האנשים בקבלה היו מאוד מסבירי פנים, מיקום מעולה כי הוא קרוב ל"manificent mile" והחדרים ממש נחמדים, מקום נהדר לשהות בו.

החדר היה גדול ונוח. היה קשה להבין חלק מחברי הצוות, איזור הקבלה היה קטן אבל נקי, הצוות היה מאוד מועיל וידידותי

קרוב למגדל המים וסופרמרקט בריא ונוח

לארבעתנו (2 מבוגרים, 2 בני נוער) היה נוח מאוד בסוויטה הגדולה. העובדה שה-WIFI חינם רק באיזור הלובי היה קצת בעייתי. ממליץ שתביאו ארוחת בוקר משלכם.

מלון נחמד! זו הייתה הפעם השנייה שנשארנו ב-Raffaello. הוא נמצא במיקום נהדר! ההסתייגות היחידה שלנו הייתה מכך ששירות החניית רכבים עלה 53 דולר ללילה!!! חניה עצמית בקרבת מקום עלתה בסביבות 28 דולר.

מיקום נהדר - הייתי מוכן לשהות שם שוב. דבר אחד, הם לא מילאו מחדש את הקפה בחדר שלנו ביום השנהי.

מיקום מעולה, חדר ונוף מעולים, צוות מאוד ידידותי. היינו מאוד מסופקים.

מכל המלונות ששהיתי מהם בעבר, כאן נהניתי משנת הלילה הטובה ביותר מאי פעם, וגם בתי ובעלי מסכימים איתי. המלון היה נוח ושקט מאוד באופן מפתיע.

זהו אחד המלונות הכי טובים שאי פעם שהיתי בהם. כל מה שהייתי צריכה היה בנמצא. הצוות היה מועיל וידידותי. נהניתי מהנוף ולמרות שהיה קצת רעש מהמסדרון, הוא לא היה יותר רועש מכל מלון אחר שהייתי בו. העיצוב מרגיע ומזמין. אהבתי את איזור מראת האיפור. אני תמיד אוהבת שיש הרבה מקום לשים את הצלליות והתרסיסים לשיער שאוכל למצוא אותם בבוקר. נהנתי מהמקלחת בסגנון הגשם, תמיד דרך נחמדה להתחיל את היום והיו שפע מגבות. המחיר של האינטרנט בחדר היה הדבר המתסכל היחיד, אבל בסוף לא הייתי זקוקה לו. הייתי ממליצה על המלון הזה לכל מכריי. מקווה לשוב לבקר בעיר ומלון Raffaello יהיה הבחירה הראשונה שלי. השכונה הייתה מאוד נחמדה והיו הרבה מקומות לבקר ומסעדות לבחירה בערבים.

אהבתי את המלון. אהבתי את המיקום. המעליות היו ממש קטנות מדי להתמודד עם מספר האורחים והצוות. אהבנו את הסוויטה אבל לכאורה עברנו שידרוג. לדעתי זה לא קרה בגלל שהייתי צריך לישון על הספה המתקפלת. אם אי פעם ישנתם על אחד כזה אתם יודעים שמרגישים כל קפיץ וקפיץ והמזרון כל כך דק שהוא לא נותן שום תמיכה. הזמנתי חדר כפול כדי שלארבעתנו יהיו מיטות נוחות. סוויטה מתאימה ל-3 בגלל מיטת היחיד, אבל לא ל-4. אם יציעו לי שידרוג בפעם הבאה אני אסרב. צריך תשומת לב לפרטים, כמו דלתות חורקות ומילוי שצריך תיקון. בסופו של דבר בילינו מאוד בנעימים. עובדי משק הבית היו מאוד מועילים ואדיבים.

Wonderful hotel. Don't know why they have to charge for wifi in the room.

The people working there are super friendly. The room we got was a suite gigantic. Little noisy at night but not a big deal. The location is excellent in the heart of downtown. The rate are not huge for a 4 stars: 300$ for 2 nights. The only downside is that they don't have parking space if you come by car which was our case and we had to pay 30$/24h just behind the Raffaello, 1min walking.

I enjoyed my stay at this boutique hotel. It is a charming place that used to be a dormitory for the Northwestern University nursing students years ago. There was a bit of confusion when I arrived on where my room would be. After a 15 minute wait, I was upgraded to a nice suite on the second floor! I would not hesitate to stay at the hotel again the next time I am in Chicago.

