Very basic and clean. Does have a train close by but only noticed slight shaking of room before bedtime.

There was a crack in the window, so we were unable to open it, forced us to depend on the air con, which is not my preference. I grant that I did not request room change until day 2 when a large group was checked in. Also there was only one chair in the room, so we had to use the bed for a chair. Breakfast was good.

Train noise during the night.

the room was nice, we used the pool and the breakfast was ample. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Stayed for one night and had no problems. Room was clean and good size. Had a fridge. Also, breakfast in the morning was good. Many foods to select from including a waffle maker.

while this hotel was a little far from downtown flagstaff, it was worth the drive. Indoor pool and spa were wonderful. While we were in Flagstaff we took a bus tour to the Grand Canyon and the bus was able to pick us up right at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was yummy. Overall it was well worth the low price :)

Nice but property is near railroad grade crossing (not discovered until check-in). Otherwise, it is OK.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Used as a hub for day trips to POI's in Northern Arizona.

The indoor pool was closed for renovations during our spring break visit. Huge disappointment to my kids. The breakfast was great and the view of the mountains was awesome. Comfortable beds and a very quiet stay.

This hotel is located rather close to very busy train tracks, very busy night and day. We were wakened every 45 minutes at best all night long.

Nothing fancy. Clean and comfortable. Pillows too thick and hard.

The biggest reason I chose this hotel was because of the indoor pool and jacuzzi. I was very upset when my family and I showed up and the pool was under maintenance the entire duration of our stay.

We stayed here one night. Place is clean and conveniently located close to Snowbowl. Only negative is bed was a little uncomfortable. Pillows were hard. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at this hotel and were satisfied with the room and the continental breakfast. My only complaint would be the water in the hot tub, it was unbearably hot. I couldn't even get myself all the way in because it was so hot. I also noticed that other people were having the same problem.

For the price, the only things I would improve would be the size of the bathroom--pretty cramped, and the mattresses (I stayed in 2 different rooms on 2 nights) were too firm. But it was clean, seemingly well-maintained, the pillows were fluffy, and the continental breakfast included sausage and eggs.

Had a good time and nice quiet room. Staff were quite friendly and brkfst good.

Most enjoyable. Had difficulty finding motel since street sets back from highway.

We got in about midnight from a long day of meetings and the night manager was funny and helpful and very thoughtful. He invited us to sleep in and volunteered to extend the checkout time. It was a great stay.

The hotel was a perfect destination for what we were looking for: a cheep get-away for my family to go hang out in the snow for a weekend. The hotel rooms were of your standard variety. The indoor pool was a requirement for our trip. And continental breakfast had waffles and eggs and more. It was a little noisy from train tracks and not near any main Flagstaff attraction but it was close enough to get there.

First time at this hotel and we had a great time. Room was very comfortable and roomy for 2 adults and a child. They had a pull out couch for the kid and he loved it. Room is pretty basic yet very clean and looked newly renovated. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the under 3 minute waffle maker was a hit. The indoor pool and spa was very enjoyable espicially with 30 degree weather. The hotel location is by the 66 and the 40 so it's about 10 min from downtown but traffic on a Saturday night was not an issue. Overall, the clean room and great stafff made this a great stay.

We stayed at the Days Inn for 3 nights. It was right off the highway on East side of Flagstaff. We made day trip to Grand Canyon and then to Phoenix. Front desk was helpful with directions. Could hear helicopters alot, but not loud enough to disrupt. We would stay there again!

It was clean, homey and affordable. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. A breakfast was provided in the morning and was excellent. The view from the room was nice and the area was quiet but near every convience.

The hotel was close to where we needed to get on the highway to the Grand Canyon. The room was smaller than expected and the bathroom tiny! The room needed some fixing and the pool was too cold.

My daughter and I take a weekend once a year for a mom/daughter getaway. We always try to stay at this hotel because of its location, staff and cleanliness. We especially enjoy the inside and well-kept pool and spa. We look forward to our trip every year, we were not disappointed. Thank you for another great weekend and hope to see you next year.

Convenient friendly stay. Seems, no matter where you stay in Flagstaff, you get use to the trains.

Nice but noisy with trains all night

Very nice for and older hotel. Bed comfort could have been better. Very clean and the people were very very nice and kind.

We were going to the Grand Canyon and had no idea on the lay of the land. We picked this hotel because of the ratings and boy were they spot on. The hotel service was fantastic, the breakfast fast and fresh and the property was close to some nice restaurants. Also a beautiful drive up to the canyon was right out the front door.

There was no visible sign from the road to this hotel. We had to go around the block to find it. It is very noisy there. The train runs and blows all night long! Almost drove me insane.

We used this hotel as a stopover on our way to the Grand Canyon, it was less expensive than spending the night at the canyon and the drive was very resonable. The rooms were a nice size, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom appeared to have been recently redone. There was a pool although we did not use it the area looked nice. The hotel staff was very nice, the breakfast was satisfactory. We got a good deal online as I booked our rooms ahead of time, a gentleman came in while we were there and paid almost twice as much for his room, so book online obviously hotels.com does get good deals. My only complaint is that it is close to the train tracks but if my husband had not insisted on having the window open I am sure the train wouldn't have been an issue as the other couple we were travelling with kept their window closed and didn't hear a thing.
