Jeff at the desk, great cleaning staff and Veronica in the dining room. It was great! Good offering of healthy food and snacks.

Lovely staff. Very welcoming atmosphere. GREAT breakfast selection.

Nice clean rooms, good price.

I travel a few times a year and I have never had such a friendly staff. I was greeted by every single staff member throughout my stay. The woman at reception jumped up to hold the door for me when I struggled with my luggage and a maintenance worker called the elevator for me when he saw me approaching after breakfast. Even the woman who was in charge of the continental breakfast stopped to ask if I needed anything. While the hotel itself might not be covered in polished marble and chandeliers, the staff definitely shines.

I was glad to have the convenience of breakfast and coffee. The location gave me easy access to our family gathering.

I have never stayed at a place with such loud heaters. When I mentioned it to a friend who had stayed there the same night they had the feeling.

Fairfield Inn by Marriott Amesbury was a good place to stay. Minutes from Hwy 95 which made for quick travel. Hotel was also close to Newburyport which was a great place for dinner! I would stay here again!

Average hotel stay. Disappointed no indoor pool. Hotel staff was very nice, breakfast was decent. Heading to plum island without gps would have been difficult. Close enough to Newburyport without the price point.

Stayed one night for area business conference. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast room was overcrowded in the morning, could only get a cup of coffee. Front desk staff were friendly and had great suggestion for dinner (Sylvan Street Grille). Would stay here again if I had more time to sight-see! Thank you.

Our room was quiet and comfortable and clean. Coffee maker was difficult to operate. AC controls did not seem to work, so room temp was hard to regulate. But overall, it was a good hotel. It met our needs.

The front desk woman was fairly rude to several guests, and at one point threw the phone down onto the desk and walked away in a huff. I was lucky enough not to be on the receiving end of this, but others weren't so lucky. In addition, the toaster caught on fire but the lady who was taking care of the breakfast area was too busy dishing with the lady at the front desk to care. not until some surly manager-type yelled at her and walked out of the hotel (?) did she open a window and put out the fire.

I think when you ask for a non-smoking room....that's what you should get! Could smell smoke in our room entire stay. Toilet kept running and running. Very loud!

Would rather see more KING size beds or double queen, double are so small.. The location and hotel was great, people too:) Thanks John & Diane

convient near motorway for a night stay, after arriving at Boston airport late in evening and on our way to Bar Harbor, only problem lag of restaurants nearby as hotel has no restaurant or bar but serves breakfast ,personel pleasant and very helpfull.

Great hotel, only complaint is that the AC did not work, when we notified the hotel they changed our room!

Excellent continental breakfast (would have liked the hours extended a hair) and detail to keeping the area clean. We did not use the pool but it look decent and the room was exactly what you see on the internet. We had a misunderstanding with the first clerk about our rooms but that was cleared up quickly.

The room was immaculate and the staff very attentive. Breakfast was excellent and the choices were many.

Quiet and nice hotel conveniently located right next to highway and just few miles away from Salisbury beach.

I was visiting family in MA and friends in ME so, excellent location. Hotel does not have a restaurant but, list of excellent restaurants in the area on hte water. Hotel is convenient to highway. They offer a nice breakfast in the a.m. or you can go over to Friendly's which is in walking distance. Absolutely no issues.

The hotel is super convenient (right off the freeway) to a lot of destinations in the Merrimack Valley region of MA, NH and ME. Served as a convenient "home" while we explored the area. Kittery Maine and Portsmouth, NH are less than an hour away and local towns of Newbuyrport and Hampton are close by. The hotel was super clean as was the room. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was sufficiently large, although the hours are limited. There were always cookies, apples and coffee in the lobby which is an excellent touch.

The room was too small. So small that the desk had to serve as a bedside table, coffee service and desk. Same problem in the bathroom. Too little space to keep toiletries. Skip this hotel.

I'd pass this one up. The bedroom was so small that there was not room for a door on the closet and only room for a single bedside table; the desk had to function as the second bedside table. It also had to hold the coffee pot because the bathroom vanity was too small. The toilet was off-center leaving no room for your knee between the toilet and the bathtub. The airconditioner vibrated and rattled. Breakfast was boring and everything was prepackaged for heating in the microwave. Several times when we went to the front desk in the evening including when we checked in, there was no one there and there is no bell so we had to find the clerk. We returned one afternoon to find a woman dryng the tile floor by the elevator by walking on a towel. In the morning, we were entertained listening to the staff at the desk loudly complain that the night crew hadn't done its job. When we did find someone at the desk, he was friendly and knowledgeable, but that wasn't enough to make up for the physical problems with the room size and layout or the general staff issues.

Went to Salisbury beach - the hotel was a quick drive. Great room, comfortable bed, fun pool for kids. The only thing I didn't like was the coffee in the morning - undrinkable!

Hotel propre et confortable avec comme plusieurs hotels pas assez d'espaces pour le déjeuner.

Tout était très bien. Hôtel à recommander. Le déjeuner continental était excellent. Très bonne variété. Par contre, la salle est trop petite. Nous avons été obligés de déjeuner debout, comme plusieurs autres clients. Il y aurait vraiment de l'amélioration à apporter à ce seul point négatif et dérangeant.

Séjour inoubliable. Tout le personnel était très courtois. Le déjeuner comprenait beaucoup de choix et ne manquions jamais de rien. Du bon café disponible 24 hres sur 24. Les biscuits chauds à l'entrée étaient irressistibles. La piscine était propre, et les tables de picnics sur le terrain étaient appréciées. Dans la chambre, frigo, micro onde, wifi et encore plus.... cela nous facilitaient notre séjour. Nous étions 3 familles et avions les chambres une près de l'autre. Hôtel bien situé, restos, surper marché à proximité. La plage est à quelques minutes en voiture. Tout était parfait.
