Very clean hotel with friendly staff and wonderful beds!

Met all my needs. Just wish that there were more fast food facilities in the area. But the menu of local restaurants in the hotel directory that delivered was more than adequate. It was very, very clean, quiet, comfortable and I felt safe.

Homewood Suites is like having an apartment. It was roomy. I really like having a separate living area where our group tended to gather.

The service was good. All appliances worked. The only downfall was that the room smelled completely like cigarette smoke. Such a turnoff. Please remember to ask for a non smoking room and a room downstairs for the kiddos.

My stay at Homewood Suites was a pleasuring stay and would definitely would stay again. The staff was great we needed a crib for my son and within minutes they were there with it and set it up for us.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very kid friendly, breakfast and dinner were good. My only complaint would be for a 4 day stay, they forgot to clean our room the first 2 days, so towels ran out. I think the first day might have been because we had the "do not disturb" sign up. I'm not sure what happened the next day. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and it was cleaned the next morning. I also think that this is the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at.

We checked in late, 9:30 pm, after 5 hour drive. Was not giving any info concerning whereabouts of vending, ice, business center, etc. Was not told about each building being separate from the main building with all the services. 10 pm try walking outside in Dallas looking for a soda/snack machine. 7 am In the morning, 40 degrees, walking outside with your 9 yo to go to breakfast. Separate buildings did not work for my family. We drive to Dallas to fly out for bi- annual family vacations, we will not stay here again.

We really enjoyed the hotel. It was very quiet and the scenery around the hotel was beautiful. I would definetly come back to stay again and would recommend the hotel to anyone. Not far from any of the attractions.

staff was great during my check-in and very helpful. Clean rooms and stay was very pleasant. I will visit again.

Felt like we were in a European inn. The commons area of the lobby were nicely appointed. The staff was efficient and friendly. Good breakfast quality and selection. Our room was lovely and quite clean. The bed and bedding were so comfortable. We took a walk around the Mandalay canal area and Lake Carolyn--what a jewel in the middle of a busy area. Our only regret was we had just one night. Would have liked to stay much longer. Next time we will!

Stay was quite enjoyable. Curteous staff. Clean room. Housekeeping was top notch. Hotel located next to freeway, so quick access was a plus. Surrounding neighborhood was condos, lofts, office buildings, specialty shops and eateries. Impressive! Would we stay at this hotel again.....YES!

The room was very nice and much larger than I expected. It was extremely close to where I needed to be. Staff was very friendly. During the week they had free breakfast and to my surprise...free dinner. Dinner was only Monday to Thursday. It was basic but good!

I really liked this hotel. The staff service was top notch. The room was clean, and the food was excellent. Ample parking. Highway construction got us lost, but once we arrived it was easy to get in and out. Only negatives: Separated buildings did not have proper ramping to roll luggage and cart to the room. Room freezer did not work and was reported. I would stay there again for sure.

Love it, we love the location and the room. Very spacious. BUT THERE IS NO WI FI AND THERE ARE MULTIPLE BUILDINGS SO WE HAD TO DRIVE AROUND THE CORNER FOR VENDING MACHINES AND BREAKFAST. :( extremely close to my brother so it is worth it for us

The hotel is a little difficult to get to and not much in the restaurant department around there but over all still a nice place to stay. Would recommend. The waterway behind the hotel was a nice surprise.

great hotel, great breakfast, great accomodations. I loved that our suite had a door to the bedroom and living room! Only stayed one night, but there was a full kitchen and fireplace. most of the rooms were easy to access and had a elevator, but ours did not:( we did have a little walk and some stairs to tackle. Next time we will ask for a suite without stairs.

Excellent hotel. Construction slowed us a bit getting there, but it was worth the delay! Quite a few steps to go up and down to get to rooms, so if you have trouble with that make sure to make a special request about location of your room. Breakfast was very good. Beautiful hotel.

Great stay, as always. Very accomodating staff. Nice, basic suite, with everything I need.

I booked this hotel so that I would be close to Six Flags and The World Aquarium. It was not too close (about 1/2 hour) but the room and hotel was way worth the drive to our destinations. The hot contenential breakfast was awsome

Nice hotel grounds, it is on a hillside so be prepared to climb stairs for some of the rooms with private entrances. They do have traditional rooms in a three floor building with elevator access. Exceptional staff, all very nice and courteous as has been my experience at all Homewood Suites. The hotel was built in the late 80's, maybe early 90's, and it is starting to show its age. A lot of cracked concrete, older 600 watt microwaves without turn tables that can barely pop a bag of popcorn let alone a frozen dinner (date stamp on microwave in my room was 1988). The rooms have been updated (other than the microwave!) and are modern and tastefully decorated. There is no wireless Internet in the rooms, only wired. The connection was at the bedroom desk and they only provide a short CAT5 cable, so I ended up going out to Wal Mart and bought a 30 foot CAT6 cable so I could use my computer in the living room while relaxing on the sofa. The AC worked wonderfully in the rooms which was great because it was 100 plus degrees the entire week I was there. The AC in the lobby though, not so wonderful. The staff told me at check in that the lobby AC was broken. Talking to a guest that were there the week previous to me, the lobby AC wasn't working the entire week before I arrived either. It still wasn't working when I left, so that's two weeks at least that it was broken. Seems a long time to get an AC fixed. It really wasn't a problem though except for the breakfast and social hour when the lobby got extremely warm and made it uncomfortable to eat breakfast in the morning or relax with a glass of wine in the evening. Overall, a nice place, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, I just hope that lobby AC is fixed by then!

The hotel room was very clean. It was a lot bigger than we expected. The beds were very comfy. Though the room was hard to find the room was great. The next morning the breakfast was very good and checking out was super easy. I would definitely come back.
