Very pleasant suprise...Quality of the service,cleanliness of room and amenities, modern look of the room,good breakfast,Perfect view...Again we stop for a two nights - we didn't have any expectations , and we left very,very satisfied and we would love to return for a longer stay...

Loved the hotel would have appreciated being notified of the prom parties and weddings..the pool was oversaturated!!

I booked a three night stay for my son's college graduation. my family and I traveled from Texas. the stay was fantastic. the staff was very pleasant and attentive. the pool was amazing. the room was very clean and the ocean view from my 7th floor room was spectacular. I purposely woke up early every morning just to see the sunrise. the only down side was the water pressure in the shower. it kept coming in and out and would get cold at time. but this was not a big deal and did not take away for the great experience we had at the Hampton at Jax Beach. we will definately be back!!!. thank you.

Location on the beach, but they gave us the bottom floor room. I think I wouldliked to have had the room with a view up higher, or to have been askedabout a bottom floor room. We came back to the hotel Saturday night to find the room had been serviced and bed made. To relax a bit, my husband and I decided to get into bed where I flipped the cover back to find a bug. I smashed it into the rug and was grossed out,

We enjoyed it very much! The front desk staff was friendly and professional and breakfast was good! We very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub and being ON the beach! The only down point in the whole stay was when I was ignored at the bar, so I just took my business elsewhere for that part of my stay.

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. All shifts. The breakfast staff was terrific too. They were extremely accommodating. Much appreciated.

Everyone was so friendly and nice and even honored my special request for a specific room! Excellent! My second stay at this facility and looking forward to my third!

Enjoyed daily walks on the beach and the pool-side/oceanfront bar with food service. Entire hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel seemed full, the staff always had a way of making us feel like we were the only guests there. It was a good vacation!

well if I really want to rate this room and the hotel. I will break it down for you... the room was clean the room has very thin walls... when I was sleeping all I could hear and feel was vibrating of snoring... kept me up all night... the people who work at this hotel we're very kind to us. but they need to not let children run wild all around the hotel.. that was a big problem. but overall it was okay.. the breakfast was wonderful.. I hope this helps...

Over priced Everything else with hotel was fine

Very nice place to stay! Close to everything even walking distance. Hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Although it was chilly and quite windy during our stay but I would definitely be back. The free breakfast was excellent! Even though you can order food from the bar which was good...I wish they had a sit down restaurant. All in all... Thumbs Up!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Even though the weather was a little chilly the hot tub was what we needed! The service was fabulous!!

The shower was cold. I had to stop three times just to get the shampoo out of my hai it was so cold. The guy at the front desk was alone and swamped he was trying but could not keep up with everything. I felt sorry for him. Only one wash cloth in the room. The coffee pot on the room did not work. This was to be a partial ocean view and it was a parking lot view only.

My husband I went here or a little get-a-way. The pool was closed for maintenance, the weather was windy and cool, but we had a wonderful time. Everyone was so friendly, the morning breakfast was good and the area well kept up. I had a salad with shrimp for lunch in the small restaurant and it was as good as you would find in any good restaurant. The room was well appointed, the bed comfortable and the balcony/view super. Would love to go back and enjoy the pool.

One of the worst stays I've encountered in Florida, when we called before we booked the pool was suppose to be open, here the pool and hot tub closed. The morning after the first night were sleeping at 930 and the housekeeping walks in, didn't even knock and then we had to ask them for service at 4 that afternoon.

VERY WELL DONE TO THE STAFF. LEFT MY WALLET IN MY ROOM. THEY FOUND IT, TURNED IT IN, SENT IT TO MY HOUSE WITH EVERYTHING INTACT INCLUDING THE CASH. GOD BLESS

The room was fine, however the pool was not available: which was not acceptable at all.

This trip was a business/pleasure trip for me and my wife. I could not have been more pleased with the hotel. The room was very clean with one of the best matresses i have ever slept on, and the staff was more than helpful and friendly. Would definalty stay here again.

Great room and REALLY comfortable beds and pillows ... slept like a baby.Great free breakfast - (GREAT COFFEE 24/7), friendly staff. Ocean view from the 5th floor balcony ... Priceless! Did a lot of on-line searching before I chose here ... Glad I did!

Our stay at the Hampton Inn Jacksonville Beach was the most postiive experience I have ever had. The hotel was extremely clean, well kept and best of all the staff was amazing. Had to be the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. The buffet breakfast was great, I can't say enough good things about our experience and stay with Hampton Inn. Best 6 day stay ever. Thank you for making our trip a memorable and great experience. We will definitely recommend Hampton Inn Jacksonville Beach to anyone we know.

The team was helpful, on the beach, very good reach complimentary breakfast. very good complimentary Internet. very clean, very recommended

I have never written a review.But our stay was sooo awesome I want other people to know.This truly a beautiful hotel.The employes are the best!!! The breakfast bar is fabulous.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times for business & then mix a little pleasure with our work trip. The front desk staff is incredibly personalble, friendly, helpful & so welcoming!!!!!! I wish I could remember the names of the front desk staff b/c they deserve recognition. The hotel has wonderful decor, the room is spacious, clean with all the amenitities we need. We do alot of office work in the hotel room, so the couch & desk area are great. Of course, WiFi is a must & easy to access. We have business materals sent to the hotel & they are behind the front desk when we arrive which makes work travel so convenient. We also love the pool, breakfast area, beach bar for relaxing after work. We will always use this hotel when staying in Jacksonville. Thanks for always making our stay PerFect!!!

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was very nice. Our room was on the 7th. floor, the first night the noise from the bathroom overhead was quite annoying. The next night there was a noise that occured every 5 to 10 seconds, sounded like a motor clicking on and clicking off. It got to a point where it was driving me crazy. I opened the glass door with the hopes the surf would cover the sound. No it did not. The stay was the worst experiance I ever had at a hotel. I wrote them a letter hoping no one else would have to undergo this experiance. I have stayed at hotels for the past 50 years, never like this .

Rooms were nice, comfortable and clean. Service (front desk, cleaning and maintenance) was very good. Although the hotel is older it has been upgraded especially the dining area. Breakfast could be improved but the breakfast staff was exceptional with their service. Oceanfront room was great.

nice renovation, wonderful pool and beach access. Good service, good breakfast and coffee bar! Only issues we encountered were constantly dripping showers and very wiggly shower heads....as if the plumber didn't attach the shower head properly. The constant dripping was a bit annoying and a big water waste in an area with water issues. Also, the prices listed in this website were incorrectly identified as ocean front but when we arrived we found out we only have a partial ocean view....VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Hotel is newly renovated and modern. Front desk employees were always friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet. Awesome pool ( could be alittle warmer). Awesome hottub. Had a partial ocean view, and was absolutely perfect. Beach fantastic. Decent breakfast included!! Would definitely recommend!!

We were at the Hampton Oceanfront two nights for a family wedding. We checked in and right away found the staff to be fabulous! They go out of their way to make sure your stay is one to remember. The grounds are very nice, the rooms are very clean and comfortable...the pool is beautiful and well-maintained and the complimentary breakfast is a very nice bonus. We will be back!

Their front desk staff was exceptional. I was always greeted by name which is way more than I expected. The enterior was newly rennovated and breakfast service was courteous.

Amazing location and pool! We'll be back

The staff was super inviting....they let me choose my room location and remembered my name every time they saw me. The hotel was recently renovated and is very tastefully decorated and fresh. Loved my Oceanside room. The free wifi and full daily breakfast was icing on the cake! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very enjoyable. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Breakfast was outstanding! Room very clean. Room smelled clean. Bed was so comfortable. Great location to restaurants and shopping!
