This is just a room, would stay here again if we needed to, but it is by no means worth $100 a night, more like $70 to $75.

The hotel is in a great location to go shopping or grab a bite to eat.. The rooms are a little outdated but clean. The toilet in the room we stayed at was not anchored down, the heat was off, which made for a chilly night time arrival. Bathrooms need a bit of a makeover along with the linens, but overall, great place to crash for a night.

We were upgraded to a studio. This was wonderful since we had 2 small children and they did not feel confined at all. Thank you so much.

We stayed here the other night, and I left happy. The beds were comfy. The rooms were clean. I wish it had been 2 queen beds in the room, because sharing the double bed with my five year was a tight squeeze. The staff was very friendly!! The breakfast was pretty good. Standard fruit, cereal, waffles, muffins, bagels etc. we enjoyed the indoor pool! And the location was great!! Right in down town dover! Which is a great little town! Overall great hotel! And priced right!

The location of the hotel was perfect for our family reunion. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops close by. The only downside was our room was formerly a smoking room, prior to the hotel going totally smoke free. Our room had a slight smell of smoke and so did the clean towels.

I was very pleasantly surprised that our room was as comfortable as it was. The outside of the hotel is nothing to look at but was well maintained. The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom, and the bed (we had a king-size) was extremely comfortable. There were soaps, shampoo and a hair dryer and iron and ironing board available, as well as a safe, if needed. We walked up and down the street and wished we were staying longer to take advantage of the restaurants and cafes nearby. There is a Dunkin Donuts nearby as well. We were visiting for the UNH Family Weekend and were lucky that an opening came up at this hotel, which is about 10 minutes from Durham.

Conveniently located for our getaway. Right in the middle of a Durham, a lovely small New England town. Lots of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Very friendly staff.

Service was great, good location, good hotel for the price.

For what we paid, it was great. Staff is great and great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for many area beaches which all seemed less than a 1/2 hour away. The room and the beds were extremely comfortable, although the carpets do look tike they need a good cleaning, or perhaps it's time to have them replaced. I LOVE the pool and spa tub! The breakfast and the home-made waffles were delicious! I also like the young man that works at the breakfast bar as he is very thorough, and helpful!

Although the property is a little old and tired, the rates were great. The staff from the front desk clerks, to the maid were very accomadating. There are several coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Would definitely use this hotel again if the price is right!

Room was okay, except could have been cleaned a little better, especially under bed, (even found someones sock under end of bed). The toilet was really, really small. Convenient location.

My family and I came into town pretty last minute and got this hotel for a pretty good price. I was very impressed by the staff who were really kind. The room was very clean and the pool and hot tub were great. It had snowed at the time and the parking lot wasn't the cleanist because of it which caused a major shortage of parking spots one night (some jerk had taken up two spots) The area was really nice but not much in walking distance so I was glad we had a car. Overall the actual hotel was really nice and very comfortable.

Other than the fact that the room did not come with a microwave or a frig, the bed was cozy and the room was overall nice. They do not have more than 6 of the movie chanels and you can see all the other shows and movies in the Guide, but you can't watch them. I would have preferred only having the option to see the channels which I could watch. The bathroom toilet was not 100% clean which I wasn't that thrilled about and I was hoping that the staff would notice it without me saying anything. Top rim of the bowl and a few hairs. I was able to clean off the hairs with some toilet paper, but the toilet should have been clean before my arrival. Other than the tv and the bathroom the location is great. Your a few minutes from the freeway and you are down the street from Hannafords and the other restaurants. Also the coffee shop "Coffee on the Corner" is really good. Hotel does come with a continental breakfast from 6-10 am.

The Days Inn in Dover was fine. The rooms were spacious, roomy, and clean. The bathroom was a bit small but most importantly it was clean. The price also includes breakfast that is enough to get you going in the morning. They served waffles, bagels, bread, boiled eggs, cereal, juices, and fruit. We got in late and left pretty early so I can't comment on the cable or internet since we didn't use either. The person who checked us in was friendly and offered great advice on the local area. Overall a good stay and if I'm back in the area will definitely stay here again.

This was a business trip so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the hotel very long

This is not a 4 star hotel but the staff tried hard, the room was clean, and I had no problems. I stayed there the night before the Pumpkinman triathlon in nearby South Berwick, Maine and it was everything I needed. I'll happily stay there again next year. If you're looking for a safe, clean place to sleep, check it out. If you're looking for anything more, however, you might want to look elsewhere.

Check in and Check out... simple, quick easy, wish more hotels were that fast! Room was a little out dated, but ok. Some small ants in the bathroom was a little strange & didn't really give me a warm fuzzy feeling though. It was your standard inexpensive hotel, not the worst and not the best, simply "ok". The room had a slightly "stale" smell to it that most inexpensive hotels have. Overall it appears that the housekeepers did their best to keep an aging hotel room as clean and fresh as was possible. Breakfast was not very good, the milk must have been "shelf stable boxed" milk (tasted horrible)... and the other food wasn't very good either, we ate somewhere else the second day. The pool and hot tub were nice, clean, & well maintained. No problems there. The weeknight stay at the hotel was nice and quiet, the weekend night stay at the hotel was fairly noisy (a lot more people were there that night) with traffic, and "people" noises most of the night. Location was convenient, but not sure if we'll stay again... hard to say.

My stay was only supposed to be for one night and due to a bad winter storm it turned into a two night stay. The staff was very friendly and accomodating and quickly resolved an issue I had the first night with a knock on my door at midnight. The knock turned out to be someone looking for another guest. The staff quickly resloved the issue and made sure I was safe. I would reccomend staying at this hotel to anyone. Very affordable, convenient to attractions in the area and wicked friendly staff!

This hotel is in a great location. Arrived after a long drive. Staff was great, the lady at the desk suggested a restraunt right arounf the coener that we could walk to. IT was wonderful. The only bad thing was the breakfast in the morning they were out of stuff and or the machines were out of service.

Although the hotel had a great location in Downtown Dover, with plenty of shops and food nearby,. The beds were stiff and the sheets were scratchy. The smell in the room was smoke covered by some powery floral scent. There was no use complaining as they were booked full and the room was paid for in advance. The ice machine sign suggested limiting your ice use to your room and not to fill small or large coolers because other guest would have none. Also stated that the place is under closed circuit tv. Here's a idea -- BUY a better ice machine or have 2 or more on premises. I wouldn't stay here again, stayed becasue family was here and nearby. The room cleaning staff ignored the do not disturb sign and entered the room while we were gone, adding fresh towels. Good intentions, but I didn't need any and no respect for privacy.

Was very convenient to the golf cours I was playing for 3 days and being able to walk downtown for dinner! This a great little place in Dover!

It has a heated pool- what more could you want?!??! you have to pay for the itnernet but there is a free computer in the lobby. big parking lot- the bathroom is small and the room is crammed with furniture but overall it is pretty nice. It is located in downtown dover so there are many places to eat within walking distance but traffic makes it a pain to get to.
