I was completely satisfied! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and nice, we enjoyed are stay very much!

Hotel was conveiently located if you we intent on visitng all the strip malls surrounding it. Room was comfortable, clean, well appointed. The hotel hallways had a consistent unfortunate odor my wife said was the swimming pool but from time to time included the smell of breafkast mixed in to no good effect. The included breakfast was of so so quality and was served in a crowded corner setup that had poor access for the number of people eating. Not a Bad deal overall but plenty of room for improvement.

Rooms at the back of hotel face directly onto highway. Can be a bit noisy. I used earplugs so no problem.

It was a clean comfortable hotel room. The only problem is that the bed was a little on the firm side.

This was a great place to stay, clean, location was great and relaxing. There was a bit of road noise from the highway; however, balancing out a good location - close to shopping worked for us. Thanks Marriott!

Breakfast was great, staff was super nice and the room itself was modern and lovely. Furniture in the room was really comfortable. The pool was too cold, so that was a little bit of a buzzkill but otherwise great stay.

Staff was very friendly - let us check in early. The room was huge, nice kitchen, large flat screen TV and lots of places to sit. The bed was Ok but a little on the firm side. The bath was clean but outdated. The vanity was outside the bathroom. Within one mile of the hotel was every store and restaurant you could think of.

The room was way better than I expected for the price we paid! Wish we could have stayed longer

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly enough. The stove burner did not heat up sufficiantly so cooking lobster in our room was not possible. We reported it and the front desk did what they could however, we took this suite with intentions of cooking our own food in our own room and we were dissappointed. We noticed a lot of staff smoking in the outdoor front of the hotel...this was a first for us- it just didn't reflect well on the hotel or the manager of the hotel. Their shining star is Denis at the front desk- he was amazingly helpful and energetic.

This was truly one of the most beautiful hotel rooms I have ever stayed in! I think I could live there! And the staff was extrordinarily helpful and friendly.

The staff is amazingly friendly, the room was in perfect condition, and the location is really close to Portland. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The highway is really close, which makes travel easy. If you are a light sleeper you may want to ask for a room on the non-highway side-- but even if you are on that side it is still a great nights sleep. Would totally stay there again for the next trip. And the morning breakfast was amazIng!

The hotel was comfortable. The suite set-up had a full sized refrigerator and a fully stocked kitchen w/dishwasher. The problem was the staff working the breakfast each am. The girl was surly and rude, did not keep adequate food supplies out---they were constantly running out of everything from coffe creames to yogurt. It was Labor Day week, maybe they should have increased staff. And get that girl some customer service training!

the hotel was a good stay was just a little disapointed. When we arrived no one was at the front desk to help us check in and there was no bell to ring for service. The same thing happened the next morning at check out.. Then I saw two used tissues on the floor in the bedroom, cleanlyness comes into question.

We have nothing bad to say about this hotel. The rooms, hallways, lobby, breakfast area, and landscape were all clean and well kept. The front desk staff could be a little friendlier, but they weren't rude, either. Breakfast was good and the price was worth every penny.

Updated, very well appointed, comfortable hotel.

This hotel was very nice and the frontdesk person was terrific. He was very friendly, good personality, was quick to point out interest and even let my husband know that he could watch the Celtic's game downstairs on the television in the lounge area. Which my husband took advantage of . The entire hotel staff was very friendly. The only complaint that we had is that when we went into the hot tub it was only luke warm maybe at most 75 degrees. We had called the front desk and he did send someone to look at it. The young man couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and explained that he was the only person on this weekend that he would have to have who I believe was his supervisor look into on Monday. We left Monday so that wasn't helpful to us. Other than that our stay was very nice and I would recomend this hotel.

Definitely stay again. Pet friendly, too!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Facilities were clean and well kept. Breakfast was far superior to most. They were undergoing renovation during my stay but it didn't interfere. The pool area was well maintained. My room was on the first floor and the only drawback was that the plumbing from the room on the second floor was extremely loud.

I travel extensively and was horrified at the lack of cleanliness at this hotel. Granted the hotel is undergoing renovations, which were not disclosed during the booking process, but that should not stop staff from running a vacuum and picking trash up in the halls. Our room had mold in the bathroom and ratty linens. The kitchen in the breakfast area was absolutely filthy.

The man who greeted us (at RI in Portland Maine) the night we arrived at the front desk was nothing short of WONDERFUL. We were exhausted. He had us laughing, made cookies and we really had never had such a great experience at a hotel and will look for you first from now on especially in Maine. I wish I knew his name but he was the only person at the front desk that evening and you should recognize him for the amazing job he does for you, truly. The only problem we had was a clogged drain in the shower but it didn't matter. The people were so nice that it just didin't matter. Thanks for asking. We would recommend this Inn to all of our friends.

rooms were so stinky i went and bought candels for the room. ask for a room not up against the freeway, otherwise you'll have truck roaring through your room all night. very small gym. treadmill barely worked.

The hotel was excellent, great hot breakfast, location is great - close to S. Portland and directly across the road from a grocery store that had everything we could have needed. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Love the 'towel animals' at the front desk :) We will definitely stay here again whenever we're in the area. Convenient to lots of stores, quick jaunt to the shre.

Ces studios très bien aménagé sont agréables, on n'a plus envie de partir. C'est propre, beau, le petit déjeuner est plus que correct. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.
