The hotel is nice but a little expensive based on other similar hotels. The biggest disappointment is that it does not have free coffee and breakfast.

Their new design is interesting and I like what they are doing with their lobby and rooms. They are advertising their lobby as a good space for hanging out, maybe do some work or being social. The design works, but the food options are really not that good. It was fine, but I think if they improved the quality and selection of their food it would be a more desirable option.

We were very comfortable; all the people that we came into contact with were very pleasant and professional.

Although I booked 10 months in advance, this was the only hotel available. Clean, comfy, and friendly staff. However, even though I had a reservation they explained to me that only one handicap room was available which should of been given to a disabled individual.

Very loud guests at 12:00am and then again at 1:30. Talking, laughing and shutting doors. They were men and it was on the 2nd floor. I didn't call and complain.

The staff was fantastic and extremely helpful. They receptionist was so helpful and really went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nice, clean newer hotel in 2013

i called about the pet policy for the hotel and was told pets were welcome with no charge. when i checked in there was a $50.00 non-refundable pet charge. the bathroom counter was small , there was no continental breakfast and the room was pricey. The cell phone service was very bad also. will not stay there again.,

The hotel was great. It was close to the places that we needed to be and the service was great. They even let us check in a little early. One thing that was somewhat negative was that the pool chlorine seemed to be a bit on the high side. The other thing out of the hotel's hands was the people above us running around until about 1 in the morning.

Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the service was excellent. The hotel was recently renovated according to the staff and is very nice. Our room with two queen beds was nice and roomy. Breakfast in the restaurant was great.

This hotel was beautiful and clean. Lovely decorations and furniture.

all was great however i booked this room several weeks in advance. when we arrived, we discovered we had a handicapped room. not a problem but the shower. my husband is 6 ft and we had a difficult time bathing. we tried to change rooms but were told they were sold out. when i booked the room i was confirmed with a regular room NOT a handicapped room. overall our stay was great but the bathing issues. we were not exactly happy with this situation. had we known, we would have stayed elsewhere. will make me think twice about staying at your hotels if this is what i get.

The front desk staff was ever so friendly / could not be more helpful. Made us feel like we were special....

Great room only thing that bothered us was the bathroom was like a sauna. The fan didn't work and filled the room with steam while showering.

The Hotel was located close to most anything in Fort Collins. The rooms were roomy, neat, and the amenities were outstanding. The Desk Clerk told me they had just remodeled the hotel and that was obvious - everything to include the rooms, the lobby, the courtyard, was up-to-date, nice & clean, and accommodating. I will be staying at this hotel again!

We booked one night and enjoyed our stay so much we ended up staying another night. :) We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel has recently been remodeled in the guest rooms and front lobby. Both are very nice and comfortable to hang out in. Thanks again.

It's very nice and clean. Staff was excellent. However, they don't have a kiosh for local attractions (flyers like you would typically seen at hotels). You pretty much have to google it or ask front desk.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. There were just a couple minor inconveniences: the alarm clock was set to go off at 6:00 AM (which we didn't set, so it was quite a surprise!), and both our keys stopped working an hour before check out (so we couldn't get into the side doors or our room after going out for breakfast). Besides these two oddities, the stay was very pleasant.

Nice renovations. Have stayed here before, including as renovations were being done. That was not particularly enjoyable, with all the commotion going on. Now that they're done, very nice. I don't like the fact that the restaurant next door shares the parking lot. Patrons park right in front of the hotel, causing hotel guests to park away from the building. This is an inconvenience unloading and loading baggage.

This is the second time we stayed at this location. First we stayed in original room. They were remodeling the rooms upstairs. This time they were remodeling the lobby, meeting rooms and all of front of hotel. Hopefully they will be done when we return to Ft. Collins!

I'd stay here again. The only problem I saw was the faucet to the sink leaked, but I could deal with it. The linen, beds, bathroom was nice. The breakfast the next morning was great! We got a coupon for Texas Roadhouse which came in handy. The checkout time is great too.

Outstanding comfort and quiet. The room was arranged very well - different from most rooms I have stayed in. Most rooms put the bed against the wall opposite the bed in the other room. It made the room very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The motel was going through some renovation and yet the staff was relaxed and helpful.

Very clean and contemporary room.complimentary breakfast was awesome. Would've been even better if it was located closer to the downtown shopping on college st but overall great stay. Would book again.

The hotel lobby was being remodeled. Ad said there was a lounge/bar but there was not one. Room comfortable - would stay again.

I had a great time. The hotel was remodeling.Very dirty hallways. Workers drinking beer after their shifts(scary). Was nice.

Very disappointed. We didn't arrive until late in the evening and were welcomed into a smoky room and a bucket catching water from a leaky ceiling in the hallway. Very tacky. We asked and received another room which was less smoky but right next to an elevator. When you tired and hot, the last thing I wanted to do was move our stuff to another room next to an elevator. No one offered to assist us with the move. I would not stay here again. The furniture and room in general look old and worn.

My bed was one of the most comfortable I've been on for a hotel. However, my room was right by the elevator, so everytime someone used it, a loud rumble would fill the room. It's not like the hotel was full, this is just where I was placed. There were cobwebs in the corners of my room. Obviously it had been a long time since the room was seriously cleaned. My final beef was with the "free internet." Their idea of "free internet" is a less than 1 mb trickle that is only good enough to check email, read the news. If you need more than that, you have pay extra. That suprise isn't sprung on you until you actually try to use the internet.

I was somewhat disappointed with the cost of the breakfast items. Thought it was quite high for what was available. Otherwise, the stay was very nice.

Very comfortable bed, clean, very friendly people at the front desk. Not being from the area, we had quite a few questions about the area. The guy & girl at the front desk were tremendously helpful. After two hectic days, we were so happy to have the pool and hot tub to relax in. Will be back again in August.

It was adequate. I was shocked at being charged $4.50 at the front desk for an icecream bar so I passed.

THE FRONT LOBBY WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY INVITING .. HOWEVER THE ROOMS WERE NOISY .. THE WALLS THIN AND THE CEILINGS EVEN THINNER .. WE COULD HERE ABOVE AND TO THE SIDE AND WORST YET WE WERE PLACED NEXT TO A NOISY ELEVATOR WHICH WAS LOUD ALL NIGHT .. NOT ALL BAD THOUGH BECAUSE THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND GOOD

It was good - average.The hot tub was not hot. There was not an extra mirror in the room for two ladies getting ready in the morning. I don't like paying extra for breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay. It was convinently located around shops and resturants that were walking distance. The pool was great.
