Front desk super helpful - and very nice

I was at this place for a day on business. I was pleased with what I saw in around this nice economy motel with free continental breakfast. I had a client come visit me at the motel. I asked staff to see if there is any meeting room on site I could use for a half hour for a meeting. I was pleasantly surprised they let me use their private meeting at no additional charge. I was also pleased with cleanliness and courtesy of staff. Bed was new, room was clean and LED said they even offer laundry at no charge.Will definitely go back if I were to be in the area.

Room was spacious, had a micro fridge, a tv, hair dryer and was clean. Wi-Fi was great. Outdoor pool had a cover on it perhaps still closed due to storms in Texas? Coffee maker, telephone and icebucket were helpful. Didn't have conditioner but only shampoo -- not a big deal. Breakfast had toast, fruit, juice, cereal and coffee which was fine...staff were friendly and took care of laundry key when I needed. Free washing for cloths was great!! I haven't seen any hotel offering free washing of your soiled clothes...will recommend.

needs upgrading. Both lights on entry of room did not work, so I had to leave the door open and find one across the room. Bathtub would not drain properly so water covered my feet while taking a shower. No Lotion, no toothpaste, towels rough as sandpaper, no iron or ironing board. Wall outlets would not hold my phone charger plug without bending the prongs slightly outward so the plug would stay plugged in and not fall to the floor. Basically ,....Just a Room.

My son and I were very disappointed. Motel website was misleading. It was run down and dirty, awful location.

Construction along this road is crazy and will be for a long time but the hotel was reasonable and clean. Customer service was great. Breakfast is basic. Decent price for a decent room.

It had a clean bed, a clean bathroom, it was quiet and the internet connection was adequate. Close to a variety of restaurants. It wasn't luxurious, but I didn't go to Texas to stay in my hotel room. I would stay there again.

While the staff has no control over this, the hotel is in an area where there is some traffic construction on the highway interchange. I would suggest you look at maps and avoid the interchanges by exiting and coming up through the local streets as traffic can really snarl. One very nice aspect, there are several resturants within in a quick walk, Chili's, to name just one, so it is in a good location that doesn't stress you on finding a place to eat. The simple but effective morning free breakfast was nice, rooms were clean, towels fresh, there is free internet wifi so overall, I rate it highly, especially if you are attending classes at GEBCO.

The bedding was dirty. They never changed the sheets between the previous people.

The hotel was not very clean at all. The carpet in the room was disgusting. It was filthy and burnt from an iron . Not well kept at all

Didn't find anything bad. Everything was as expected.

Hotel was cheap so didn't expect to much. Asked for 1 bed but got 2. Wasn't the cleanest, carpets stained, one of the lamps didn't work. People were nice. Worst breakfast ever and the lobby kinda had a stench. I just needed a cheap place to sleep and it was good for that only.

The place was okay. There was a running toilet all night and when I turned on the main faucet, there was a leak. The beds were also very short. Otherwise, it wad okay

I stayed at this hotel for a week until my house was ready for us to move into. The price was extremely reasonable. The room was spacious but not the cleanest I had seen but not nasty. The service was excellent and it is located near everything. I would stay there again for sure.

Not happy with stay.

People here care about their guests!! I had a toilet issue at night but they fixed it middle of the night. I appreciated personal attention by the housekeeper, front desk and maintenance. Nice lobyy, and the area was safe.

This hotel is a great value. If you book a $40 a night hotel and expect perfection, you're nuts. The hotel itself is kind of old, but it looks like some of the rooms are being remodeled? Our room was clean, no stains on the sheets or towels, no bugs, etc. We didn't get a coffee maker in our room but it wasn't a big deal since they have coffee at breakfast every morning anyways. Breakfast was nothing special, but better than nothing at all. The desk staff was friendly, and helped us get a cheaper rate when we added a night to our stay. We'd definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

We qere told by locals that this is a place police train their drug sniffing dogs, tells me it's not the best place to stay. Beds are horrible! Sink wouldn't drain and tv was bad. They did come clear the drain and switched out tv and looks like they are working on improvements. Don't count on breakfast cereal and packaged bun is all there is. Will NOT stay here again.

The carpet was stained, wet, and very dirty. I wore my socks instead of going bare-footed. After taking them off, they were so gross, I threw them away. Dead roach and tons of hair in the bathroom. Dirty walls. Dark room - missing three lightbulbs in the lamps. Uncomfortable bed. Terrible free breakfast. Thin walls, could hear a dog barking in an upstairs room all night. Tub clogged up and had to wait hours before my spouse could shower too. Broken-down, awful hotel.

