ה DAYs Inn צריכים לשים לב כי אין זה הוגן שהתמונה שהם מציגים באתר של המלונות אינה דומה למה שרואים כשמגיעים, הם צריכים להראות את המלון בכללותו, זו ממש הטעייה, מאחורי המלון היכן שהבריכה ממוקמת למעלית שיכולים להחליף לשטיח חדש, לשטיחי החדרים שגם צריכים רענון והמזרונים שיכולתי לראות עליהם דם ועוד כל מיני דברים שלא יכולתי להצביע מה הם היו. מלבד דברים אלו השהייה שלי הייתה נעימה, תודה.

המלון הזה אינו שווה את המחיר. זה ממש רחוק מהחוף הדרומי, לכן הוא צריך להיות זול יותר. השכונה ממש שקטה, לכן אין כל כך מה לעשות וזה לא נראה כל כך בטוח בלילה. המלון ממש ישן ולא שופץ מזה זמן רב מאוד. החדר שלנו היה במצב רע מאוד....הריהוט נראה כאילו נקנה ב "Good Will" ובסיס המיטה נראה כאילו הקיאו עליו. ציפינו ליותר מה Days Inn. עם זאת רוב הצוות היה מאוד נעים.

חוטי חשמל מודבקים יחד. החדר היה מלוכלך ושילמתי ל 2 לילות ונשארתי רק אחד.

המלון הזה ממוקם במרחק של 30 מטרים מהחוף ומרחק של רחוב אחד משדרת ה Collins. למרות זאת, הוא ממוקם ברחוב שקט למדי. הבניין עצמו בסדר, סתמי אבל נקי. תמצאו מקרר, מיקרוגל וכספת בחדרכם. הצוות דובר 2 שפות למרות שזה לא מפתיע במיאמי. כשלוקחים בחשבון את כל הדברים, זה מקום טוב לשהות בו אם אתם מתכננים לצאת הרבה.

זה היה מלון זול על החוף. החדרים היו נקיים וזה היה קרוב להרבה מקומות לאכול בהם וחנויות.

ללא ספק מקום ישן. החדר היה קטן אבל המצעים והמגבות היו נקיים. הצוות היה ידידותי ומסייע. אי אפשר לנצח את המיקום.

איזה חורבה ! זה היה נראה כמו משהו מתוך מדינת עולם שלישי. הם חייבו אותנו 10 דולר נוספים עבור כספת שלא רציני וסירבו לתת לנו להיכנס אם לא שילמנו. לעולם לא אמליץ לאף אחד ללכת לשם.

קודם כל נרשמתי ורק אחרי זה קראתי את הסקירות. אחרי שקראתי את הסקירות חשבתי שעשיתי טעות עם המלון. למרות זאת כשהגעתי הייתי מאוד מופתע. הצוות היה מאוד נחמד ומסייע. המבנה/החדר היה מאוד נקי. המיקום היה מצוין לטעמי. המבנה ישנה אבל מתוחזק היטב. רוב הבעיה היא במסעדה/בר המחוברים למלון. מאוד חצופים, לא מספיק צוות ושירות נוראי. המלצרית שלי נתנה לי תפריט, לא שאלה אם אני רוצה משהו לשתות ולא ראיתי אותה יותר. אחרי 20 דקות פשוט עזבתי. בבוקר למחרת באותו הזמן ישבתי בפנים בבר בתקווה לקבל שירות טוב יותר. שוב, נתנה לי את התפריט, לא שאלה אם אני רוצה לשתות משהו, הלכה למטבח לכ10 דקות, עזבתי שוב, תוך כדי שאני עוזב יכולתי לראות אותה מאחור עושה עבודת ניירת. שירות נוראי.

איזה מלון נוראי. במצב רע מאוד, מסריח, חדרים מלוכלכים וצוות מאוד לא ידידותי. לעולם לא אחזור למלון הזה...מחיר לא יאומן עבור השירות המוצע.

average place to stay, no free parking as usual in miami, price Ok but no free breakfast north miami area and felt not a safe area with some seedy looking people out on the street at night. attached bar good for younf ones but loked like hookers hanging around it

Good hotel; clean sheets, towel, rooms, swimming pool. The rooms are small but can be managed for one or 2 night stays. Recommended for short stay.

We were suppose to get ocean front but didnt but the front desk guy was helpful. He upgraded our room. The location is great but rooms are run down and moldy. Wouldn't do a romantic getaway there again. Don't eat at the restaurant there unless u are starving!

It was an older hotel but convenient to sights and just across from the beach. The restaurant at the hotel had very tasty food.

VERY NICE LOCATION , NICE PEOPLE, NICE SERVICE, TOO SMALL ROOM, AND AT LEAST THEY CAN GIVE YOU A STICKER FOR PARKING FOR THE DAYS YOU ARE STAYING. IF YOU ARE GOING TO ENJOY THE BEACH ITS PERFECT.

Perfect budget hotel with a beach front location! You'll enjoy your stay too if you're not expecting a Ritz Carlton.

The Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located directly in front of the beach and has a long stretch of walking/running paths. Great that they provide beach chairs and beach towels. Restaurant/Bar on sight and other restaurants, convenience stores, nail/hair salon and more are within walking distance.

