We enjoyed the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of your hotel. Our room had a perfect view of the courtyard. We have been to MD 5 times in the past year and this is the best hotel we have stayed at.

This hotel was just in the right location for me. Close to everything and easy access to the hwy. My room was quiet & very clean. The breakfast I had on Saturday was pricey, but very well-made. I will stay at this hotel again

Would stay here again

We chose this place because it was close to Fort Mead and to the Washington DC metro. Once we were there, we parked our car and took the metro. It was so nice not having to drive anywhere. The setting is very nice and there is a TGIF restaurant within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and fairly new. I was able to get a four mile run outside. The neighborhood is very nice. We would definitely stay there again.

EXPENSIVE but very nice. great staff and amenities

We really liked the hotel. It was a getaway to DC which was 20mins away. We spent one night and found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. The hotel was ver y clean. The only problem was the room size...it was small, but newly redecorated. Would stay there again

This was a great place to stay for going into DC while also avoiding the crowds and higher prices of staying right within DC. The free shuttle to the nearby metro station was a terrific service and the drivers were very friendly, courteous, timely, and accommodating. The train ride to DC (the Green line) took about 15 mins. and was very efficient. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There is no (free) continental breakfast at this hotel, but a Starbucks in the lobby. The hotel is very close to a shopping center and a fair variety of chain-type, mid-priced restaurants. I would stay there again.

Rooms were kept very clean & cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would stay at this hotel again if any of my personal or business needs brings me to the area.

the staff was very nice and helpful. you need to drive a couple of miles to get any kind of food.for the money i was very happy with this place.

Quality and cleanliness was amazing.

Overall great stay. The first room I was assigned was not cleaned ..however the front desk quickly got me another room which was fine. I was there for a swim meet at UMD.. very close by.

We were right where we wanted to be-close to family, sites and shopping.

When it comes to hotels, how well I sleep overrules every other evaluation criterion. I have stayed at nearly all the hotels in this area (Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn, Holiday Inn) and I sleep better here than anywhere else. Unlike the "fancier" hotels in the area, they don't have the super-thick duvets and feather beds that make you sweat all night long. I've stayed here probably a dozen times, and the staff is always professional and courteous and the rooms clean. The only downside is that there's not much to eat nearby, unless you like TGI Fridays.

The room's redesign is questionable. The lights are far too dim in the washroom, and the lack of a second mirror in the sleeping room was either an oversight or something that was blatantly missed. Also, the hotel failed to provide me with a receipt when requested stating something to the affect that because it was booked on-line they cannot provide a receipt. A receipt from the hotel is needed for reimbursement purposes during my business trips. Fortunately, this was not a business trip. However, because of this significant descrepency, I will not be returning to the Greenbelt Courtyard by Marriott in the future. Thank you

I found the room to be very comfortable, bright, and inviting. The only. disappointment was that the refrigerator was missing. The Internet listing said we would have a refrigerator. We complain to the front desk and they gave us one. Upon arriving at our room we had noticed a refrigerator beside the door. It must have been ours that went to someone else. The owner needs to invest in .more refrigerators so each room is properly equipped.

This hotel was amazing. The price was on the cheaper side yet the quality of the room, the location, and the customer service were superb. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The two of us had one room and it was just the right size. The location is right next to Greenbelt station which the hotel offers a free shuttle service to get there. From the Greenbelt station you can get to Washington DC in about 20-30 min. in non peak hours. (Between 9am to 4pm). Everything look newly renovated and nice as well. Would stay again and highly recommend it.

Terrible customer service regarding everything

Great accommodation and service for a 3-Star hotel.

This is an excellent hotel but there are no good restaurants near by. The TGI Fridays near by is not good. Everything else is at least 2 miles away.

I enjoy my stay at the Courtyard Marriott. It's Beautiful experience.

Room was very comfortable. Only king beds were available however. Doubles would have been better for our children, who were sharing a room. Beds were firm but comfortable. Lobby was a little messy and noisy due to lots of college teams that were staying there. Convenient to University of Maryland.

Was pleasantly surprise & worth the money. Will be back again. We only stayed the weekend but had kids & family there. Was centrally located near all of my family member & did not have to go further than one hour to meet any of them which was good. Breakfast was a little pricey but was surprise when I got to the room. A lot of food we could have shared! Just had a great time and no problems sleeping or getting comfortable.
