fee. Check in is at 3 pm? Wow... asked for extra linen the front desk girl said "oh we don't do that... but you can come up front and get it yourself." And parking was a nightmare there was never a good spot. The breakfast was OK.

The room just wasn't clean. Carpet was stained and I even found a piece of bacon lying on it in plain sight. Also, there were 5 of us checking in (exactly what was indicated on my reservations) but no one saw fit to go ahead and put enough towels in the room for us...not to mention linens for the pull out bed. Disappointed to say the least.

I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean. Located central to most attractions. Hot breakfast was very good. My only negative comment is that the queen sized bed that was supposed to be in the room felt more like a full size, a bit small. Otherwise, a great hotel to stay at, especially for tbe price which os very reasonable.

Personally I recommend anyone who's looking for a nice quaint location Quality Suites fits the bill. Plus the prices and customer service was welcoming. Xoxo

The room was a bit dated but very clean. My only complaint my room had a musty smell. Also be prepared to bring your own wash cloths.

Older rooms but clean and kept up. Family loved the apartment type rooms. 3 TVs so no fighting over remote. The hotel shuttle takes you anywhere within a 3 mile radius so you can get dropped off at the subway and take that all over downtown!

The rooms had a musty smell. Bring your own wash cloths!! And be prepared for a $50 charge (damage deposit). After checkout there suppose to refund your money.

Excellent hotel for the money!!! Great neighborhood... staff was very nice.

Pleasantly surprised and impressed, great value

even though the fabric funiture were a dirty but my over all stay was enjoyable. the convenience of having appliances. breakfast. the staffs are very nice.

The suite was bigger than we expected. Very clean. The breakfast was very good. My only complaint is that the floors/ ceilings must be pretty thin because we could hear the people walking on the floor above us. The hotel is close to the Coke museum, Turner Stadium, and anything downtown. Neighborhood felt safe.

Very comfortable hotel. Great staff. Convenient to all the locations that I like to visit. If and when I do visit Atlanta again, I will definitely consider this place first. The only concern that I can list is the parking. Late in the evening's on the weekend, it can be tough to find a space. But there is additional parking in a lot next to the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

We have enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend anyone to stay in this type of hotel. The stay in this particular hotel is very much pleasant. Overall service and food quality (breakfast) was excellent!

Overall a great stay. The hotel location was minutes away from most Atlanta attractions. Loved the convenience of the kitchenette. The kids loved the Belgium waffles. The only thing I would like to see improved would be the care of the pool. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be definitely coming back.

Service was good, computers were very slow and it took forever to check-in. The room was awesome and a great deal but for me, the bed was horrible, made my back hurt! Breakfast was good and hot. Location is within walking distance to the cheesecake factory, which is an amazing restaurant.

The property was old and not kept up. Showed signs of wear and tear on exterior and inside of hotel rooms. The air conditioner only worked some time. The hotel staff will only let you have 2 towels, 2 hand towels, and two washcloths at a time. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. The pool was closed for most of my stay, the hot tub never opened stayed covered the entire time. Housekeeping knocked on door at 8:30 to clean room, when check out wasn't until 11:00 am. After an uncomfortably warm room all night, then to be woken up at 8:30 was horrible. I did not like the location of the rooms in relationship to the parking lot, you had to walk around a dark alley from the parking lot to the rooms. They only had one location to sit outside with one picnic table. The breakfast was okay, they had a decent variety. And the location was good it was close and easy access to downtown Atlanta. I would not stay at this property again.

Good location, good breakfast. Room was average. Only problem was the bathroom. Although it was a non smoking room, the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. There was a used washcloth left on the shower rod, and the water temperature dial on the shower was stuck. Maintenance came over immediately and fixed it.

I thought this hotel was ok, however a bit far away from town. The good thing is that they have a complimentary shuttle that can take you and pick you up from the train stations which is great and very useful! Some of the staff didn't seem to know a lot about the area or about how to get about.

Very unpleasant. Couldn't wait to leave.

