very convenient to the placesb I wanted to see

Great room, spacious. Parking available. Very convenient location.

We spend an horrible night in this hotel. A group has rented two or three rooms and made noise from 11pm to 4:30am. The door of the room let all sound goes through which is not good in case of noisy people. The security of the hotel intervene several times without any success. I think they should have called the police instead. In the morning, when we reported this fact to the front desk and said that we didn't sleep at all, they just say "we apologize" without any conviction. They didn't seem very concerned about the fact that we pay for a room and were not able to sleep. I expected some gesture of goodwill that did not come.

Have stayed here many times, the location happens to be just right for me. It's not luxurious but it quite comfortable for the price.

Stayed here to attend a concert downtown. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and location was great. Underground parking was a great asset and very convenient. Overall a great stay at a very affordable price!

The room was nice and big. Staff was very friendly. no complaints.

It is easy to find and reception staff are very friendly and helpful. There is parking available on a 'first come, first served' basis. There is no breakfast on site, except a Tim Horton's, but there are great little cafes up the street and around the corner. It is easy to walk to most places, especially McGill Uni and it is about halfway between the Mont Royal and downtown. There is no guest laundry in the hotel but we found one up the street. We were given a top floor corner room and it was quiet and very comfortable. We are going to return there next weekend.

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. We were ideally situated near McGill University, the downstown shopping area and pleasant browsing, shopping and restaurant areas of St. Denis and Mont Royal. There was some construction outside the hotel during our stay, but these sorts of things are inevitable from time to time. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to restraurents, cafes, shopping, metro, museums and even gas station. The staff was very friendly and very helpful in providing guidance on local restaurants and amenities.

Hotel clean, pleasant, personnel efficient, helpful, neighborhood had interesting, reasonable restaurants, nice coffee shops with European ambience, convenient to public transportation

I just didn't like when we got there to check in there was so much procedures unlike when I booked a room in the Delta 2 months ago, they just gave us a key and that's it. The first thing we noticed when we got into the room was the funky smell but overall it was an okay stay.

It was great. Will definately consider staying here again in the future.

This is the perfect location if you want to take the metro or walk to the variou 'quartiers' of Montreal The hotel is close to the Quatier des Spectacles, Quatier Latin, Rue Ste. Catherine and even the Old Port/Old Montreal. Lots of restaurants nearby, including some for breakfast and there is even a Provigo across the street so you can take food back to your room as needed. Just be sure to book a room with a fridge as one is not found in every room. We upgraded to the King mini-Suite with fridge and it was well worth the extra $10 per night. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Excellent service. Within walking distance to shopping, university, Mount Royal. Parking rates a bit steep. (18$/night). Will definitely stay there again.

This hotel fully met expectations. The price was very modest and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. I felt I received good value for the money with no surprises.

Clean, friendly, quiet enough and perfect location. The building is a bit outdated and the in-house café is a Tim Hortons.

Great hotel, really helpful front desk, perfect location.

Was cheaper than most hotels in the Montreal area and combined with the generally positive reviews, that's why I picked it. I made the right choice. The main drawback was that it smelled a little funky. But once the AC is on, it's not a big deal.

In all our stay was very pleasant, the staff was courteous and helpful, the pricing was acceptable. The only drawback was the construction site next door which got a little bit noisy in the morning but in all the stay was very pleasant. I would recommend this to others. Thank you !

Good location and service. One problem- cann't open window.

The room was clean. Comfy bed with nice duvet (not blankets). All the usual stuff a business traveller would like (coffee maker, iron and ironing board.) Street below might be a bit noisy but I was on 6th floor. Staff polite and capable. Very convenient to Universite de Quebec a Montreal. the bus that stops 15 feet from the front door goes directly to the train station.

The location was ideal for us, but we were disappointed that the TV did not work. Hotel staff came three times to "fix" it, but it still kept turning off by itself every two minutes or so. At no point did hotel staff inquire whether it was finally working consistently, so we gave up.

This is a nice little hotel that is relatively close to the city center. Chinatown is a couple blocks away, and Notre Dame (and the rest of the Old City) is about a mile walk, which wasn't too bad. A couple blocks in the other direction is St. Lawrence Street, where all the trendy restaurants and bars are at...great for the weekend nightlife. As for the hotel itself, it was nice, tidy, and clean. No frills. The room did smell humid/moldy when we first walked in, but as soon as the AC was turned on, we were fine. Parking at the hotel is limited, but there is a garage a block and a half away, $17 a day. Very basic hotel, definitely get what you paid for.

convenient location for McGill Univ. Convenient underground parking ($17) at similar price as surrounding hotels; Hotel restaurent closes early- front desk could not recommend a sports bar/ restaurent nearby.

Bien situé, propre, abordable. Un aspect qui m a déplu c`est l encombrement du hall d`entrée par des groupes de jeunes. Je comprends très bien qu`ils doivent se rassembler là...mais un minimum de respect pour les autres clients de l`hotel serait de laisser un passage libre! J`ai du me faufiller entre leurs bagages à 3 reprises en 2 jours. Le personnel de l`hotel devrait jouer son rôle et demander qu`un passage soit laissé pour la circulation...ils ne s`en occupaient pas du tout et c`était juste devant eux...et moi j`enjambais des bagages...PS je voudrais que ce commentaire leur soit transmis.

Chambre très propre, restaurant proximité pour déjeuners.