This is an older hotel and as such could use some major renovations. The neighbourhood on Collins Ave. was run down and a bit seedy but we walked it many times with no problems. Location to the beach was great. What made this stay was the hotel staff. Michael, Chris and Lisa were awsome and couldn't do enough for us and always smiling, courteous, helpful and willing to talk and laugh. We would stay there again. Thanks guys.

On the Beach. Check out Lou's Beer garden a couple of blocks away, great pizza and Ceviche. Sazon was great for dinner and breakfast and is a block away. Go for the ocean front room to get a view of the beach.

ROOM WAS CLEAN AND STAFF WAS GREAT BUT THE HOTEL COULD USE SOME UPDATING. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. STEPS AWAY FROM BEACH AND GOOD RESTAURANTS WITH IN WALKING DISTANCE. GREAT VALUE. STAYED HERE BEFORE GOING ON A CRUISE AND ONLY ABOUT 15-20 MIN FROM PORT

Very pleased

I would like to say that the front guest greeter named Micheal was absolutely a nice person. He was very helpful and courteous and made my stay at the hotel pleasant. I would recommend that the hotel provided parking to guests and have that included on the fee and to have a second elevator for guests to use instead of having just on elevator.

This hotel it's a hole !! Didn't even spend the nigth there, I check in saw the dirty facilities and left. Lost my money but I rather do that than sleep on a t yellow, stingy ,smelly discussing room. The carpet it's dirty, the elevator it's dirty with writings on the walls the bathroom it seems that never been clean the tub was clothg . Bad bad bad

Hotel was dirty and old. Looks like it's was never renovated in past 10-15 years, old TV, furniture, tiny bathroom, and location was nit great too. A lot of trash outside, homeless people and nothing exciting. Price was high for that hotel. Next time will book close to south beach.

A bit outdated, but the excellent service, location and ocean views more than made up for it.

there is ping pong tables in the basement which was very amusing. Close to the beach, and if you have a car, it would be much more convenient

My stay was horrible. The hotel was old and nasty looking. It was no where near the city life. Parking was horrible because you had to pay meters and the meters began at 8am so I had no choice but to wake up each morning just to feed the meters. The bathroom was old and disgusting. I do not recommend it to anyone. The staff was not friendly at all. I will never go back there. It was a waste of my money and over priced for what I got.

Yes it is a bit run down. But you are next to the beach, just a quick bus/tax ride away from south beach. The frontdesk was very helpful!

The most convenient part od my tay was having north beach right across the street. Overall the hotel is outdated, but did offer free wi-fi and a comfortable place to rest. Cab fare from downtown or SoBe easily runs over $20.

This hotel does not deserve any stars. It is dirty and cheap. Nothing in this hotel can be cited as reasonable. Avoid if you can.

Desk guy was top notch, patient, and friendly! Location was great for beach with short walk to ethnic restaurants and market. Carpet needs replacing but if overlooked can have a very pleasant stay.

Hotel needs to be torn down , or have rooms at $70.00 per night.

Overall great vacay. Had a sweet sidewalk bar with outdoor TV's. Being from MN it was the first time I have ever watched the superbowl outdoors and on the ocean !!Had a few minor issues the first few days but the management went way above and beyond to make it good. Even upgraded us to a terrace room. Parking is average for Miami and if you are gone having fun during the day you may not have to pay anything for parking.The bar was fun, not too busy and the drinks were pretty much Miami price but deep and well made. The manowar jellys were fresh on the shore and my daughter got her first stings ( we vacay to Miami yearly) and the staff made sure we had what we needed to ease the irritation. Food, grocery and beach shops, liquor, whatever are very convienent as the hotel is right between the Atlantic & Collins ave which has everything !! Not as convienent to attractions as south beach but the north beach area has a cool vibe too !!

We choose this hotel to save money, which was reasonable for Miami rates. However, there was an added $8.95 daily charge. The only amenity was ping pong tables and beach towels, which were regular bath towels. the room was clean, no view, but that was okay, a little hallway noise. free parking after 6pm until 8am, then you have to pay the meter. When a sign says "front end in" follow the advice to avoid a $23 parking violation! so much for the savings!

We left a "resort" and came here. They did not offer a frig, ice, a dresser for your clothes and we had no place close to shop or eat ate. We were so happy when we made the changed. This place saved our vacation! Loved the location!

My son and I stayed at this hotel for four nights at the end of February. The location is unbeatable and the service is great. Our only complaint was that the room smelled very bad, perhaps from dampness. We complained and they put some air freshener. The next day they did a better cleaning, but the smell pervaded. The only way to lessen the smell was to have the AC on all the time, which we didn't want. Michael and Ghiovanny at the front desk were very helpful with everything that we needed.

The building is quite old, and would need some new painting and carpeting. But maybe thanks to the older construction the rooms are very quiet, no sounds coming from neighboring rooms or outdoors or hallway as what happens with newer hotels with thinner walls. A/C worked great and everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were very nice and accommodating. To the crowd staying in the hotel, there was a mix of international travelers to loud mouthed trailer park type. Location: right across the street from a beautiful quiet beach area. A block away from Collins Ave, with restaurants, chain pharmacies, etc and bus stops going up and down Miami Beach.

This hotel is really old, which is ok, but it is in such poor repair. Room was so small barely room to turn around. Furniture was antiquated. I would not recommend it to anyone. Location was great.
