The hotel itself is quite clean and not too bad for comfort and size of the room. Breakfast is adequate. Pool and gym facilities are limited and dated. Considering the price of our stay, everything is great. Very comfortable and affordable for families.

This was my worst experirnce in any hotel. Bathroom shower was not functioning properly, I called front desk several times no response and i had to go down. No hotel should have an emptu fron desk and that should tell you what this hotel is about. It is a rip off

Bed was comfy, but there were stains on the quilt... ick! Road construction on 3rd Ave was not very convenient as far as access to the hotel goes. Overall things were alright. Was actually kinda great to have a free breakfast in a hotel at this price point.

Elevators very slow and not all ice machine still were not working.

Everything was great except the continental breakfast. There was not a lot of variety. There was no hot food

Pool was stinky. Towels missing. Access to the hotel in dismal condition. No proper signs. Breakfast was good but the location least impressive. Cannot move out for a walk.

Stayef at the hotel at the same time as a huge group. Ive never been to a hotel where so many kids were running around and so many people just hung out in the hallway. Avoid rooms at ends of the hallway. We were in room 201 right next to the stairs. Unfortunately the stairs were concrete and extremely noisy. With so many people hanging out, they were used a lot and it sounded like a herd of elephants just outside my door. I got a great rate for this one night stay; unfortunately you get what you pay for in the end. Would not stay here again.

Customer service was as if not available to those who book online. We called for help and recieved none. Apprently they were too busy with the large group that was there and neglected the others. Big disapointment for me since i only stay at Choice Hotels for all mu travel needs. Talk about feeling descrimitated.

We were exhausted when we pulled in to Spokane and were delighted to see how nice and updated our room was. It was small, but definitely big enough for the two of us. Newer tv, microwave, coffee maker, fridge... the works (no Food Network, though!). The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and provided us with a few extra things when we needed them. I think there was a school basketball team or something though because the hotel was swarming with LOUD teenage boys, including some who loudly came in to the room above us after midnight and were so loud for so long that I called the front desk, and they took care of the issue eventually... overall, we got a great deal on a good hotel. The complimentary hot breakfast was more than worth the few extra $ we paid to stay out of a dive!

We had fun nice service!

It is an ok hotel and the room was clean but had a musty smell to it. The window open and that help the problem. The breakfast way good. The price was right. For that price we would stay again

The room was clean and breakfast was delicious. Good choice for our stop on the drive to Seattle.

The best word to describe our stay was excellent! Upon checking in the staff was wonderful. The room was clean and in wonderful condition. The staff was kind and helpful with all requests. Breakfast on the 5th floor was very good with a wide selection for every person's needs. We would definitely stay there again

Great overall. What more can you ask when you pay ~50 per night? It has a grt whirlpool, clean rooms. Neighborhood is naaah but we didn't go there for that...

The outside is quite dated but on the inside this is a really nice place. I will stay there again

Great rates. Easy reservation process through Hotels.com mobile app. Comfortable hotel with great continental breakfast. Not a classy place but nice location close to downtown.

This was our second stay at this Comfort Inn. It is located close to downtown, close to the hospitals, and close to Gonzaga. Hotel was clean, breakfast was great, and the pool was very warm (and, surprisingly, 8 feet deep in the deep end). We could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, but everything was quiet after 10 pm. Room had a refrigerator and microwave. Parking is free, and the lot is monitored by cameras.

for the price it was great the only thing was the pillows were to thick, other than ity was great for the price, def stay there again !

The hotel was very nice for the price. Very clean and actually surprisingly classy inside. The 24hr pool was awesome! And threw breakfast buffet was awesome.

After reading the reviews for this hotel, I was expecting less than what we got. The staff (Tiffany in particular) were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and the free breakfast had a variety of options to please everyone. Although the location isn't in the downtown core, it ensured that traffic wasn't a disruption to sleep (compared to a nearby hotel that I had previously stayed at near the highway). The hot tub looked a little murky and had a lot of foam when the jets were on, and could probably use a good cleaning. It was an added bonus to be able to use the pool and hot tub at any time (24hrs). The building is older but seems to be in good condition. I never had any issues with running out of hot water. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and great for a budget accommodation.

The hotel is kept up well. It has an indoor pool and hot tub with a great morning breakfast. The rooms are clean and decent size. It's close to the freeway so there is easy access. Overall it was a good stay and for the price I'd stay again.

The hotel is in good condition, recently renovated, and all that. It's just a really unfortunate location. The Japanese restaurant next door (highly recommended) is just about the only thing around. We thought "close" to Riverfront Park meant we could walk there, but it was at least a mile away, and there really wasn't much of anything to do within walking distance of the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay, though. Nice pool, small workout room, good breakfast options.

Looked great online and the rooms were just a pictured. Very clean and excellent linens. Was surprised by the outside...could use some upgrade. Would return and pet friendly.

Check-in was quick. Room had a strange 'sweaty' odor when I first opened the door, but it quickly dissapated once I settled in. King bed was very comfortable. Wi-Fi worked great. Appreciated having a fridge in the room. Bathroom was clean though decor seemed dated. Shower switch appeared to be stuck on 'shower' only but water pressure and temperature were satisfactory. Location is convenient--just off the I-90. There's not much in the way of restaurants nearby (a Japanese place next door), but downtown Spokane is only a short drive away. Overall, not bad for such an incredibly inexpensive hotel. And I didn't even try their pool/jacuzzi or complimentary breakfast.

We were very pleased with this our first stay at a Comfort Inn...the room was clean, the lobby and public areas were very pleasant and the breakfast was better than average with make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit and bagels, muffins and yogurt with cereal...great coffee too...thanks!

Older hotel /in a weird location but the service desk people were more than helpful!

This hotel is close to downtown and provides a shuttle service to guests. It's easy to find, and the price was amazing! We were a bit nervous at first - thinking this was too good to be true! Our entire stay here cost the same as one night in the downtown core. But the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly (although a bit unprofessional to see staff frequently smoking outside the front doors), the breakfast service was good and the breakfast room was bright and spacey. Would definately stay here again!

The hotel is out of the way on a worst street in Spokane. Building is older but clean, includes free parking. At the time we went it was almost empty. The website shows pictures of beds outfitted with comforters, but that's not the case. I hate the motel blankets (that get washed only twice a year) so it was a bit disappointing. Very impressed with the full breakfast. Eggs, sausages, waffles, bagels, cereal, fruit.... Over all would recommend.

Overall it met my expectations. I am not impressed though that they still haven't fixed their hot water issue. I had read previous reviews where people mentioned this as an issue and had hoped it would have been addressed by now! Otherwise great for the price we paid. Breakfast was not high quality but there were lots of options. The room heat could be improved, currently it's a noisy fan you have to turn on and off manually. On was loud, off was cold.

Hotel is non smoking.The room stunk of smoke, everything else was okay.

Only problem was no hot water for shower at night

Very nice hotel. Awesome breakfast. Very nice staff. We asked for early check in and we were in at about 10 am which was great thanks to Savanah. Overall very pleasant stay
