The hotel overbooked the rooms and gave us an unclean room.

The room was dirty. I didn't want to touch anything! The floor had not been vacuumed. I could go on and on about the filth. One of my pillows did not have a pillow case. It was late and I would not have been able to find another hotel room, so I just tried to not look at or touch anything!!! DON'T GET A ROOM THERE!!!!!

This is a pretty good hotel if you're just looking for a place to sleep for the night. I stayed here because I worked a 3 day weekend and my job is located a little over a hour away from home. Since I work 12 hour shifts, I felt it would be easier on me to stay at a hotel near my job. My only problems were that 1) the shower was NOT clean... there was still soap from the previous renter amd dirt was all over it. I had to clean it myself. 2) the bed is hard as a rock! I couldnt get comfortable at all but found I could be if I used all the pillows. Overall I give the hotel a 4. Service was great.

The first room I was put in should have been non-smoking and was clearly labeled non-smoking and absolutely wreaked of cigarette smoke. The management very quickly moved me when I reported this and they were very nice. My next room smelled like a non-smoking room, however, I felt compelled to go to the nearest Walmart, buy cleaning supplies and lysol and a plug in air freshener. I cleaned the kitchen area. My kitchenette had a nice refrigerator. It had 1 plate, 3 cups, two bowls, one pot, one pan, and a mini coffee maker. It had a dish drainer and one dish towel; the floor was dirty. There was no utensils, or dish soap. The cable tv had a movie channel, but the room didn't have a tv listing and several channels were not clear. One light fixture was broken and hanging. The recliner was comfortable and the wifi was adequate as far as speed. I stayed 4 days. Would have liked a blanket on the bed, but I didn't ask the desk for one.

Room had no blankets, shampoo, hair dryer, etc. --Drapes were barely hanging from rod so light came in.

The room was fine. It had a mild smell (stale ?) The bed was on the hard side. My room was facing the road so there was noise from it.

The rooms was very dirty. I would never stay at this hotel ever again. But you get what you pay 4

When I arrived at the check-in desk there was no one at the check-in desk. After about 30 seconds she came from the back and her first words were "what's up". That is not the way to greet a guess. When we booked we asked for a non-smoking room but the lady said there wasn't any. After about 2 minutes checking the computer she said she did have one on the first floor. However when we arrived in the room the smell of cigarrett smoke was very strong in the room. The smell of the pillows on the bed were not pleasant so we had to cover them with some towls from the hotel room. The price was okay but it is not worth it because of the discomfort we experience.

Wi-fi did not work except in the lobby. I needed wifi to perform my work which I could not do in the small lobby. While waiting in the lobby for assistance I overheard multiple complaints of the other occupants re: dirty room, mold in the shower and refrigerator. I did not sleep under the covers because the sheets were "seedy". I bought a sheet and slept in my clothes on top of the covers. There was only one plate, one dirty plastic cup, a pot, and one butter knife. VERY BAD CHOICE

Great for our need to cook with the kitchenette facilities. Repair for the out-of-order 1 out of 2 ranges was swift, friendly and efficient thanks to the repair service man Gerald who gave us a new stove top almost immediately. I wondered tho. why the hotel did not do a wellness check of their facilities before our check-in to the hotel. As a 2 Star extended stay, it was perhaps to be expected and at a very cheap price. We just would have preferred: a less damp carpet (they had just shampooed?) which gave the room an initial musty smell, a cleaner feel to the sheets and definitely more wholeness to the pillows. Very small and flat covered with regular sized pillow cases. Cleaning service to be expected - with no bathing amenities - once in 7 day stay but with clean towels and coffee supplies available to be picked up at the front desk.

When asked at checkout, "how was your stay?" I stated, "very nasty." The desk clerk respond, "I'm sorry" and went about her gossiping. She could care less. The toilet hardly flushed, the bed was hard, the carpet was stained. Supposedly, we had a signature room that was remodelled. Our king size we reserved was not available, so we were stuck with that. The bathroom was not clean. Human hairs from "private parts" were on the shower walls Tan stuck in the bath towels. It reminded me of a illegal drug house off the movies. We asked for extra blankets and they were old & falling apart. They had stains and cigarrette burns/holes in them. Soooo disgusting. We will NEVER stay in an extended stay hotel again. Green fungus growing under the toilet seat, cigarette burns on tub and blanket, coffee maker covered in a sticky goo...kitchen came with one fork, one spoon, one bowl...a beat up old pot with no lid. When internet service went out, the desk clerk told me to call their internet provider myself. The smallest room in the ESA chain, suitable for maybe one person for one night. The two of us were tripping over ourselves. Some of the "guests" have been there for over two years...think they own the place....smoke outside your door, smelling the place up...butts litter the outside common areas.

Upon arrival the customer service person was not very polite although I pay part of her salary. She was overly rude I think because I arrived late and maybe she was in bed. I made my reservation through hotels.com and she seem not to be familiar with the service. She gave me a room already occupied and when I opened the door it scared to fire out of me when the renters screamed.

Stay was great for the price except the fire alarm went of in the A.M. throughout the facility and took nearly 20 minutes to shut off. It was freezing outside and ear piercing inside. Lol... Wonder if this happens frequently with stoves in each room?

