Service was great. Rooms are OK. Everything is a little outdated. But the gentleman at check in was very nice. Location is good. Despite a lot of the poor reviews. It was pretty decent along side of the price.

The room was clean, the bed was as well which is important, the breakfast was good too. They had a pool which was clean and easy to get to. Front desk man when I arrived was not so friendly but the lady at my checkout time was. I think this is important.

We have stayed here before and because of this visit we will not stay here again. The desk clerk was extremely rude he talked to me as if I was trash. My husband had to go in and take care of getting the room. if it was not prepaid we would have found another hotel. The room was clean but the bathroom had mildew on the ceilings and walls... There was very long black hair all over the bathroom floor.. my hair is not long and it's brown/gray. we didn't bother with their breakfast, no telling how bad it would have been. We will not be staying there again. This is a shame.. this hotel is in one of the richest parts of town and it's needs to reflect it and it does not.

The hotel is standard small hotel room with a lot of wear and tear. Nothing alarming. Stained countertops, worn and stained carpet, and some suspicious brown finger streaks on the paint above the toilet paper roll that have been there long enough to be permanent. The I-10 highway noise is loud and comes right in. The breakfast was plain cereal, danish, bruised bannanas + oranges, coffee, OJ, white bread only, and margarine. Staff was courteous and freindly. the pool is small and open, facing the highway side so it's amazingly loud and not a pleasant place to hang out while the kids play. The frontageroad access on all of I-10 has these crazy one-way roads with loopbacks every other mile, so actually getting there is crazy. We stayed at the knights inn, just down the road the next night and it was much much better for the same low price.

I would stay there again.

Stayed for two nights and glad I didn't book any more. Furniture is from 1980's and shows age. Bathrooms weren't cleaned properly and also tattered. Heard from cleaning crew that rooms upstairs were in better shape and when we asked to get moved were told we couldn't. Maybe it was being reserved for people paying full price for room and didn't use a booking site like Hotels.com.

My wife and I attended our son's wedding Friday evening at a nearby wedding park. We live in a small community approximately 150 miles to the Southwest of San Antonio and did not feel it safe to drive that distance after the festivities. The motel was convenient and easily accessible and provided the rest we needed. The staff was friendly and ready to assist in every way possible. Everything was clean and in good condition. I appreciated the freshly brewed coffee the morning after our stay.

Nice proximity to different locations. Staff was friendly. Downhill from there. I think the floor may have been more comfortable than the beds. Shower rod was partially hanging. A/C was loud and didnt put out much air. Sink had two holes patched in some off color material. The breakfast was coffee cold cereal and dried out danishes. Oh I almost forgot. When we arrived @ 2:30-3:00, saw a large trashbag overflowing with beer bottles ect.by the stairway. When we got back around 10:00, same bag still there.

The motel was great. My only complaint is that the mattress is very uncomfortable and the shower was in very poor working order.

Very dirty room microwave didn't work. Phone didn't work room still has old school tv with few channels. Dirty room with flat pillows. Bathroom was really dirty. I would never go back had a very bad experience.

The bathroom dirty and the room has odor the ice machine was broke the furniture was dirty and outdated the free breakfast was nasty but the room was cheap so you get what you pay for customer service was nice

Stayed one night. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Seems a bit outdated but was perfect for myself passing through. Wouldn't recommend for a romantic getaway, but great for passing through. Free breakfast mediocre just cereal and danish. Again clean and staff very nice. Would recommend.

it was a nice place to stay for a weekend.

This is good hotel if you are using it for a night stay. Its conveniently located off I-10 and its also cheap. The internet connection was also very good here.

Very friendly front desk employee. I was tired after a long drive and was greeted by a very caring gentleman. He made my stay enjoyable!

We were just stopping by this place to stay the night, so we didn't care too much about the amenities, but the room was fine. It has a decent bed, shower, couch, etc. Only problem was being able to plug anything in required moving furniture to get big plugs in.

Inexpensive motel, room was completely fine- what one would expect of a room of this caliber hotel. Clean, bed, air- conditioning, ironing board in room.

I stay at this hotel because i was going to six flags for the Labor day weeekend...

We were really only there to sleep and for breakfast. However, the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, the rug felt wet and the bathroom was dirty and small. The continental breakfast was a bare minimum, so if you are hungry and won't be eating again for awhile, hope you enjoy toast, as that is basically all that was there. Was in a great location for us to were we were going and the staff was pleasant. If you are going to be staying for awhile, I would not recommend this place, but just a place to crash for the night, isn't all that bad, but like I said, very uncomfortable beds.

The room/hotel was about what I expected for the price. But, after a long day at Fiesta Texas, when we checked into the room the AC was off. It was 100 degrees in the room. It took several hours to cool off, interupting our ability to sleep. I will not be using this hotel again for this reason.

Roadway Inn near Fiesta Texas was very convenient for our stay in San Antonio. I was able to drop kids off easily and quickly and then return to the motel. The Friedrich Wilderness Wildlife Park was just moments away. The stay was nice. The breakfast was adequate to start the day .

It was great except need more towels in the room and hard to get to because of construction in the area

Nothing like it looks in the pictures! Very disappointed wit this hotel and with hotels.com they shouldn't put tis hotel on there web site....

Everyone that worked there was friendly. Phone didn't work well and microwave was broken but they fixed it. Pool area is great.

front dest clerk could have been more friendly it seems that he was just there for the money, no conversation w/ customer. hotel should have a better choice of complimary breakfast too short time to eat.

We arrived late for a one night stay before going to Fiesta Texas. Good for the price we paid. First room shower was broken. So had to be moved 2nd room ac didnt work real well but we were tired so we dealt with it. Breakfast had toast, bran cereal, and coffee. Juice machine was off.

The ceiling tiles in the bathroom looked moldy. The sprinkler war covered with a plastic bag

Good hotel if u need to a stay a few nights. Nothing fancy in this hotel but it is still recommended if your not go to be in the room all day.

WELL TO START OFF THE DIRECTIONS ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND THE FRONT DESK PERSON WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL HE WAS VERY RUDE AND THE ROOM ARE VERY DIRTY NEED EXTRA CLEANING SPECIALLY THE CHAIRS THAT ARE IN THE ROOM AND THE BREAKFAST WAS NOT AT ALL TASTY NOW I DO BELIVE ON THE PRIOR COMMENT I HAD READ BEFORE MY STAYYYYYYYYYYY.HOPE YOU ALL PAY MORE ATTENTION TO THE COMMENTS TO MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY....................

Comfortable but in need of a lot of cosmetic repairs. For the price, it was great. My only complaint - the door locks were very poor and it took great effort to get into the room.

Good Hotel, near to Cantera and Six Flags, but it is a little difficult to get in.
