Comfortable beds, soft clean smelling sheets, very clean. Hotel staff very accommodating. Very satisfied!

Our stay was pleasant. Staff friendly and helpful. We stayed one night - went to visit Providence to visit State House - very impressive - well worth a visit.

The hotel is good clean and friendly but a little improvement wont hurt eather

the room had a very damp & musty smell & when asked was unable to change rooms. (due to occupancy of hotel)

Location was the reason I gave this facility a shot. The front desk staff was uneducated to which door would be closest to my room ( it was raining). Carpeting was worn and vein the hallways. The bathroom was more like a closet and the mattress must have been from the Carter administration.

Hotel needs a bit of a sprucing up. We stay there usuallyseveral times in the summer on our way to our vacation spot. The carpets need cleaning and some are tearing. The sheets were very old and had lots of piling. The front desk was very nice and friendly, however the women taking care of putting out the breakfast were very grumpy. There was a strange smell as one walked through the hallway from the lobby to the rooms.

my request for a nearby room due to my poor walking condition was rewarded by my being assigned the most distant room from the front.

Easy access to Boston and Providence. Breakfast was adequately stocked and very good.

Nice hotel, clean all places, A+++ to sleep.... thanks i come back again....

The hotel was on a main road in the middle of a shopping district. There was road noise and then there was a group of kids that were staying there running up and down the halls and yelling. I had booked this room months in advance with another party; we were placed at opposite ends of the hotel. Also, if there were groups of young children and families, why were we put in the midst of them? Not a very positive experience.

Stayed at many Comfort Inns and by far this was the least pleasant. On a noisy road in a room next a TON of noisy kids . I was with another party and we were placed far apart from each other . My room should have been somewhere away from the crowds. They need to think about that when booking.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was outstanding, they had more than just waffles and danish

The hotel was convenient to the Providence area, only a few minutes away. Close to the highway. Good Breakfast.

This was our third stay at your hotel, and we intend on coming back. We have relatives in the area and it is wonderful for us to find such a terrific place to stay when we visit them. Conveniently located, easy to book rooms, very pleasant, helpful staff, and always a delightful experience.

Our second stay at a Comfort Inn and we found it to be consistent, with a good breakfast and a laundry room.

Our stay was a single night needing two rooms. Danny, at the front desk, was more than accommodating when we requested our rooms be changed to adjoining. The morning breakfast was plentiful, housekeeping staff were pleasant, room was clean. I would stay there again. For those who need it, it is pet friendly.

Would have been nice if the safe in the room had batteries in it so the lock worked! Why don't hotels get their staff to thoroughly check things out so guests are not inconvenienced when they arrive. Nice having microwave and fridge in room.

Staff was nice. let me check in early after a red-eye flight. about 15 min from airport. VERY QUIET.which was a plus. there is a 5-guys hamburger joint across the street. great continental breakfast.

This place is fine if you need to stay 1 night. The room was a little dirty, there was a large stain on the comforter and the microwave was bashed in. They did allow us to check out an hour late which was nice.

When we arrived in our room we quickly noticed the bed spread had 3 stains on it. Housekeeping gave us a clean replacement but we were disgusted by the dirty linens. Also, the hallways could use a better vacuuming job. Although the staff was courteous we wouldn't stay here again.

the room dirty,old, gross. A smell i just could not figure out what it was. cigarette/ mold/ wet dog/ indian food smell all mixed up. Did not even stay there went across the street and got a room at another hotel. You really do get what you pay for.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms clean. The breakfast was great....eggs and waffles, etc. We wanted a queen bed room. The rooms with queens are on the same floor as smoking rooms and you can smell smoke coming from that end of the hall. But we asked for a room furthest away from the smoking rooms and were kindly accomodated. Once we closed our room door you couldn't smell smoke. We would stay here again.

This is how a hotel ought to be run. The front desk attendant was friendly efficient and well dressed, the three rooms my staff stayed in were immaculate, the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, the breakfast was hot and tastey and the high def tv was much appreciated by the sports fans in my group.

Hotel rooms heavily smelled of urine and had dog food scattered all over the floor. Front desk was notified to no avail; no other rooms available. Feel like we should be refunded our money. Highly discourage staying at this hotel.

The room and hallway were a bit dated but the only thing that bothered me was that the room smelled. The smell mostly went away when I turned on the air but it is a sign of either the room not being cleaned properly or water damage.

non smoking room smelled of smoke as I entered and noticed what looked like ash burns on drapes and bed spread. Also, the television picture was discolored and tired looking. Room was deffinately overpriced

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, great for the value. Breakfast was well attended and just what was needed to start the day. Enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was fine for our purposes. It was clean and convenient. We did not have time to use the pool, but it looked good. We also did not have time to enjoy the breaktast, but there were plenty of restaurants available.

Perfect location,perfect hotel,perfect staff

We stayed at this hotel for a 4-day long weekend for a family function. It was very convenient and easy to find off I195. The front desk receptionists were very upbeat and friendly. The hotel is surrounded by lots restaurants and businesses including a movie theatre 2 minutes away. It is also very easy to get back on the interstate. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the maid service was excellect. The hotel was quiet at night. I would absolutely stay there again!