Vending machines did not work. Room had dead bugs in the cupboard and in the bathroom.

I requested non-smoking. the 1st room reeked of smoke - 2nd room a little better, but still smoky. I will never stay here again.

The room was not clean and I found a bug in my bed. I went down the front office and all they wanted to do was give me clean sheets. I didn't even walk around the room with no shoes on, it was that bad.

Service was un-noticeable. No help at all. Room was good but was a hole in the bathtub surface. Condition of overall hotel was adequate. I would not recommend this to anyone except those just looking to save a few bucks and don't care about the rest of it.

After checking in to the hotel there were several things wrong with my room. My reservation was for a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. It was stated that is all that was available. I called down to the front desk clerk and he stated that he would try to find a coffee pot for my room and would be calling me back. I never heard back from the clerk. I was there on business and would be staying about a week. After returning from work, I walked into the office and the same clerk was there. I asked him if he ever found a coffee pot and he stated that he had forgotten to look for one the night before. He apologized, at that point the manager came out and asked what the situation was. I explained what had happened the night before, and found out that the room that I was checked in to was not supposed to be rented. It was on a do not rent list due to maintenance issues. The manager was very apologetic and immediately offered me an upgraded room. He personally walked me to another room and had me walk through to ask if this was acceptable and I stated that it was. I then moved my personal belongings down to the new room. It was stated that it was a Non-Smoking room. However, you could tell that someone had smoked in there. The overall room was ok. As I started to unpack, I noticed that is was not as clean as I thought. There was a caked on something on the table. The bathroom was not fully clean and there were ashes and other debris on the carpet. The bed had a top sheet and the cover. No additional blankets were provided. It was 10 degrees out in January. Though the manager was quick to make adjustments and was very helpful. The overall experience of the cleaniness of the hotel and attention to detail was lacking. It was stated by a placard in the bathroom, that only after 7 days of stay would your room be cleaned by a maid service. I was there for 5 days. Not wanting to complain to the manager again. I endured my week and could not wait to check out and

The front desk clerk was rude & dressed unprofessionally. Her shirt was unbuttoned, her sweater was about 5 sizes too small, shirt was untucked, pants were way too low & her belly was exposed. There were hairs in the bed, therefore I would not sleep on it. There were previous occupants hair in the shower & on the countertop in the bathroom.

Room was very loud. Could hear the guest next door showering like they were in my own bathroom. Strange knocking sound started around 6am.

If you like the smell of urine, this hotel is for you! This is definately a monthly rental hotel with no attempt at keeping the hotel decent for nightly renters. We had drug seeking hotel residents asking us for money and/or drugs the moment we walked into the front lobby. There was nobody available at the front desk to check us in upon arrival. Numerous tenants had their music up very loud with their doors open having a party between rooms. The room smelled like urine and you could tell the place had not been cleaned properly in a very long time. If I hadn't arrived so late and was leaving so early in the morning I definately would have found another hotel! Do not stay at this hotel unless you want to be surrounded by drug and alcohol induced parties!

Room stunk of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Manager even sent in cleaning crew to respray air freshener right before I went to my room. It was so noisy that I did not get to go to sleep until after 5:00 a.m. and had to get up at 6:30 a.m. You could hear every person in every room that adjoined mine and the ones that were above mine. Never again!

I booked this hotel through hotel.com and price seem reasonable and it was close to airport. I travel constantly and I like to stay in a comfortable hotel. Who doesn't! I phone the hotel and someone told me they offer shuttle service, but when I got there they said no shuttle service. I was mad! I had a ride a cab which cost me 30 bucks. Once I arrived around 11:30pm, there were no one available in the office. It was closed! Talk about frustration. The hotel itself has a lot of trash outside the room and I dont know if they clean it often or not. To be fair, the room itself isn't too bad. But the whole experience for me is just bad. I'm never staying in their hotel again.

Ella could not have been nicer or more accommodating. She made sure we had everything we need and checked on us later. The facilities were excellent.

Nice, friendly staff. No-frills, but was great for my trip!

The staff was friendly, and the room was very clean. The bed was a little stiff for my personal taste, but ok. The hotel had a lot of guests that weekend and were short staffed on housekeepers, so the trash cans at each of the stairwells was overflowing...but kind of to be expected in those circumstances. They could do a little maintenance on some of the rooms, I would imagine since the shelf brackets for the bathroom shelf were coming out of the wall. Other than that, it was not at all a bad experience.

Wir haben schon ca über 100 Hotels in den USA übernachtet, aber ein so schmutziges Zimmer haben wir noch nie gehabt .Kein Stern für dises Hotel! Wände verschmutzt,Schränke und Schubladen sehr verschmuzt, Tepichboden dreckig, WC und Bad .schmutzig. Schmuzige und alte Wäsche von vorherigen .Hotelgästen hinter dem Fernsehschranck. Wir hatten 2 angebotene Zimmer wegen diesen Gründen reklamiert, konnten jedoch wegen der Uhrzeit ca. 21:00 Uhr und der ungünstigen Lage vom Hotel nicht mehr abreisen. Außerdem war das Hotel im vorraus schon bezahlt, nansonsten wären wir sofort wieder abgereist. Das dritte angebotene Zimmer war in der gleichen unsauberen Zustand
