I was not aware that they charge for breakfast so after i left they charged my card for $25 ... I ate a plate of potatoes and took a tiny box of frosted flakes. not happy.

The hotel was easy to find. It is not near a lot of stores and their snacks and breakfast were pricey. The room offered a fridge and a microwave. I thought the rooms could have been nicer but the rest of he hotel is great. They offer name brand toiletries which was another perk.

The hotel still has the old carpet and the room smells musty. The hotel is in a really bad area South of the hotel but north of it is ok.

It was very clean, friendly, accommodating and convenient. After driving over 5 hours, we were welcomed with a courteous staff and an inviting room. I would recommend this hotel establishment to anyone passing through, or just in for a visit!

The only downfall with the hotel is the front desk service and the price of their food in the hotel. There was only person at the front desk for check-in and check-out and it took forever. This is the first hotel I've started at that breakfast is not included, they charge an arm and a leg for food. Overall, the room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and large. Was very pleased.

Break fast is not served as complementary but charging so expensively

Clean room and friendly staff. Beds were a bit hard for me. Our key cards deactivated after on night. We made sure they were notnear phones or tablets. Frontdesk deactivated and offered free water since we had to walk around the building. Overall a good stay.

The parking lot is a pain, but, what can you do about that? The shower curtain and bathroom looked aged. The grout on the tile hasn't been cleaned in a while. Best advice: upgrade the linens. The difference between a place like Staybridge and your place is the quality of the linens. Break out a higher thread count for crying out loud. You shouldn't have Motel 6 quality sheets on the bed in a Hilton hotel.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Room was exactly as described. I will stay here again. Only negative is that the breakfast is expensive, with tip about $16 per person. Some of the other local hotels have a free breakfast so keep this in mind.

I would use this hotel again. It was clean and comfortable. The accommodations were updated and the staff was friendly. The breakfast they mention is not free. I didn't venture out much, but it is only 5 minutes from Dallas love field and it is a simple walk to the Hilton Anatole if you have a business conference there or want to shop.

Nice sized room, nice staff, helpful. My only complaint was that they didn't give us toilet paper but it was just a call away! All around great experience. I would definitely go back.

Enjoyed my stay. The staff were very welcoming. Especially the young lady that checked us in.. dont remember her name, but she was very friendly checking in and checking out

It was very comfortable and affordable and we couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was courteous. There are not many things near the hotel other than other hotels, so it is a little drive to eat or see sights, but we knew that in advance and it was just what we needed. The neighborhood felt safe. The hotel room had fast, free wi-fi, a refrigerator and microwave and everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

great location! under 2 miles from American airlines Center and House of Blues. Easy to navigates between hotel and venues

Overall was poor, had my F 250 King Ranch stolen out of the hotel parking lot. No cameras outside and no security for the parking lot. All they did was have me fill out an incident report. GM was to give me a call the next day never did and all they did was try and give me a free breakfast for the next morning.

Everything was great except for the bar tender he was rude and did not appear to want to do his job he disappeared many times and when asked to dim the lights informed us that he could not until finally one of the kitchen staff heard the patrons complaining and just simply turned off a light switch i have not stayed at a Hilton in awhile and given the choice of many hotels in that area I will never stay at this one ever again we were also told that no manager was on site at 9 pm in the evening

I had requested a room where we could smoke and the Hotel is non smoking only.

great hotel , for the price. very clean , nice staff. very close to the running event we went to down in fair park. close to alot of events. very nice, food smelled great.

My reservation was for a double room; and were all booked at my arrival, the front desk clers, Zena and Allyson, took it upon themselves to make my stay the best.

Overall it was a nice stay. The people at the front desk during check in were rude and kind of snooty. They were really the only employees I came into contact with. The room was great.

It looks like my feelings on this hotel mimic the three stars it is given. Nothing wrong with the hotel but nothing outstanding. It is a place to sleep, and if you are lucky enough to get a room that faces I-35, you won't get much of that. The only reason we selected this hotel was its close proximity to the place we needed to be at 6:40 a.m. the next day.

i thought it was great… other than the fact we got a noise complaint from our neighbors about 5 minutes after we got into the room.

I stayed in town for a couple days for a conference and this hotel really made me feel like I was going home every night. The customer service was absolutely amazing. I came across an unusual problem and they were all very helpful and considerate. The staff did not stop until all of my issues were settled. The girls in the front, "Le" Leona and Allison are the most wonderful front desk agents! The shuttle service is also very convenient and sealed the deal for me. I would definitely come back to stay here and recommend this place to people I know!

Everything was Great except we should have included breakfast too. Fast checkin and the room was great Easy access to freeway. Wish there more hotels closer to fair eventhough 10 min away wasnt too bad. We are considering staying there again.
