The hotel was a lie in terms of what they said they offered. The kitchenette was broken and they provided no cookware or utensils. The pool on the top terrace was a pit of mud with funguses. Clearly you couldn't swim ever. The Internet was on and off and barley strong enough to make a Skype call. The only good thing was the breakfast and the location. Besides that forget about it go to another hotel, not worth the money or headache.

Stayed for four nights here. Clean small room. Big living area with nice kitchenette. Fridge did not get cold enough. Keeping the floor dry while showering was a challenge with the bathroom set up and thin shower curtain. Lots of TV channels in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Door man and front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet. The only real issue I had besides the fridge, is that the trash was never collected from the room. We had take out one night, and the boxes stayed on the table for two days until we disposed of them. The drinking glasses were also never changed. We had to wash them in the bathroom with hand soap. I would recommend this place again!

The pool deck area needs to be kept clean as well as pool furniture and umbrellas for shade Only dad 5 old chairs. Mostly a business hotel. Nice staff and a good breakfast buffet. Overall good value ror the money.

We used this hotel at the beginning of our Peru stay to visit Lima before moving on. As this was a clean and comfortable hotel with good facilities we decided to return for the final night's stay before our flight home.

This hotel is located outside Lima central in a very nice neighbourhood. We were happy to walk the distances into both the City Centre and the Seaside resorts of Miraflores and Barranco though most people would probably consider them to be a taxi ride (taxis are relatively inexpensive). The twin bedded room was clean and comfortable with a decent bathroom and hot water. The hotel had good facilities with a very good buffet breakfast with ample choice. A good business centre with computer stations is available on the 2nd floor should the Wifi connection in your room become a little temperamental.

Great place to stay and the customer service was wonderful. Friendly staff and so helpful. Buffet breakfast was a delight. Very reasonable for the quality of the hotel. The kitchenette is not readily equipped but all you need to do is request that they put in the pots, pan, plates, etc. Almost like having an apt.

Very large room with kitchen. Extremely safe neighourhood with some of the trendiest restaurants in the city! Go explore. Quiet with convenient taxi service - billingual to all locations.

We were very happy with the hotel for the price we got on hotels.com. The neighborhood is one of the best in Lima from what locals told us. It is a very exclusive area. The only issue we had is my wife's dad came to stay with us the last night and the lady in the morning told us he could stay for an extra $10. When we asked for sheets for the sofa bed later in the day, a different person said they would charge us $50 for him to stay on the couch. The place is great. The pricing of the food is above what you would spend outside, but that is expected. A lot of great places near by to eat. We were very happy with the location. It is a beautiful hotel. Has a gym and swimming pool. You will be well taken care of.

This hotel is on par with a Westin, or W, in its accoodations. Highly recommend it.

The suites are big and super if you are on a working trip. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, a lovely bathroom, a peculiar lounge, as the sofa bed, has weird uncomfortable cushions, nice round table, suitable for dinner or working. Rooms have internet connection, there's also a business centre with helpful staff, it never seems to close, I was there at 1am one day. The gym has good equipment, but no view, however, it's a good gym for a hotel. The pool on the roof is minute, however it has a good view across the city, nice for sunset and fine to grab some chilling out time. Breakfast until 10:30am is good and the omelettes made to order are yummy! Initially I was given a room on floor two, it was dark and I did not like it, once I moved to a higher floor, it was bright and had views. The staff are extremely professional and keen to help with anything you might need. You can walk to supermarkets, many restaurants and the tiny shop at a petrol station on Arequipa, a two minute walk away sells almost anything you might need. I would definitely stay here again, on a return visit.

Bastante buena mi estancia, hotel cerca de varios restaurantes buenos

The hotel is quite old, but very nice and classic style. It's easy to arrive to any place by taxi . It is close to los conquistadores street which has some nice shops, also has a park to walk around very nice , in general terms is a good election. The price is fair compared to what you get (indeed I get more than I expected). I you ask me, I would recommend it.

A pesar de ser 4 estrellas, es de primera, pasando por alto la atencion en el Counter Recepcion que es algo pobre, el resto DE PRIMERA, LO RECOMIENDO, el sitio que lo rodea es muy bueno.

