Pleasant, I would be happy to stay again.

Evening staff was a bit odd, but morning check out staff and attendant for Continental breakfast was wonderful!

for the area and money we spent for this hotel, it was a big disappointment. The room was not clean....splatter marks on the wall. The toilet seat was dirty on top and had fecal splatter under the seat. The AC didn't fit in the hole in the wall so there was gaps for bugs to come on and bite....Bad place

Fantastic accomodations for the money!!!! Very pretty and well taken care of grounds, fabulous qeen beds and extremely convenient location

What drew me to this hotel was the 1 night minimum. We requested joining rooms and confirmed this a week earlier. However when we got there the part-time front desk clerk informed me the adjoining doors might not open. Needless to say they did and the info that was given to me was not needed and created unneeded stress. Other than that you get what you pay for. The beds were comfortable and literally it was a place for us to sleep, so it suited our needs. The continental breakfast was less than impressive but it had the essentials. Coffee,oj , cereal, bagels, english muffins and donuts. Enough to refuel and not spend money at another establishment. If ever in the area again and wanted to find a hotel for just sleeping I will book again. I did see people enjoying the pool as well.

Great place to stay with a two-year old who loved the pool. Only complaint- apples only fresh fruit at continental breakfast. During blueberry season!

The Ritz it wasn't. The room was clean and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood into the condos was safe for a walk with young children. The outside of the motel could use some scrubbing to get the mildew off, esp in the back which was visible from the deck off the breakfast area. For the price and location, it was a good deal.

There was only toast and old coffee. It was the most awful breakfast being billed as Continental breakfast. False advertising!

Adequate hotel that thinks they are a three star. It is old and in need of modernization. Sink was cracked from years of use, grime in the baseboards of the bathroom, paint chipped on wooden toilet seat, old CRT TV sets. Stayed at another local hotel the night before at 2/3 the cost and had more up to date facilities. I'll use the cheaper facility next time only 20 miles further up the road.

The first morning, the water heater broke, so there was no hot water. The continental breakfast was hit or miss. If you came at the right time, you had choices - although mostly carbs. If you didn't, it was slim pickins'. Some of the bathroom paint was coming off the wall. The maid service was very good - the room was clean and there was always plenty of soap and shampoo. Although, to supply only two large towels for showering is not enough. With 2 adults, I would recommend 4 large towels. General maintenance of the place could have been better. But, for the price, I'd say it was OK.

The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The price of the room was very reasonable.

We've stayed at this hotel several times in both summer and winter. The rooms are comfortable and the staff pleasant. We'll stay here again.

It,s in a perfect location just minutes from Kennebunkports craziness!! It sits on a nice piece of property thats well protected.The staff was extremely pleasant and courteous. Its not the Marriot but will go back there again!! My wife was very relaxed while I was out fishing.

My husband and I went to a wedding in Kennebunkport Maine and the hotels in the area were very expensive. This Econo Lodge was in our price point and we were pleasantly suprised with the room. Comfortable beds, clean, nice area and a freindly staff. Would definately stay again.

No Internet, almost nothing to eat for breakfast,no orange juice, No organisation at the front desk, like a bunch of chikens with no heads. And overprice.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel. there were two chairs in the room and both were visibly stained.Why would the hotel not replace or clean them. Are you kidding? The bedspreads were also pretty beat up looking but thank goodness no visible stains. I would not stay here again...sorry. More attention to details and cleanliness is needed. Also, had to use buzzer to get into office...what was that about?

The room was clean and comfortable. The people in the office were friendly and helpful.

clean motel, very comfortable - good bed and pillows. breakfast was served between 8 - 10. Cereals, yogurt, muffins english muffins and toast. Coffee and OJ were also availalbe. Good place to stay if not a destination. LOCATION NOT EXCEPTIONAL AND DESIGN COULD USE SOME UPDATING, BUT THE PRICE IS RIGHT AND ITS A GOOD VALUE.

The location is great! Right near the center of Kennebunk and all that it offers. Close to many other great sightseeing on the Maine coast. Not fancy but clean and is in a safe and clean area. I was not worried about using the pool and parking lot after dark. Pleasent staff. Would go there again.

This hotel was clean and the service was good. The location was close to the beaches and other sites. If the beds were more comfortable, I would have recommended this hotel.

Very enjoyable front desk lady, who made one feel like family. She told us of the best restaurant in town and it was! Very clean rooms and well kept building and property. We did consider staying there, again, as we returned. Our vacation had no plans except this first night's stay. But certainly, when in Maine, would stay there.

We had a lovely 3 night stay in Kennebunk Maine at this hotel. It was a quite location yet convienent to Kennebunkport and associated beaches and towns. The hotel was clean, comfortable and a nice continential breakfast was available from 7-10 am. The pool was pleasant and all in all I would stay here again.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. However, we had no hot water during the morning checkout "rush hour". At first we thought it was perhaps just our room, but desk clerk told us there was nothing she could do. But no apology, just a tone of "your problem, not mine." At checkout, at 10am on the dot, we saw the muffin basket from the free breakfast behind the clerk and asked for a couple of muffins for the road. Clerk said "breakfast over at 10am and it is all put away." I pointed out the muffins still plainly within sight. She handed me two in a huff.

The room was very clean. The price was good. The area is beautiful. We would go back.

The first floor had great access but had heavy foot traffic overhead. Dining area was great but maybe needs to be a little bit bigger for rainy days. Clothes hooks in bath and in wash area for towel or night clothes.

Property was well kept, staff was nice enough, room was clean, pool was fun!! Overall very good experience, quiet area but quick drive to town.

J'ai trouvé que pour une nuit la qualité et la propreté étaient adéquates. Malheureusement, après une nuit nous nous sommes rendu compte que la télécommande de la télé cathodique ne fonctionnait pas. L'époussettage laissait à désirer et on ne nous a pas renouvelé le café ni lavé la cafetière. QUant au déjeûner, il n'y a pas d'efforts de faits, et la salle à déjeûner ainsi que l'équippement ne sont pas très propres. Trois matins d'affilés j'ai vu les mêmes taches sur la carafe à lait. La même chose pour les carafes à café. Pas rassurant!

Hôtel propre avec agréable piscine extérieure pour une détente après une ballade, petit déjeuner simple pris dans une salle vite remplie. Les chambres ne sont hélas pas faites tous les jours.
