good clean room. Did not get maid service -- stayed too late each day in the room. But room was comfortable. Wi-fi included. Location: view of the under-used Pontiac Silverdome. Not exactly beautiful. But close enough to Oakland University, which was my destination.

We LOVE staying at this hotel. Perfect location, quiet, very friendly staff. The rennovations were nicely done!! We will stay in this hotel everytime we come up to Auburn Hills!! The food is excellent as well!! Thank you for another great stay!!!

Initially, we couldn't get into the hotel because the front door and lobby were being completely renovated. The guest entrances were locked making it difficult to enter the building. We had my elderly mother with us and the girl that finally let us in was extremely rude. After bringing this situation to the attention of the manager they were very accommodating. They gave us a wheel chair for our mother and that helped significantly. Our room was not stocked with hangers, glasses trash bag liners...They brought them when we requested.The rest of the staff was very helpful. They did not have their hotel handicap accessible. (i.e. when we wheeled our mother off the elevator to go to breakfast they had blocked off the ramp to the breakfast/ exit area so the construction workers assisted my mother down the 4 steps and carried her wheelchair for her. ) I am not sure what we would have done without the construction workers help all weekend! I would have expected more from the Hilton. It will be nice when the work is completed.

The staff was wonderful and very friendly. When I requested somethng I received it right away.

What a great experience. Each staff member was extremely friendly and went out of their way for us to make our stay amazing. Haven't had service like that ever! Great, clean, beautiful hotel!!

I took my girlfriend to stay there for our 1yr anniversary and we were disappointed to find that both the jacuzzi and sauna were out of service while we were there. When I inquired about it, the front desk attendant informed me that they were uninstalling the sauna later in the week and missing a part to propel the jet nozzles in the jacuzzi. To advertise both amenities and not have them in service is reprehensible and literally constitutes false advertising! And on top of that, when I ordered the breakfast room service, they forgot my sausage patties. So I was inconvenienced by having to call down to room service and have them make another trip to bring some to me. On a positive note, the room was very nice and felt very clean. Although not a completely bad experience, it still did not live up to my expectations for the premium rate I paid for my stay, and it put a damper on our special occasion. In the future, I will not choose any Hilton Hotels for fears that I will encounter similar issues.

It was a really nice hotel but I am surprised we had to pay for Wifi! The charge was also per computer per night which was a bit ridiculous. The pool was packed with kids throwing a football around so it was not pleasant at all. They do have adult swim hrs but by then it was too late to bring the little guy around to give swimming a try.

well it would have been fine untill we found bloody sheets it the pull out couch!!!!! Disgusting!! Then the night desk help said they didnt have access to getting a new mattress pad for us?? Are u kidding me? We will NEVER stay at a Hilton again!!

Very nice, close to the Palace of Alburn Hills,down the road from the old Silverdome.

I booked this room because of the high rating. For the hotel being rated as high as it was I would expected that the little details would not be overlooked and/or ignored. The hotel lobby and staff we kind enough, but our room was where the disappointment started. The headboard was missing tufting buttons, the was a huge black chip in the white tub in the bathroom, tiling in the bathroom was very dated compared to the rest of the room. The biggest issue I had was you could turn on the cold water handle in the bathroom sink, but no cold water would come out. There were no apologies when we notified the front desk and no mention moving us or anything. There is nothing like trying wash your face and brush your teeth with scalding hot water. I can say that I will not go back to this hotel again paying the price I did. I would not have ever rated this as a 4.5 star hotel.

The taps in our room fell off the sink and the hot water ran all night. The shower head sprayed all over the bathroom when used. Besides the bathroom, we were charged $8.00 for 3 phone calls where the receiver did not even pick up the phone!!!! On top of that there is currently a $45.00 charge pending on my credit card. There should never be a hold on someones credit card just for staying at your hotel. Wifi was $10.00 for a 24 hour period and there wasnt even a continental breakfast offered. One question if you can get back to me... how do you get your clients to return to your hotel?? It was honestly the worst Hilton experience I have ever had. Was pretty ghetto for an upscale hotel. Lets top this email off with the coffee you offer in the room. Just tell your guests to drink boiled water with sugar... would taste better!

Everything was wonderful except no free wi-fi in our room. You have to use the business center or pay $9.95 for the day or $2.99 per hour. I've never stayed at a hotel w/o free wi-fi.

Their hotel is a little bit older. Nice overall quality. They make it tough to order room service and you can't grab a bite to eat during the day.

Big rooms,could use queen beds instead of double though.although i could find cheaper rooms with breakfast, i like the size of these rooms.

