I was pleasantly surprised with the room for the price. The décor and all was very nice.

It was a quiet hotel, sitting back off the road. Actual property was clean but the hotel itself needed some work. No frills at this one. Floor was dirty in our room. Guess I got what I paid for. The shower curtain was about to fall off the wall in bath. Don't believe the part about the free internet, never could get a connection.

This hotel was not bad at all. The location was quite convenient to my work location and malls. The staff was friendly. The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that my hotel room wasn't available during check-in. However, the manager on duty saw to the fact that I didn't have to wait long for a room. Overall, I had a relaxing time, it was quiet, and my room was clean. It was a pleasant experience and I would stay at this hotel again.

Stayed four nights. Price and location great for my needs. Room nice; small refrigerator, microwave, wi-fi, tv (could use more channel selection). Some concern around housekeeping staff; found leftover food containers in refrigerator when I checked in, did not clean one day, had to go to front desk for towels. Otherwise room appeared clean. Also had to go to front desk three out of four nights to get "key" validated. That being said, overall pleased with stay and I will go back to this Red Roof when I return to Atlanta this summer.

When i arrived to the hotel to check in i was shocked to hear that the room i had requested was not free and that all the rooms were booked. After 30 min of them checking in their system the young lady was able to find me a clean room. I will be contacting not only hotels.com corporate office but red roof inn's as well to let them know about the horrible service that is being offered at this establishment by workers and management. I will never stay at a red roof again even if its the only place with rooms. Id rather sleep in my car.

Nice renovation of an older place. Trendy, well-done design. Shower curtain was a little moldy at the base, but other than that it was clean and well-kept.

Asked for rooms on 1st floor, room not cleaned until 6:00pm, other room was cleaned but no towels, pillows left on floor, no soap, we went for funeral of family member & this did not make things easier, it was an insult.

The overall stay was Great. The location was perfect. There were a few things that needed to be taken care of by housekeeping like there were no bath towels in the room and the bathroom was not cleaned good. There was hair in tub and something stuck on the toilet. But, overall the room was just fine really liked the flat screen in the room. Will stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location and very safe area. It's walking distance from a CVS, gas station, and a great restaurant called The Rusty Nail. The hotel staff was very nice. I needed to upgrade my room and they were very quick to help me. The rooms are a little small however they are modern and cute.

I was safe, but there were a few people who seems a little unusual hanging around and smoking weed.

My best friend and I stayed here for one night and felt super safe the neighborhood is quiet, the hotel was a great price for the neighborhood, friendly staff, I especially liked the two security guards that hung outside all night. I would definitely stay here again

Good quality for the price. Convenient parking. Liked the refrig in the room. Would stay there again if need to be in the area. No frills

The service, people, room, & location was good! The room just didn't seem too clean as far as sweeping or vacuuming goes. Other than that, I will stay again & recommend it !

I booked this hotel because it was cheap and the rooms looked good enough for 3 early 20's ladies to stay at for one night out on the town in Buckhead! Upon arrival I was a little put off by the location of the hotel and the outside. However, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The lady at the front desk called a few minutes after I had gone to my room after checking in to see if I made it to my room okay because I was alone. So nice! Inside the room it was very clean and a lot nicer than the outside of the hotel looks like. If I ever needed another place to stay after a night out in Buckhead I would come back here!

Red Roof is doing a great job of upating their rooms. A real go to place for top quality rooms and affordable prices.

It was fine except for the social standing of many of the hotel guests. This is a prpblem especially if they are in the room next door, and your sleep is totally disturbed. Such a pity cause the room was in good condition and the clerks service was friendly. Its tough to stay in a hotel like this if you are on business and need a good undisturbed nights sleep.

I was pleased with this hotel. The desk people were friendly and the room was clean and the quiet was wonderful!

Overall, I recommend this hotel. We had some minor issues such as: 2 days in a row when our room was cleaned we had no towels or toiletries. There also was not a hair dryer in our room and though they have some at the front desk- they were all out for our 5 day stay! The staff was apologetic about all of our minor inconveniences and handled them all quickly. I would definitely stay there again.

Toilet was clogged upon arrival. Room was soo loud I couldn't sleep. When I asked for a new room. Management told me its too late my old room had already been cleaned. Which makes no sense, they r gonna have to clean the room anyways after I leave. Terrible will never return. You can stay here if you want to unclog toilets and not sleep and deal with rude management.

