Very nice!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the variety of breakfast foods offered. And it was within walking distance of many restaurants.

Nice room, quiet, needs more selection at breakfast and more help.

Very small TV and no Comedy Channel. Facial tissue was from third world. Otherwise everything was fine.

I really like it.

I lived in the Dallas area for many years and visit there several times a year to visit friends & family. When I go I have found this LaQuinta always convenient, friendly & clean. The staff is very accomodating and the location is on a quiet, well groomed, tree-lined street. It's an easy drive (within blocks) to many wonderful restaurants & great shopping.

Mostly quiet, the office I was auditing was 1/2 mile from hotel. Plenty of restaurants to chose from. The staff were very helpful. There was one person who waited till 11:30 pm to exercise with the weights and kept dropping them, but the second night someone asked him to stop. Friendly visitors, nice breakfast. Could do with some hot biscuits added to the menu. Waffles were great.

Great clean rooms, great service, free breakfast, paper at your door, clean gym, in the middle of Addisons hot spots and great places to eat, comedy clubs, jazz clubs, family friendly.

Thank you to the screaming people fighting at 1 in the morning and again the whole next morning while we were getting to leave. Hotel room was very small and dated. The screaming people made it feel a little ghetto. Wouldn't stay there ever again, but might stay at a la quinta somewhere else.

I have no complaints about this hotel. It was clean, very quiet, and conveniently located in the center of everywhere I needed to go. I will definitely stay there again.

Hotel was clean and exactly as described on Hotels.com. The price was very reasonable and the location was perfect for evening entertainment. I will plan on staying again when I am in the Dallas area.

Good breakfast, comfortable beds, nice poofy towels. Internet was not the greatest. I would STILL go back there though for all the good that was there.

I have traveled a lot for business. This hotel was the absolute best experience. The staff were great, they provided transportation to my business event, and even took my family to an arcade for the day, they gave me such piece of mind just by providing transportation for me and my family in a very unfamiliar area. The hotel was spotless, the rooms and beds were very comfortable. I will stay at a Laquinta Inn every time I travel- if possible!

Very nice. Rooms very clean, staff friendly, reasonably priced compared to others in the area, great breakfast choices which exceeded expectations, and conveniently located for my stay. Enjoyed my visit and would stay again should the opportuntiy arise.

The rooms were clean nd beds comfortable, the staff were all nice and helpful. The condition and cleaniess of the elevator I did NOT like. I was always very dissatisfied with the free breakfast, there is no variety, no eggs, or any type of meat.

Not a new property, but very nice and very well maintained. The rooms were very nice and comfortable and the location was very convenient to over 100 area dining opportunities.

I found this room at the last minute so I was very grateful, but the details dictate whether or not I stay again. I noticed the hotel is older, but it was pretty clean. I did sleep well, and it was quiet at night. The baseboards and carpet next to them seemed to be very dusty, but the main trails of the room were vacuumed so I guess that counts. I may stay there again if I have business in the area.

So happy with the convenience !!! Unfortunately,I didn't have time to shop the fantastic malls !!! the girl at the front desk was phenomenal !! Very nice and helpful. Hard to find a hotel that will accept large dogs !

One of the nicest La Quinta's I have stayed at and that's quite a few. Great room layout & very confortable. Staff exceptionally accomodating. Addison was a great area to stay. Hotel has a very relaxing courtyard and lobby. Location is very good, however, you can sure miss the street. We missed it every time we went out, had to circle back to hotel. The problem is not big but it is a left turn at a light. There are so many stores, restaurants, trees, cars, etc., we just kept missing it even after we noted that OnThe Border is on the right exactly where you should turn. Good for the hotel guests though because you are off the very busy street by about a block.

We were pleased with the location and stunned at the low price given the neighborhood. Ironically, my meetings were at the Marriott around the corner. Its a nice place, but uppity. La Quinta room was spacious and comfy

Nice hotel.every one was nice ,but pool was a little to crowded and kids to wild for us. Room was comfortable . Nice location ,but could not get pizza delivered to our room from pizza hut! Will stay again .

This hotel was pretty good overall. The outer appearance was appealing. The location was fairly close to the freeway, so travel was convenient from there. Although, the neighborhood was a little "low-scale". The service was pretty good. One recommendation is to request a courtyard room because it has an extra door that let's you go onto the courtyard. The condition of the room was fair. However, we closed the door to the courtyard one time, and a big piece of paint and plaster fell down from the ceiling onto the floor. It was about a foot diameter. I wasn't pleased with that. However, the service made up for it. The front desk was polite. I left some clothes after I had checked out, but the shipped them to me once I called them about it. Overall, it was almost worth the money. It would be a knockout if it was about 10-15 dollars cheaper.
