Place was fine for a quick night sleep.

Hotel was booked online. I took my 3 kids on a weekend trip for a basketball tournament. Pictures shown online were not even close to the room we had. It was very dated, smelled horrible, and was advertised as a family oriented est. The parking lot was full of contractor trucks with very sketchy looking people. We even considered foregoing the prepaid rate and going elsewhere, my children were scared. Our room was 'nonsmoking', yet there was a spot on the fridge where a cigarette had burned out. Sad part is that was not the source of the foul odor in our room. They even charged an additional $12 for a rollaway that was reqested online. It was supposed to be part of the original fee. I will NEVER stay there again. In fact, I don't think I'll ever stay in a Super 8 and unless you're working outof town, I suggest you do the same.

Disappointed! Attendants were not friendly. Breakfast was disgusting and we found hair in our food. The attendant would only put out 1 piece of fruit at a time. There was a snowstorm while we were there and no one shoveled or plowed until late the following afternoon. Our room key wouldn't work the second night and they had to do some extensive work to get our door open then gave us an old fashion key. I would not stay here again. We didn't use the pool or hottub but I shutter to think what would be lurking in there.

For the price, it was an overall decent hotel. Beds were uncomfortable, room was really small and the bathroom needed some work. Probably would not stay there again, might spend the extra $10 to $20 to stay at a nice hotel.

Rooms should be updated. Showerhead was corroded. It was sufficiant for my needs and price was good.

It's what you expect. Clean friendly quiet. Over all pleasurable expeirience.

I cant complain too much it was cheap. The hot tub was like bath water but the room was ok, for the price.

I must admit I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews, but our trip was marvelous. The rooms were great once we figured out the TVs. The rooms were clean. The only problem was that the pool was really cold. The breakfast stuff disappeared quickly and sometimes wasn't refilled but the waffles were awesome.

My husband and I are very low maintenance and don't tend to expect a lot. We always stay at discount hotels and typically don't have many issues. We chose this hotel was because it had a pool and hot tub, a little more expensive than other hotels in the area that did not offer this feature. However, we went to the pool area and entered the pool, the water was so cold I immediately turned around and got out. My husband tried to take our young sone in to play, but he refused and cried until we got him out. There were a few older kids in the pool, but even they got out after a short time and said they were too cold and wanted to be done. We did not go back to the pool again during our three day stay. The room itself also left a little to be desired. The bathroom faucet squeaked so loud that you didn't dare use it in the middle of the night for fear of waking everyone in the room. The pillows were paper thin and the sheets felt like they had been starched. The continental breakfast was decent, including a waffle maker (which I love). Unfortunately the waffle maker was not in the lobby with the rest of the breakfast, but in the hallway, near the door to our room. Starting at 6 am, whenever a waffle was done cooking, we heard the beep, a very unwelcome wakeup call. The service was fine and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately there were just a number of factors that made our stay somewhat unpleasant.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but the room needed tons of updates! Bathroom sink was coming apart from wall. Bathroom faucet was really loose. The fan unit was also coming apart from the wall. The walls were dirty. The pool & sauna around the edges was stained. Everyone was nice but I don't think we will stay again.

room needed updating badly, there was the equivelant of one candle light in the bathroom to shower and get ready by. nothing really around this location. breakfast area really small, had to stand to eat and they ran out of food.Seem short staffed _only one lady at front desk and always had to wait because she came from somewhere else (probably was the maid too), she also had breakfast duty -answered the phones -and ran the desk for check outs HIRE SOME HELP

This hotel was located in a bad part of town. The police were across the street with their lights flashing for half the night. The hotel room was as clean as it could be considering how old and in need of repair it was. The carpet was literally pulling away from the wall. The sheets were very worn and there were blood stains on the cover. Also, the lock on the back door of the hotel was broken so anyone could enter. Bottom line is that it is cheap. If money is all you're worried about, go ahead and book it. If you are worried about a safe and comfortable stay, keep looking.

Our stay was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The kids had fun in the pool. There could be a few more outlets in the rooms, but otherwise it was very good. We would definetly stay again.

Very surprised at how.clean it was!

The overall stay was fine. I was placed in a Non-Smoking Room (Room #220). On our second night stay, we walked up to our floor and found that someone had been smoking Marijuana and the whole floor smelled of it. It was not something I would expect when I was on a family trip.

Problem's with thr internet Lost my conection many times very frustrating.

This was not a well maintained hotel. The room smelled musty. The pool water solders to be well past due for a cleaning and was cold. Sat down on the bed and the headboard fell off the wall revealing that it had been attached with a few drywall screws in the past that all managed to miss anything solid in the wall. We will not stay here again or recommend to others. Intact we canceled our last nights reservation and moved to another hotel.

This property was a 1 Star property on its' best day. The room was from 1980; the comfort level sub-par. No quesion that this was a case of "you get what you pay for". I wouldn't visit this property again.

Short stay. Room was not bad Could use some updating (lightening up). TV remote did not work.

The room we stayed in was very musty almost smoky smelling. We had specifically requested a no smoking room. Had to sleep all night with the windows open to air it out. Not that it was the hotel's fault but a train came through at 6am and blared it's horn for over 15 min. Hotel was a decent price and the waffles in the morning were good.

It was clean, handy, and personal were great. I had two problems they gave away my one queen bed. and I had to update to a king. The second problem was the same I reserved the room as I checked out to be back onTuesday the 20th late and they gave my first floor room away again. I had to update again, plus no soft pillows. I will go there again and again because it is really a great place, but I wish they would just save the room I ordered and I will bring my own pillows. Thanks

Keep in mind that there is no elevator, if you have trouble with stairs. This place would've been ok, but the front desk girl was very rude. We don't do well with bad customer service.

Very uncomfortable beds, couldn't sleep, woke up with a severe backache, also horrible pillows. Staff was very unfriendly. Pool didn't open until 9 a.m. when check out was 11 a.m. Should be earlier

dirty pool, dirty spa, dirty room, sauna was not functioning they used it for tool storage. Our friends stayed there too and had bug bites. We'll never stay again and neither will they. Very disappointed.

booked a non-smoking room and got a smoking room at check in. they said that the smoking room was the last room and since it was paid for we had to suffer in the smokey room. when I book a non-smoking room I expect to get a non-smoking room.
