I didn't know what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised. Upon our arrival, we were told about the breakfast plan. For 49 euros we could have an upgraded room along with a delicious breakfast plan daily. Later in the evening the hotel offered a light tapas affair with alcohol, which was also included in that amount. This was truly a treat since I wasn't expecting this. Not being a night owl, it was a perfect way to end the evening before heading off to bed.I would definately recommend this hotel. The service was perfect in every way. The staff took very good care of their guests.

Aspires to hipness and manages fine...excellent friendly staff, good location if not overly central to tourist spots ...excellent views from many rooms - a bit of style - excellent hotel -

I opted for the city view room when I was doing my booking, I didnt see the difference really.The initial room I was given was had a NASTY smell, the room had to be changed. In my opinion its definitely not a 5 * hotel, the rooms werent that modern. and it was way too small.The staff was nice though and the room was cleaned promptly.

Loved everything about it. Front desk very helpful. Only down side was that the internet station wasn't working. I was'nt aware of additional computers on 1st floor until my last day. It would have saved me a lot of problems with my flights had I had the use of a computer. If the computers can't be made to work, it would be better not to offer that option.

The hotel is fine. The location is not convenient for the harbour -we were taking a cruise. My problem was our ability to access our room on return from the cruise. We were discharged fro the boat early and arrived at the hotel about 10;30am. We were not able to go to our room until 1:30 pm. It was inconvenient. Other than that our visit to Melia was fine.

It was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was awesome. It was a short taxi ride to main places in Barcelona. The room was great even though it was not one of the most expensive. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Barcelona.

Loved it! Comfortable hotel with very helpful and friendly staff!

It's a nice hotel with very clean rooms. Breakfast is HUGE, but also very expensive. If you're not into gluttony first thing in the morning, don't get the breakfast in the hotel and grab a coffee and croissant at one of the cafes near by. The hotel is a bit outside the downtown area, but there is a bus connection just outside the hotel (#27) that you can jump on and it takes you right down Las Ramblas and to Barcelonetta beach.

The reception staff behind the desk were not accomodating or helpful. The hotel rooms were very nice. I would not stay there again

Tudo funcionou perfeitamente. Lá fizemos um up grade para o Level que dá direito a comida e bebida inclusos de 7h a 23h, e vale muito a pena.

la estancia nos parecio excelente, comodidad, muy limpio, y sobre todo atencion personalizada......volveria mil veces

Accueil très mauvais, longue attente pour obtenir les clés alors que 3 réceptionnistes étaient présents et que nous étions les seuls au comptoir. Incompréhensible... Tout est payant, pas du niveau 5 étoiles...

Qualité de la chambre honorable mais niveau de service calamiteux pour un 5 étoiles ! Avec une arrivée à 00h00, 40 min ont été nécessaire pour obtenir les clés. L'accès au sauna, piscine est facturé 15 euros par personne par jour + 3 euros pour acheter un bonnet de bain ce qui n'est pas précisé sur la description de l'hôtel. Et le comble de la mesquinerie lors de la sortie, après avoir payé 81 euros de parking pour 3 jours, nous remontons à la chambre finaliser les valises et descendons au parking, 18 min se sont écoulés depuis la validation et la réception nous a demande 1,60 supplémentaire pour 3 min alors qu'en soit nous avons déjà payé pour la journée entière ...

helemaal niet goed gelegen en zeker niet in een mooie buurt - hotel op zich nog wel te doen - maar zeker geen 5 sterren waard - ook service aan receptie vond ik ondermaats - tickets voor ons boeken via internet voor iets vonden ze al te veel gevraagd terwijl er niemand anders stond te wachten

尚可。每次進到旅館要重新輸入密碼才能使用無線上網，非常不方便。訂房時還不包括早餐，很奇怪。

Chegamos às 13:30 mais cedo que o Check In informado na reserva (14:00). Fomos informados que o Check In era, na realidade, às 15:00. Deixamos nossas malas no hotel, preenchemos toda a documentação, e aproveitamos para passear pelos arredores. Quando retornamos às 15:00 nenhum dos nossos 3 quartos ainda estavam disponíveis. A moça na recepção pediu desculpas pois o hotel estava cheio. Reparei que um casal que estava atrás da gente na fila do Check In às 13:30, estava saindo do elevador, quer dizer, eles fizeram o Check In do casal primeiro (provavelmente porque eles esperaram no hotel enquanto a gente saiu para almoçar). Quando eu questionei esse fato, ainda explicando que eu estava com uma idosa (minha avó tem 79 anos), a atendente apenas sorriu e não soube explicar. Conseguimos um quarto somente às 15:30 e os outros dois quartos só ficaram disponíveis depois das 16... Eu esperava mais de um hotel 5 estrelas... Não acho que vale a pena pagar caro para não ter um atendimento impecável...

飯店很舒服但是距離地鐵站較遠

Quando da realização do checkout fui informado que o valor do café da manhã não estava incluído em minhas diárias e isto me surpreendeu.COnsiderava que o breakfast estava incluído na diária.

Renligheden af hotelværelset var i top og vi oplevede generelt et højt niveau af service. Hotellet er i god stand, alt virker meget opdateret. Placeringen af hotellet er ok, ikke fantastisk. Hvis noget negativt skal siges ville det være at værelserne godt kan føles lidt små.

朝食抜きプランだったが、フロントスタッフの勧めに従い、追加して正解でした。地下鉄等公共交通へのアクセスがあまり良くないのは難点ですが、チェーンホテルだけあって、一定の水準は問題なくクリアしていたと思います。あとは、スパ関係が営業時間等の点で期待外れでした。

Utrolig bra hotell i et trygt område av Barcelona. Ligger rett ved shoppinggaten Diagonale. Masse små konditori og frokoststeder i området. I følge lokale personer jeg kjenner i Barcelona er det her de selv ville bodd hvis ikke formålet var kun party og strandliv. Ligger 2 km fra Nou Camp, 500 m fra byens beste kjøpesenter Lila. Hop on off bussen stopper 350 m fra hotellet. 6 euro med Taxi til Colombus statuen. Ser noen skriver at det ligger noen strippeklubber rundt hotellet. Det er sandt, men disse skaper ingen bry om du ikke forviller deg inn på disse. For å sammenlikne med London er dette byens Mayfair område.

Das Hotel ist super, günstig für so ein schönes 5 Sterne Hotel. Wirklich nur zum weiter empfehlen!

Pluss: -Hotellet var relativt billig -Rent og pent -Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personell -God frokost -Stilfult Minus: -Lite inkludert (spa ikke inkludert) -Frokosten blir veldig dyr hvis du ikke har bestilt på forhånd -Litt trangt rom -Dårlig beliggenhet (langt fra metroen, lugubert strøk med strippeklubber rett ved siden av hotellet) -Bråkete dusjhode (veldig høy piping) -Lytt

L'hôtel était excellent, la qualité irréprochable, mais le prix du petit déjeuner était prohibitif - ce qui est ridicule, parce qu'un croissant et un café à deux pas coûtait trois fois moins cher, et nous ne nous en sommes pas privés