I stay here because its close to Fort Worth, Irving and Mid-Cities. I tend to travel while in city so works perfect for me since motel is just off of 183 airport freeway. Staff were nice. Room was clean. Recommend this motel to any others in the area as the prices are reasonable.

I was at Travelodge for a day on business. This is not my first time at a Travelodge. I am OK with the brand and its service. I liked the fact it is low cost but provide the services similiar to a higher brand. That's why I am here. I found the bed to be fine, room to be clean, area to be safe to be in and park my car. I didn't find any rare people hanging around like at the other motel 6 next door. I loved the healthy breakfast...will come back.

We stayed for the race. Not expensive and fairly close

Overall the hotel is great for an In N Out trip with very little expensive however I accidentally left my 85 dollar tennis shoes in the room, and they were gone, when I went back to look for them, I asked the front desk attendant if she can look for them she mentioned that housekeeping went in and did not find anything however housekeeping was the only 1 with a key to the room when my room with made up. Please don't leave anything in your room of value or they could take it.

I ended up leaving after the first night. I did not feel safe there at all. I received a midnight call from someone claiming to be the "manager" wanting to verify my personal information over the phone. Instead, I went to the front desk, where I was told that they have a problem with someone calling guests claiming to be management in order to acquire personal info.

I was in the area on business and stayed in the non-smoking suite by the pool on the second floor. It was great n clean and bed was firm unlike other place I been to lately. Had a coffee maker. Was able to walk to restaurants that had good service. Northeast mall was within walking distance but I preferred to drive. Internet worked fine. I didn't care much about breakfast as I don't eat much other than cereal and drink juice. They had plenty of those. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Will stay here again!

This Travelodge was a really nice experience for location and quietness, even though it is right next to the freeway. I really enjoyed my stay here and will return in the future. Thanks to everyone at this location.....

Nice room, good location, OK breakfast - we requested a refrigerator - they didn't have any but for an extra $30.00 we could have one, even after we were told that they didn't have any

I was here for a tournament. Loved it. Will pass on to friends. Meeting room space for everyone to meet before heading out was nice and it was complimentary! Staff were friendly and courteous. Area had many good restaurants. Rooms were clean, Was in a deluxe room which was awesome. Some of us were in standard rooms which were OK as well.

I have been staying here since La Quinta times. It is the best place in the city with ample parking, in a safe neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants. This is a value hotel.Free Breakfast and WiFi and a clean room is what I care about...Will stay again!

Awful! This is a hotel for people staying there all the time as alterntive to a apt or house. There was a bar-b-que chained to the post outside our room. No microwave or refridgerator. The room wasn't cleaned daily. The iron in the room was broken. Very poor lighting in the parking lot and believe me you wanted to be parked close to your room. I canceled the 4 other reservations I had there and booked elsewhere.

The room smelt horrible and the bathroom was so dirty.

This Travelodge opened my eyes on how someone like me can get everything I needed in low cost structure. I loved it as it was a great value. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone displayed professionalism. My room was clean as I checked in. I would suggest to put smokers away from non-smokers. Other than that, I didn't find any issues.

I have finally found a place to live and will no longer be needing to stay here consistantly live I have over the summer. Im glad because it was always filty and nasty. The AC was consitantly not on when entered my room at 100 degree temperature days.

My pool side Deluxe room was awesome. I guess there is a difference between standard and Deluxe. It was clean and comfortable for the several times I stayed here. They got rid off movies which was fine with me as I do not watch them anyways.. When I needed extra sheets, housekeeping brought them. I saw maintenance washing exterior walkways. Breakfast was continental and had more than enough items prior to work. Safe area. Many restaurants nearby...will stay again.

because its centrally located and is easily accessible. Its not as bad as the other negative reviewers say though. If price is low competitors leave negative reviews. That's known thing.

I felt safe in the neighborhood. Ate in the neighborhood brand name restaurants without having to drive too far. Exterior lessthan normal but I figure it is due to drought in Texas. Staff could use some training....

my room has never appeared to be cleaned properly out of the 12 times I have stayed here this summer. P.O.S.

I have to stay here alot because it is very near work, I get per diem and keep the rest. The only reason I stay here is because it is CHEAP. My room is always dirty, dirty bathroom, and stuff on the floor, hairs in the bathroom, almost every lampshape is damaged and has a whole in it, and almost every electrical wall plug has no resistance to keep a cord in place. My room is consistanty hot when I check in at night. This place really sucks