We did like the hotel, but doesn't seem like a very safe neighborhood.

Room very clean, airy and spacous Liked the private patio. Sevice was good. There is a small continental breakfast and the restaurant served a breakfast buffet. Stafff courteous and helpful. The hotel is conveniently locate in a quite clean area. It is about 10 minutes from Great Lakes Outlet Mall. This will be my place to stay when am in Auburn hills.

The stay was ok; hotel was pricey for what you get. Our bathroom smelled really bad, like pet urine. I also found dog food on the floor, not sure if it was vacuumed. The floor also had a couple of spots that were wet; don’t know if that was dog piddle or what... We basically used the hotel to sleep; we did not use any amenities. Also, this hotel has a continental breakfast as advertised, but they DO CHARGE you for it. It is not a typical continental breakfast that is free.

Really enjoyed the comfort at the hotel. We have 2 children and having the suite with pull out sofa bed was great, because then they each had their own bed. The hot tub jets were not working and after a long day of shopping it would have been nice to soak in the hot tub. I would recommend this hotel and probably stay here again.

The hotel was really good. The only bad points would be that internet is not free and walkways do not look as clean as the rooms. But in general really good price for the kind of room you get

Very friendly , clean , and up to date.

The hotel was very nice and in a convenient location for several of the attractions we saw in Michigan. My only complaint is that at some point in time the room was smoked in and you could still smell the lingering Oder. In this day and age I did not think you could smoke indoors anywhere!

When I paid soo little for the room I expected a run down hotel and a run down room. The hotel was very nice and very clean. The room that we booked was a regular room and it was upgraded to a suite for no extra charge. I cannot explain enough how I was pleased with this hotel.

Great hotel and great service. The only problem was that the bathroom sink was leaky but maintenance came when I called and fixed it. No loud neighbors and it was a relaxing stay. Will definitely stay again.

Although we made reservations for 4 for a suite and were promised free breakfast, we only got vouchers for two breakfasts each day.

We loved this hotel. Wonderful stay. Will stay again when we visit our daughter.

They had great service and the room was pretty comfy but the age limit of the hotel was wrong. On the website it said 18+ when we went to the hotel it was 21+, I almost didn't get into a room because of this mistake.

Room is clean and spacious. Hotel is in a good location. From the minute you walk in, you get the impression that they are doing you a favor by talking to you. Reception is chilly and customer service is lacking. Check-in process is unnecessarily tedious. The hotel contract that you have to sign is barely legible.

Stayed here because we got a great deal. Upon checking in everything seemed great. Because we had an outing we basically dropped our bags off and left. When we got back in, the pool which should have been open was closed, and the restaurant was having technical difficulties. We decided to just hang out in our room when we found a list of things wrong. The toilet leaked, as did the shower, the sink was hard to turn on and made an awful noise when turning the knobs, the button on the ottoman was ripped out leaving metal exposed, the desk had something crusted on it, our room door didnt shut without being pushed and the deadbolt did not work. We could have told someone but by the time everything was discovere it was late and we did not want to switch rooms. Can't help wonder if we got a dirty messed up room because we got a great deal.

my grandaughter injoyed or stay at the hilton. Everything was great except there was no hair dryer and we forgot ours, we thought most hotels had them. i will stay there again the room was very quit and the bed very comfortable.

Auburn Hills is a beautiful town!!! We loved it and we'll be coming back.

It was beautiful and is perfect to feel rich for a weekend or stay. Everything is kept up to a T and the executive suites are well worth it when you split it among 4-5 people. With this suite we got complementary breakfast bar for all 5 of us and access to the executive lounge where they have a place to chill with a TV and fridge with free drinks and snacks. We definitely all want to go back.

We felt the female hotel personal that greeted us was not very friendly. She seemed tense and irritable when I asked questions pertaining to things in the area.We thought our room was great , we immediately unpacked and went for a romantic dinner. When we returned we were surprised to hear a barking dog!!!! unfortunately when we booked the hotel we didn't realize it was a pet friendly hotel, which is something we'll have to consider when booking. The mgr. did relocate us to a different room.

We stayed at this Hilton the night after an event at the Palace. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also, they had a terrific buffet in the morning - one of the best I've had at a hotel chain.

This hotel had a wresting team there the weekend we were there....it was VERY loud! We were very disappointed that they were aloud to run the halls at 2am until others staying complained before something was done. FYI this is a "team" hotel if you want peace and quiet this place is not for you.

My back was killing me after one night in their bed. I had to clean the door handles off, crud on them.
