This place really needs a make-over. The walls are so paper thin, we could hear every word spoken in the room next to us. The pool area is dirty and it really needs a good cleaning. While breakfast was included, they are so understaffed that it takes an hour to get anything! Although this place is close to alot of golf courses, that's about all it has going for it. I'd pass on staying here next time!

I have not stayed in an Embassy Suites hotel in over 20 years, but what a pleasant surprise this was! The staff was amazingly warm, friendly, courteous, and helpful! The room was perfectly located, spacious, and very, very comfortable! The amenities, specifically the complimentary breakfast and the Happy Hour benefits, were over the top wonderful! I guarantee, my next trip will include a stay with Embassy Suites!

Room was flooded and air didnt work

Everything was great, from the room to the breakfast each morning. We come to Temecula at least once a year and will definitely stay here again!

I was not disappointed with our stay at Embassy Suites. The reviews prepared me for what to expect. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was good though there was noise from other guests that penetrated the ceiling. I think that's almost impossible not to happen. After all you're staying in a place with hundreds of rooms. The one question I would have for the staff is why aren't the common walk areas maintained as well as the rooms? It looked like the hallways and stairways don't get the same daily cleaning. After three days you don't expect to see the same debris on the floor. Everything else seemed to be cleaned regularly. Good valued for the price.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. The room was adequately clean, the TV was a newer model and the internet was great. Everything else was lacking : the decor was outdated, the building is old, the hvac was loud (woke us up just about every time it went off), the sound-proofing was in need of maintenance (could hear people in the next room and in the hallway, there was no door sweep). For what we got, this place was over-priced. Will not be visiting again and I would not recommend a stay on this hotel.

The hotel is well-run except for room maintenance. Our shower poured water all over the floor, no matter how careful we were with the shower curtain. The bathroom door did not close properly and the latch was broken. We asked for room maintenance, and they came promptly, but fixed nothing. The breakfast was excellent, with made-to-order omelettes, pancakes, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, toast, bagels, pastries, etc. The staff was outstanding - we felt very welcome. The location was excellent, right off the freeway, but still quiet.

Overall rooms are really nice and service as well. But you can see some lack of maintenance here and there. For instance, the Pool Gate cannot be opened from the inside, so you have to take your card through the fence and open it from the outside. Also they need somebody to check on the pool towers more frequently. And lastly the level 4 smells a little like old cigarette smoke. On a positive note. The room is super comfortable, I loved the fact the bedroom as a door and the sofa on the little “TV/living room” is a sofa bed, so my kids stayed there and my wife and I could enjoy some private time. Also the breakfast buffet is really good, way above the average continental breakfast. The only problem is that it gets really crowded.

I've stayed at many Embassy's over the years and the Temecula Embassy Suites needs some updating. The rooms are smaller than other Embassy's that I have stayed at. The decor in the rooms could use some updating as well. The staff that bussed the tables at breakfast and at happy hour were very good. They worked their butts off. The omelet station in the morning could have used another chef to help the line move a little faster. It took about 30 min to get through the line and get the omlets. They were tasty though. The pool and the jacuzzi was nice since it was outdoors.

Great trip and clean room

Went with a group of girls, great location. Close to wineries!! Breakfast and cocktail hour lines were long! But worth it being included. We would definately stay here again!! Taxis available out front to take a few miles either to old town or wineries for live music at night.. Great trip!!

LOVED EVERY BIT OF IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT, I ACTUALLY POSTED IT ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE...

Everything was perfect............except for the morning earthquake. Will definitely be making a return trip for a "girls wine weekend".

The hotel is starting to show it's age but still one of the best in Temecula

The room was quite comfortable for family of four. The only trouble was the odor in the room was odd and the AC/heating unit was very very loud..had to turn it off. Service was prompt. Free breakfast in the morning was appreciated..coffee was awful. The shower had rust and the room seemed tired and furniture showing some age

Couldn't be more satisfied with stay..

The hotel is getting old. The plumbing and AC system make such a racket, one cannot sleep through the night well! The free breakfast was ok, but to wait in line for half an hour for an egg was just too much.

This was our first time in an Embassy Suite but it will by no means be our last. While it was not the least expensive in our search it without a doubt the most for the money. From the friendliness and obvious desire to serve of the staff, to the warm almost homey feel of the hotel atmosphere, it was truly difficult to leave when our stay was up. We actually stayed on one more day simply because it was so pleasant. While we did not avail ourselves of the pool or spa, my wife truly loved the convenience, and first class amenities of the workout room. This was an enormous plus after gorging ourselves at the wonderful, complimentary breakfast buffet. Let others have their "Continental breakfast", we loved the feel of having our own personal chefs. The ease of it being just off of I-15, was complimented as we toured the surrounding area with finding so many attractions so close, i.e. malls, Old Town shops, wineries, multiple golf venues, etc. And if the day has you a bit tuckered, the Managers complimentary Happy Hour can be the perfect end to a luxurious day. Could go on forever but experience it yourselves.

