The woman working at 11:00 pm on Friday Apr 26th could have been a little nicer. She was kind of rude while checking in and when I was inquiring about using my AAA+ membership, which I couldn't I guess because I made the reservation through Expedia. I thought I was talking to Red Roof in while making the reservation, but I guess I wasn't. I found the hotel on an Iphone app (hotels.com) and the guy said to present my AAA+ card when I got to the hotel, but wasn't able to use it.

this hotel was filthy and in desperate needs maintenance. The baseboards were falling off the wall with holes in the drywall. The chairs were horribly stained. The towels were like sandpaper. We will not be staying at Red Roof anymore.

Door was difficult to close completely. Door frame cracked. Horrible smell.

Everything was good except no hair dryer or iron in room. Good value.

Hotel was a short drive from Nashville, but at rush hour it's a lot longer. Nice, clean hotel. Would stay there again if I was in the area.

The room was fine. The exterior looks old and a bit run-down in spots, but the room itself looked fine. The number and type of TV stations is very limited, which makes the stay less enjoyable - I wish there was a bigger cable selection.

Great communication, friendliness at the front desk and the room was clean once checked in with: fresh linen, toiletries, and a bathroom that appeared newly remodeled. Overall, I would stay here again.

The bathroom vent was so loud it hurt my ears to be in the bathroom, could not turn on light without loud fan coming on too. There are no coffee pots in the room so one must get dressed and walk to the office for coffee. Only one working ice machine.

It was a typical motel

Was great for the price. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. There really is not much of a breakfast, so don't count on that. It has the basics which is all I needed. Good bed and a hot shower. I would stay there again.

If you are looking for a nice place to stay this is not it. It needs a major face lift. The rooms look like they have not been cleaned in months, the bed is uncomfortable, pillows look to be at least 5 years old, there was mold in the caulk around the bathtub. To top it off the bedding was not clean. Bottom line is if you're only looking to put a roof over your head for the night at a very cheap rate and can over look all of the above issues then this is for you. The location and neighbor are both great! This place needs TLC.

I have booked this hotel before, no difference than last time. Comfortable and convenient.

The rooms were clean, and smelled decent. Much better than some of the other hotels and motels in the area. Overall, I was pleased with my stay.

convienent location, good access to highway, store s, restaurants and malls

It was a ok hotel the only thing that we didnt like was before we book it we made sure it had a free breakfest come to find out when we got there it was just a free coffiee bar they need to change that on the website

Overall just an average room. Some parts on bathroom sink missing. Clerk was nice and helpful.

comfortable, clean,good stay for your money

The day that we checked in, we opened the door to the room and there was an awful smell. I went upfront and they changed us to another room. The door to that room would not open. They then gave us another room and upon entering it, there was a smell in that one as well. The manager then went to the previous room to figure out why the door would not open. Well, when we finally entered into that room, we were told that it was an upgrade to one of the newer remodeled rooms. Let's just say the only thing that was different was a new sink and a tile covering under the sink going into the bathroom. It did not look anywhere near the pictures that were displayed. My husband and I either kept socks on or wore flip flops the entire time while we were in the room. It was so grimy, that I really did not want to eat in the room.

The room was very nice, very modern, new look. The bed was fair as far as comfort. The exterior of the site was not really very attractive - a kind of old look - so the room was a nice surprise. I stayed there for the sake of ecomony, and would stay again. Some of the others staying there seemed a little on the rough side, and there were noisy people near my room at times at night - but Red Roof can't control either of those things, I guess. Overall, for the money, it was good.

Price was right. Hotel needed to be updated a litte, but staff was very friendly and the location was close to everything.

I was traveling down I-65 and looking for a place to stay right off the highway. I just needed a clean room and bed for the night and didn't want to pay a lot for that. This place did the job. My room was on the slide nearest to the highway and I could hear the highway noise, but that didn't bother me.

We only stayed here after my previous hotels.com reservation fell through (apparently you can book rooms when there aren't actually any available). I was exhausted and took the first place with a king non-smoking that had a decent rating. What a joke. No king OR non-smoking, a hooker was in the lobby asking for "4 towels and 2 garbage bags" when I checked in, rooms are old, dirty, small, and smelly. Clean sheets and a hot shower with good water pressure were the only saving graces. Why it took 25 minutes to check into a prepaid room is also beyond me.

perfect for what we wanted. A convenient stop over, near I-65, on our way to Mississippi.

My stay was fine. I did though, have to change rooms due to an unclean bathroom. I was checked in quickly. Staff was nice. It wasn't noisy at all. It was located right off the highway. Room was spacious. The newly remodeled rooms were nice. Everything I needed was nearby. I would stay again.

You get what you pay for. SO I paid for small thin towels. A TV that was built in the early 90s. And a mattress that was old and broken down. It was a clean place. The staff is doing the best they can with what they have.

I have a child who lives in this area, so we visit often. We thought we would give the Red Roof Inn a try to save money. We will not stay here again. Our room was supposedly "recently renovated." The chairs had so many stains on them that we would not sit in them. There was trash covering the floor under the beds. Paint peeling in places. Only one trash can for the entire room which is not horrible, but is inconvenient. The beds were extremely uncomfortable even my daughter who likes a very firm mattress said these beds were too hard. Our non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke which is not surprising since most of the guests there were smoking in their non-smoking rooms. We saw it everyday. The people two rooms down were smoking marijuana in their non-smoking room with the door wide open for everyone to see. Most of the people that we saw here were truck drivers and workers from other states that were in town to work on a project. We will not stay here again.

I was very please; the staff was very nice and helpful, and the price just right.

good except there were dirty cups under the bed and a lizard ran out of the bathroom into the room.

I mean it's not amazing but it is worth the amount you pay.

This is basically a truck-stop motel- convenient from the highway, with plenty of food choices around the location, but you really do get what you pay for. The staff way very pleasant and efficient. The free WiFi was down when I arrived, the door of the microwave was broken, and the room was generally noisy because of its proximity to the highway. On the plus side was the location near every place I needed to visit within 30 minutes, but I would probably consider paying a little more to stay somewhere else next time.

It's affordable, clean and convenient - good value and quality. The linens were a bit old, but the bed was comforable and clean. The restaurants are close walking distance and the non-smoking room was not really non-smoking. Bonus: I was a solo-female traveler and felt safe there,too. Thanks for a good layover.
