Pacifica Suites - סנטה ברברה

I loved it there! The hotel was very accommodating with our pet, which makes our stay much more relaxing.

Puzzling, all fire alarms had signs "out of service" and referenced calling 911 in case of emergency. The one bedroom suite was quiet, comfortable and clean. The employees were polite and genuinely seemed to care about the guests. The complimentary breakfast was cooked to order and very generous.

The Hotel and room was nice. We had a minor plumbing issue, but was fixed right away. The breakfast was good .

Stayed just for one night. Service was very friendly. Beds very comfortable. Room was clean. A bit close to the freeway, but no noticable noise. Niice grounds for what it is.

Great location, lush landscaping, nice rooms, good service. There was a bit of confusion about the room we confirmed at purchase and what the clerk-trainee was willing to give us. Our room was prepaid, however, the trainee swiped my card for room charges and incidentals. She was very confused. Another clerk helped us when she stepped away. He listened to us and gave us the best room available - a great gesture. Daily breakfast was wonderful, and cocktail reception was nicely done. P.S. - no elevators! We will definitely return.

Well worth the cost! Very pet and family friendly place. Beautiful outdoor setting and loved the complimentary breakfast!!! If we return, I will book it again...no doubt!

This hotel was perfect for our need for a stay before a UCSB tour. The grounds are lovely, the room was nice and quiet and the bed was so comfortable. This will be where we'll stay if UCSB becomes the college of choice.

The Pacifica Suites is like a slice of Hawaii on the Mainland. The grounds were beautiful with abundant flowers and great fragrance. Loved the cook-to-order breakfast included in the room fee.

We wished we had more time to just stay in the hotel. Nice to have fresh cooked breakfast too. The grounds of the hotel was lovely, too.

Room and hotel itself was ok, nothing special. Breakfast was made to order and cooked properly. We were not made aware of the Managers Wine Reception offered daily until we heard some other guests talking about it at the end of our trip. Location of hotel is not close to Santa Barbara as expected, it is 10 minute drive north of Santa Barbara. Hotel is located next to on-ramp to HWY101. If you request room on inner courtyard or towards the school next door, HWY noise should not be a problem.

Great place to stay at a reasonable price. Awesome full breakfast! Wonderful room. Lovely and helpful staff.

Perfect for road trip down pch!

We used to stay here frequently. It's a good location and the exterior is nice. They have bikes you can borrow to ride out to he beach, university, etc. The staff people were friendly. However, the room we had was tired, the plumbing was questionable and the couch was uncomfortable.

The Good: very spacious suite, tastefully decorated on historic grounds. made to order breakfast with generous options one would get at a diner. a very warm and clean pool and nice spa. late check out and pool open late. well kept grounds and common spaces. a flat screen in each room and a balcony. cookies and wine receptions The Bad: our room was located over one of the only flood lamps on site and too close to the laundry and services as we were awakened by the sound of trucks. later that morning, the construction or tree trimming began and carried on. shuttered windows in the bedroom let in not only the flood light at night, but also the early morning daylight. we were given this room although many unbooked rooms faced the lovely courtyard and softly lit garden area. double hung operable windows in the bedrooms are a nice feature which reflect the historic home on the property, but would be dangerous for small children, the clumsy or frisky pets as the sill is very low. the suites are next to the 217 fwy on ramp adjacent to Goleta, which is a good drive/distance down to State Street shopping in SB, but very close to UCSB. The Ugly: following an unrestfully gravity challenged night on the v-shaped mattress(a valley in the center of the bed), in the morning we ran on the local beach less than a mile away...wish they had mentioned the TAR on the beach when they gave me a map and directions at the desk, as I ended up spending the last HOUR of our stay removing tar.

We stayed at the Pacifica Suites for one night before heading back home to the Bay area and to visit our son at UC Santa Barbara. The location for that purpose was great! We were put in a room right near the freeway which seemed rather loud with the traffics sounds. Additionally, we were unable to have any access to the internet, even after contacting the tech number provided in the room. The front desk did give us another room right away that was away from the freeway and was much quieter but my husband was still not able to get onto the internet. I was able to as I went to the lobby and got it there and once I was on, I was good to go. The room was clean but the sink was in our bedroom, rather than our bathroom which bothered my husband a bit. The shower was so-so - the water pressure wasn't great. The breakfast, however, was very good, which was included in the price. All the food was made fresh and the choices were excellent. I probably would go back but would make sure I asked for a room away from the freeway.