The office staff was very nice and funny. My only issue is that there was no iron or ironing board. And I paid for the deluxe room and they gave me the regular king room that didn't have the fridge and microwave so I couldn't store my diabetic shots.

This is a nice, relatively new property. Light on the extras (e.g., breakfast,iron,etc.). Uneven service, e.g.,housekeeping forgot to clean my room, the TV remote didn't work and the wifi service was unreliable. Price was competitive, though.

I know it is April, but it was about in the 40s outside and the working heat woould have made the room more comfy. The duvet had a huge stain on it that would likely come out with soap and water. But the bed was otherwise clean and comfy, and the bathroom and the rest of the room was immaculate. I really love the laminate flooring in Red Roofs. It helps the cleanliness, and I sometimes travel with my dog. I like that pets are welcomed. This hotel has no other toiletries but soap and a 2-in-1 shampoo. But there is a CVS across the street. Good location, off the highway.

I enjoy the Red Roof Buckhead location. The staff are friendly and attentive. They have done a great job modernizing the look and feel of the Red Roof chain.

I was assigned to a room, but upon entrance discovered that it had not yet been cleaned, so I was given a different room. The room itself was ok, about what you'd expect for the price. But what ruined my experience was about 5 am another guest had apparently been assigned to my room, given a key and tried to enter. So I awoke to the noise of someone trying to enter and see someone peering in at me. Fortunately I had engaged the mechanism that prevents the door from opening more than 3 inches or so. It was still a shock and I was unable to go back to sleep, so it made for a very long and tired day.

I rented a King size bedroom and I was pleasantly surprise at the rooms. They were VERY nice. I even had a desk that was in my room that I could sit at and do my work. It had a refridgerator as well as a microwave. I read some of the comments and was thinking to myself that some folks are exaggerating their thoughts of the place but now I know its to be true. The price was unbelievable and the location was down the road from the mall and other food spots. I will DEFINANTLY stay again!!!!!

i called down for a iron and i was told that there was no more irons. have irons in the rooms

I had a ground level room and other people staying there hung out in the parking lot and talked all night outside my room. I got ZERO SLEEP. I called the front desk and they did nothing about it. I should ask for a refund. It was the most horrible night ever at red roof inn.

My husband & I were heading home from my fathers funeral. We decided to stop to try & get some rest this place was so clean it was great for an OCD person + the staff very understanding & compassionate under the circumstances over all I was very very pleased.

I loved this hotel, I have stayed in several High Dollar 5 Star hotels in Downtown Atlanta but this by far was so much better and comfortable. The free parking and Wi-Fi were also a plus. The staff was very friendly and I loved the room.

My family's overall stay was great! Great location, very close to restaurants and Downtown Atlanta. The room was clean and neat. I did not particularly like the smell of the room because it smelled of smoke.Other than that, the stay was awesome and we will definitely be staying at Red Roof Inn-Buckehead again!

We stayed at Red Roof Inn this past week for Spring Break. Hotel was surprisenly nice, Rooms were clean and they had lamminated floors instead of your standard carpet. I liked that, The only thing i did not like was that you could feel the springs of the bed, With some better beds this could be a really good hotel. Staff was very nice and helpfull. The housekeeping did mess up on of the nights that we were there by not cleannig the beds but the manager was very nice and took his time to correct the mistake.

the beds are comfortable and the staff was great, however if you are a non-smoker, this hotel is not for you. Everything I owned smelled of smoke when I let this hotel, the smoke is in the carpets and sheets and clear that smokers do not take heed of the NO SMOKING hotel signs or fine. If the hotel could thoroughly re-do an re-clean everything and smokers would smoke in the designated smoking areas this hotel would be great for the price and great location.

Not bad! A little miss comunication betwen front desk and housekeeping but over all it wasn,t base for the cost.

Hotel is close to a place I visit often. After looking at all the hotels in the area, this one is the best value to revisit each time and keep costs down. The radiant heat is a refreshing change from noisy units and I like the hardwood floors. It would be nice to have the bathroom light and fan on separate switches so the fan doesn't have to run, but certainly not a show stopper. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Property was upgraded and spotless - Staff was friendly and professional - Will definitely stay here again!
