the hotel way nice,but the location was not close to any main areas

This hotel didn't look like much from the lobby, but the room we got was pretty decent. We stayed in 217. It smelled nice and the bed was comfortable and the TV had good reception. The shower was nice, with an adjustable water head. Really, no complaints! Will stay again.

It was quiet as I was hoping but I noticed some blood looking substance on my mattress and there was some bed bugs as well crawling on the floor and ceiling and I killed 3 of them.

The room could have been neater when we checked in. The issues were discussed with the Manager; he seemed concerned but did not do anything about them. He also stated that there was no excuse for the items being left behind by housekeeping and said he would talk with the Head Housekeeper. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel. The breakfast bar was very impressive. We would stay there again.

This is not the type of place I would normally stay at. I did not really like the surrounding area of the hotel and the walls were paper thin so I could everything my next door neighbor was saying and doing.

They lost power during a terrible storm in Atlanta..We had too stay inside a hot pitch -dark room ( dark room with no air conditioning).When the security lights went out a prostitute and several thugboys started working the parking lot of the hotel.. I specifically told the manager that I never want to stay away from security again..I moved car under a light and to be near the security guard..I want room on the same side as the hotel office and the guard.

It's not in a great part of town but overall the hotel is nice. They claimed to have full breakfast but there were no hot eggs as promised which was extremely disconcerting to me. But worse than that my door key would not work and that was a disaster. My coffee pot had not been cleaned, creepy, and then the coffee had not been replaced. Wierd. The nice security guard brought me coffee. Simple things unattended to add up to a difficult stay. The toilet kept running, the heat in room was inconsistent but the hotel has a nice appearance.