The hotel is lovely. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the room very comfortable. We could hear the people upstairs so next time we will get the second floor, but it wasn't bad. The breakfast was great and a good start to the day. We'll be back.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was very good but they were really backed up and slow! The kids breakfast is very small. Overall it was a very nice hotel.

Rooms through hotels.com always seem to facing parking lot.

The location of this hotel is great for UCSB events. It's an easy drive (even with the highway closed for repairs!) The hotel is very pleasant, and because of the separate buildings and landscaping, it feels less like a hotel than a homey setup. The made to order breakfast is very good and there is good variety. Service was good- we had a broken coffeemaker and it was replaced within 10 minutes! We'll be back to Pacifica many more times!

Spacious and beautiful rooms, gorgeous grounds, and great staff. Cooked-to-order breakfast was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel grounds are nice - very lush and the pool area looked good, although I did not use it. The best thing about this hotel was the free bfast - really nice and much more than the standard continental bfast in most hotels. The room was just okay - I booked a suite, it was expensive and I do regret choosing this hotel. The area of town is not nice, and it is in Goleta NOT Santa Barbara. Even just running out for fast food was depressing because down town Goleta is depressing. It really ruined the SB experience. Plus the room is a bit motelish (rathern than hotelish), especially for the price. The DVD player was a bonus though and the bed was super comfortable. Room was clean. I guess the main problem was the location.

Excellent hotel from service to the lovely grounds. Quiet, relaxing, and refreshing place. Plenty of room for the dogs - there is a fee - and they loved walking the grounds. We will stay again!!!

The pacifica suites is a nice property that would be great if it was closer to Santa Barbara beach. The grounds are nice and a personalized welcome was a very nice touch. We saw a printed poster inside a frame on the counter at the front desk when checking in that welcomed us by name. informative team behind the desk helped us out with directions and suggestions of where to go. the entire property was clean inside and out. Unfortunately the service ended there because the rest was do it yourself; parking, ice, luggage., etc...

The room was very clean and the staff was helpful. Recommend remodeling the tub tile surround in the bathroom to more modern look.

Just stayed one night, but really liked the place. No real ocean views, even though it's extremely close to the water, but the good news is that you're walking distance from everything in Sausalito. Excellent, friendly staff and very clean, modern rooms. Accomodated our 10-year-old daughter nicely too!

Excellent breakfast food, restaurant and service. Very friendly and polite staff. Pets allowed so hotel smell like pet everywhere. Corredor show signal of pets not using restrooms. Washbasin (Sink) inside of the mail room. Which is not confortable for other people sleeping. Too expensive.

Overall, we thought the hotel was very overrated. Buildings were in poor repair, noisy AC system ran continually, furniture old and damaged, etc. Poor quality bed & bedding, mineral colored water...just not very apealing. Would not want to stay there again or rrecommend.

We had a great time and loved everything except the freeway so close. It's no problem inside though. The breakfast was wonderful and the beds were supper comfortable.

I've stayed here for business several times and have never been dissappointed. Beautiful piece of property not far from the beaches of Goleta. It's clean and very well taken care of and the staff is very attentive. It's near the freeway so easy to get in and out. Nice breakfast in the morning. The rooms are large and comfortable. Only downside is that they are one or two miles from State street downtown Santa Barbara, however excellent location for those visiting UC Santa Barbara.

The price was reasonable, especially since it included Breakfast, which was delicious - much better than a Continental Breakfast. Room was confortable for a family of four with two late-teen children.

I would rate this to 3.5 stars in some what doen't feel to give it 4, I have booked for 2 King but when I got there I got 2 full/Queen, food is ok the same for every where I goes, bed kind of soft for me , i got the back pain next morning, may good for you, but not for me, front desk and services are nice people, but it good to stay for a nite here while visit my son in UCSB,

We did like about this place. Good location (after you have found it). Nice staff, goos breakfast