Room was on the smallish side. Two small elevators for a hotel with 18 floors and about 12 rooms per floor is inadequate and results in long waits and crowded conditions. Otherwise we like this hotel, the service and great location.

I will be staying here in the future! The staff was friendly, and very helpful.The room was spacious, clean and quite comfortable.

...there is no door on the shower. It's a rain shower, so it's not a huge deal, but you do have to be aware so as not to soak the dry towels.

Very small room. No lobby. No breakfast buffet. The only good thing is that it is close to expensive stores. And close to the lake. Not for my kind for sure.

Stayed 3 nights. Great price for the neighborhood, right next door to the Hancock tower. Clean rooms although a bit small.

a wonderful place in a great location. the hotel was not responsible for lack of internet due to an outside cable mishap. My room's heating was misbehaving. not a horrible thing, but chicago weather being what it is it was just a bit chilly at times. that did not take away from the experience and will not stop me from going back. so obviously this is a great place.

Very nice hotel, great location and the rooftop bar/patio is very cool.

Awesome donuts for breakfast. But, that's all. Also, my last night there, the roof leaked and drips kept me up from 0200 to when I left. Weak wifi signal that I had to pay for. I'll proably look elsewhere next time in town. Meh value for the money

Clean, friendly, spacious rooms, good location. Preferred over the high end named hotel down the road.

You can't ask for a better location than this hotel. The adjoining restaurant was terrific and the donut shop in the lobby is divine. However, the bathroom needed a little maintenance (the toilet wobbled, the faucets were wonky), and the elevator situation is a bit comical. Don't attempt to use them in the late morning during heavy checkout times. One failed during my stay and it was being repaired noisily for several hours (my room was just across) but the wonderful cleaning staff let me use the service elevator.

very nice hotel. Gets a little crazy in the lobby on the weekend as everyone trying to get to the 18th floor bar. Outside of that I always enjoy staying here as it is very comfortable.

Hotel was very nice and well kept! Front desk was understaffed both at check in and check out. Had to wait in line bothe times while 1 person worked the desk and other employees/manager wlked by numerous times without offering help! Requested a roll away when booking, when checking in and after checking in only to be told none were available after being told it would be no problem at check in!

Won't be staying at this hotel again!

Nice boutique hotel, very small elevators involve making new friends, clean, deluxe room was spacious. Unfortunately, I was lied to by a lady at the front desk regarding the Italian eatery adjoining the hotel. The same lie was told to me by the hostess at the eatery. They both told me I could not get food to-go. Evidently they would rather make you order room service and pay much more than necessary. Not cool and will keep me from staying there again. Too bad

Loved the hotel and staff. My only complaint is the parking, very inconvenient. The hotel was well secured and very clean. I was traveling alone and felt very safe.

The hotel looked nice but it was so hot and the ac did not work. Staff wasn't friendly at the front desk. Disappointed. Won't be back

Great location, just a block east of Michigan Ave...weekend trip for the girls...hotel was comfortable and clean with everything you would want in your room...the bar at on the rooftop is trendy and pricey but also nice to visit - we used the drink coupons provided but then moved on to another less expensive site to continue having some cocktails - hey, atmosphere is great but sometimes you have to spend your money wisely even on a weekend trip with the girls! Staff very friendly and helpful - would stay again.

Loved it! They did not have a room for us when we arrived but they upgraded us to a suite immediately.

Room temp was warm, AC didn't seem to cool the room much, but we were able to open the windows (30 - 40 degrees outside). Front desk employees were very helpful.

We loved the Raffaello Hotel. Our only complaint was the temperature of the room. It was unbearably hot. There was no way to adjust the heat/air. We complained to the front desk only to be told that the ac had not been turned on yet. They suggested turning the fan off. That did not work. We complained again on our second night to no avail. I would stay there again if this problem could be fixed. We felt very safe in this hotel.

Very nice hotel, only issue was the heat was too high and could not be regulated, But location was great and so was service

The location of the hotel, as well as the door men, valet parking people was great. The room was clean and comfortable, except for the fact of it being extremely warm. The air conditioning was set on 60 degrees, the fan ran non stop, but never cooled off. Mind you that this is the end of March when it was 40 degree outside!! For the price it was a great hotel. The hotel has no lobby to speak of, or morning breakfast. It has a doughnut shop that was really crowded, so we didn't visit it.

Will stay at Hotel again.