The room was very nice. The breakfast was great. Just be sure to get there on time or you will miss out on the good breakfast.. I will definitelystay again.

The location was right off the freeway, but set in far enough from traffic and provided a quiet, comfortable atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast offering was outstanding. Well worth its advertised 3-Star rating and could be 4-star

Towels are so thin. Window did not open. Room was dated. Happy hour is okay, it's free. They could do better with the HH snacks. The best thing is that it's down the street from the wineries.

The staff were very friendly and they made us feel welcome the minute we walked in. The room was clean but was a bit small compared to other Embassy Suites we've stayed. Breakfast was great with the made to order omelette and everything else to go with the free breakfast. My only complain is that the bathroom walls are thin. We can hear when someone is flushing the toilet or showering in the adjoining room.

Out elevator by our room was not working but other than that it was a great stay!

This hotel is on the pricey side but all their rooms are suites and it is in a great location for wine tasting. The hotel is clean and well maintained. They offer a managers reception from 5:30-7:30 every night with well drinks. They also offer breakfast in the morning with made to order omelets. To include alcohol and the breakfast it is well worth it for my group!

Housekeeping showed up at 5:00 PM when we had returned for the day. Was disappointed by this

This hotel served our purpose very adequately. We were close to wineries, to old town and the freeway. Very conveniently located. We like a suite to have a separate bedroom to provide for more privacy/quiet when one of us wants to stay up late and watch TV - so this proided that. We liked that there was a refrigerator in the room and that the breakfast is included. The hotel is a bit older, but was clean. We would definitely stay here again if going to Temecula.

Overall a good value in a good location.

relaxing,quality service,and comfortable

Very pleased with the overall experience. However, we ordered "room service" and the food was terrible! Soup was watery & cold; pasta cold & dry; ahi tuna marginal. I mentioned this to one of the managers & she was so helpful & took the charge off the bill. However, the breakfasts were very good. I would definitely stay at this property again!

This Embassy Suites is in desperate need of a "facelift". It does not compare to the quality normally found at many of the Embassy Suites we have stayed at in the past. The sinks are clogged, the walls paper so paper thin that we had to listen to the next guest snore through the night and awake in the morning. The halls are dated with old carpet and wall paper. The rooms are small. The only nice thing was the quality of the bed itself. The complimentary cocktails were served at a sports bar with no sports channels other than the local fare. The line up for the free drinks was as long as one found at Disneyland. The people working there tried there best to make it a pleasant stay. However, the quality of the hotel itself barely rates one star. Again, this property is in desperate need of renovations soon. We will stay at one of the other properties in the area on our next visit.

close to downtown temecula and 20 minutes from the wineries, it was clean, nicer then expected, and nicely decorated for the holidays. the free breakfast was fairly good, but the omlet station was a plus. ample parking, and a nice place to stay

Room services were quick and the front desk called to make sure we received our request correctly. Great follow through.

Rooms smaller then I am used to for Embassy Suites. The breakfast was very good . The lady working in the breakfast room was outstanding. Great, affordable place to stay while doing wine country.

This hotel was in great general shape and our suite was well appointed with two flat screen TVs, comfortable King sized bed,etc. The bathroom was not too exciting but it was clean and worked well. We enjoyed the pool and the workout room. The breakfast was crowded but had a nice variety of goodies. The complimentary happy hour was popular and fun in their small sports bar. We watched USC get beat ( how sad). The only problem was the very loud traffic noise due to the hotels location next to the busiest street in town. A room with a pool view would probably be quieter. Happy travels!

i chose this hotel for the name brand reputation of an embassy suites hotel, but was disappointed with the style of this hotel. the room felt small for sure, and the hotel overall just did not look like much had been done to upgrade it. our room had a very noisy air conditioner and our door had a huge gap all the way around it, which allowed the sound from the washing machines and ice machine right into our room. overall it was just okay. unless it was significantly cheaper than an alternative in the area i would not choose to stay there again.

The hotel is well-kept, close to the freeway (could not hear it inside at all) and just off Rancho California. Our suite was small, but it was a suite, with two TVs, a small refrigerator, sink, coffeemaker, a sofa bed and a king bed. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Free WIFI was easy to get started and worked pretty well. Breakfast was great, with simple made to order omelets, pancakes and a buffet. The only drawback was noise from other guests, some of whom were up until after 2 am, being very loud and obnoxious, banging on doors, etc. This could happen anywhere, though, and I believe the staff got things under control.

The room was very nice and clean. Unfortunatley the neighbors were extremely loud all night. The room we had was right outside the 3rd floor elevator so we heard everything. Needless to say we did not get any sleep that night.