Had issues with temp of water in shower. Never got warm.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay at Quality Suites Buckhead Village. The suite was like an apartment which made us feel like we were right at home. The southern hospitality of Dwayne was more than pleasant. My only disappointments were the fact that the shuttle service did not run at the time that it was scheduled and the fact that the pool was closed was also a blow. I can also pass on their fitness area since all the equipment was dated. Overall I would like to see the suites updated a little as far as interior design but again it still was very nice stay.

This hotel had what we needed and tho the pool was not open yet everything else was great, from the rooms cleanliness, size and features to the breakfast. I would stay here next time I visit Atlanta

Only real issue was lack of hot water,after 10 minutes water was just warm.

I had read a few on line reviews, I am not sure what others expected, but I was so pleased with my stay, look it is not the Ritz, but it is a good place to be for a few days if you are looking for a homey environment. It was very comfortable and having a separate BR and LR as well as an eat-in kitchen was so great. The grounds were neat and tidy, could use a little better external maintenance, but all in all it was well kept. Great Value for the money

I was extremely impressed with the hotel and the service I received. Brittany, the front desk attendant was friendly and very courteous. I will return to this hotel every time I am in Atlanta.

We had a one night stay, the location was great and the room was clean.

I had a conference in Atlanta, so hubby and I make a weekend of it. The room was surprisingly spacious. There was a cozy living room with a sleeper couch, fireplace and TV. There was a kitchen area with stove, fridge, counters and microwave. The bedroom area had another TV of its own, closet, sink area, toilet and shower. The bedroom had doors to close it off from living area, The only negative was there was a condom (unused in wrapper) in the bedroom nightstand drawer. and there was an empty soap wrapper in the shower area - so the room was not cleaned very well. Also, shortly after check in a woman tried to open our door. When we answered she asked why we were in her room since she reserved it for another day. Then later a hotel employee knocked on the door asking what are names were.

Good value for your money. An older but well maintained motel. Suite was comfortable. No elevators, outside walkways. Unusual layout of rooms around the property. Adequate "free" breakfast, nothing fancy or unusual.

Overall this place was a great place to stay for a quick business trip, room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and breakfast was really good with tons of decent food. The property itself is definitely showing it's age and needs some structural maintainence but I'm in the construction business and notice these things, and didn't really have anything to do with our stay which was pleasant, close to upscale restaurants and the freeway, I will stay here again if I am in the area.

Overall. I liked the hotel. I expected a suite with two double beds but was very pleased to have gotten a two bdrm/ two bath apartment suite. One of the first things I noticed is the lock on the bathroom door was broken, and so was the garbage disposal. The dishes were paper, not microwave friendly. I expected real dishes and u had to ask for pots and pans. Plus the window sill in one of them bedrooms hadn't been cleaned apparently in an extremely long time. Liked that house keeping came everyday and actually washed a few things that the kids may have left in the sink a few times from breakfast. Also liked the complimentary breakfast(money saver), in-room safe and the hotel is located in a fantastic area. Will definetly stay again.

Hotel Room was large and set up nice. The whole hotel could use an upgrade. The service was excellent. The price was better than most hotels in the area.

Rooms were not ready until 5pm because of a lack of housekeeping. Once in the room it wasn't clean and didn't have towels. I had to call the front desk and I didn't get an answer until I called the reservation line. It was pouring rain outside and I was told that if I wanted towels I would have to come get them from the front desk. Not very convenient when you have cold shivering child fresh out of the bathtub. The service was not what I would expect. The hotel was advertised as having cooking items and dishes with the kitchen. The only dishes were some paper cups and a few plastic plates. The dishwasher looked filthy and had mold growing in the bottom of it. Overall it wasn't a good time.

I completely enjoyed my stay here at the Comfort Suites. The room was nice and cozy and I felt like I was home away from home. Having the kitchenette was a nice touch, that kept the food expense down. This hotel is going to be excellent once the remodeling is done.

I stayed over night for a family function. The hotel is ideal if your stay is longer, but will stay again. The young man at the front desk was very nice and courteous.