Fué placentera, con buenas y confortables habitaciones y un restaurante que puede mejorar, sería bueno implementar un Spa.

Satisfactoria.La seguridad en dejar maletas para viajes en el interior de Perú y regresar me pareció excelente.La atención fue cordial.El personal muy respetuoso y colaborador.El serviicio de taxis del Hotel me pareció muy costoso comparado con los precios de los taxis que se consiguen en las afueras del hotel.

El personal de botones y restaurant muy bueno de recepcion , ama de llaves tiene muchas y el sofa cama como opción para una habitacion triple para adulta es una estafa los sofa camas son viejos , los colchoines viejicitos de estos sofas y no es una opción para habitación, cuando se recibio esto como habitación triple acomodación me parecio normal pero me imgine un sofa cama que podia acomodar un adulto adermas pense en un sofa cama del siglo XXI no del siglo XX

Sofa cama no es una opción de habitación triple, sofas camas viejos , con colchones malos imposiblew se considere como cama extra los sofas camas es vergonzoso solo propongan algo así pesimo. Check in lento , y te entregan la habitación luego de una larguisima espera a pesar de que llegas a las 15:00 para la entrega de ahabitación les toma un promedio de dos horas minimo a pesarde que se les anticipa, nunca debes tener prisa se toman muchisimo tiempo para entregar las habitaciones una vez hecho el check in

En recepcion no tiene capacidad de decisión pedimos habitación triple TRES ADULTOS cuando reservamos nos asignaron una matrimonial y un sofa cama al llegar, el sofa cama viejo maliiisimo la estructura estaba separada del sofa la noche que mi hijo durmio alli no pego los ojos le pusieron otro colchon por que aquel del sofa cama tenia sin exagerar dos centimetros de espesor finalmente al dia siguiente nos cambiaron de habitacion a una con matrimonial y dos camas, al salir les recomendamos que regresabamos en cuatro días y paso lo mismo el mismo ,sofa cama viejo con colchon de dos centrimetros de espesor, a desnivel viejo la estructura inestable nos rehusamos a utilizar la habitación sino reemplazaban con una cama real, el cambio estuvo listo a las 19:30 más o menos y además, cuando regresamos despues de los cuatro días hicimos el check in y a pesar que entramos 15:30 nos hicieron esperar dos horas y luego oh sorpresa el sofa cama viejo y destartalado, tuve que exigir llamen al administrador para que el ponga correctivos los demas dias el servicio mejoro y se preocuparon de que cambiemos de opinion sobre el hotel. Su ubicacion es magnifica, botones, limpieza y saloneros la atencion es muy buena. El hotel es bastante añoso y parece que le hacen el minimo mantenimiento.

Es hotel está muy bien ubicado. No me parecieron muy amables las personas de Recepción. Lo mejor es el desayuno.

la estancia buena pero las instalaciones del hotel muy viejas y la habitacion olia un poco mal necesita ventilacion.......y la recepsionista una pequeñita un poco cejuda que SONRIAAAAA un poco

séjour agréable, grandes suites propres, bon acceuil, très bien pour le petir déjeuner mais pas pour restauation. Environs calmes.

Excelente calidad de atencion en el 99 % del personal. Da gusto la entrega, el servicio de casi todos (excepto una persona) y el interes por brindar la mejor estancia a los huespedes. Si van a buscar una zona tranquila, limpiay de calidad para hospedarse pero lejos (30 cuadras) del centro (MIraflores, Centro historico) elijan esta opcion. Las habitaciones tienen varias opciones y respetan todas las descripciones indicadas.

No tengo quejas y si alabanzas: muy buen trato, buena ubicación, habitaciones cómodas y muy buen servicio.

Me gusto mucho el Lugar donde esta situado, sus alrededores son bonitos y con mucha vegetacion, y lo mas imporante hoy en dia es la suguridad. Esto debido ha que esta en la zona de San Isidro, ya casi colindando con Miraflores que es uno de los mejores sitios de Lima.

Grata atención y acomodaciones apropiadas y cómodas. Servicios adicionales justos para una estadía corta o prolongada. Rico desayuno y habitación muy cómoda. Si tengo que ir nuevamente iría de todas formas.
