למלון זה יש מיקום מושלם. חדרים טובים מאד וצוות מועיל. הייתה לי בעיה עם המרכז עסקים והתקשרתי לדלפק הקבלה לעזרא אבל הם לא הצליחו לפתור את הבעיה. נאלצתי ללכת עד מלון Westin (דלפק הקבלה התקשר אליהם לוודא שהמרכז עסקים שלהם היה יכול לספק לי את הפתרון) כדי להשלים את העבודה. קצת מתסכל אבל היה להם תוכנית גיבוי מוכן. פעם הראשונה שלנו בשיקאגו ונהניתי מכל רגע. מרחק הליכה לאיזור קניות מצוין, מסעדות, חוף ומזח של חיל הים. אנחנו נתארח שוב במלון הזה.

אנחנו אוהבים לשהות מצפון לנהר קרוב לשדרת מישיגן. בנוסף אנחנו תמיד הולכים ל-Carmine's לארוחת ערב. מרחק ההליכה הוא כל כך קצר ונעים לאיזור ה-Gold Coast. ממש אהבנו את זה!!! אנחנו בהחלט נתארח כאן שוב.

הצוות היה נהדר והחדר שלנו עבר את הציפיות שלנו. מיקום מאוד מרכזי לכל האתרים בעיר.

חדר ושירותים משופצים מעולים. אחרי שישפצו את הלובי ויחליפו חלק מהשטיחים, המקום יהיה הרבה יותר יקר. תיהנו מהמחיר הנוכחי כל עוד אפשר.

צוות מאד ידידותי ומועיל. המלון מאד שקט ולא שמעתי שום רעש מחדרים אחרים או פרוזדורים. המיטות היו מאד נוחות. מיקום מצוין. באופן כללי מקום נהדר להתארח בו.

הלכתי לכנס במלון שכן. המלון Millenium Knickerbocker היה יקר הרבה פחות. היה לי חדר מצוין עם שירותים מאד מהודרים. הייתי מאד מרוצה מהחלטתי להתארח במלון זה. הצוות היה מאד ידידותי ומועיל. אני בהחלט מוכן לחזור למלון זה.

הצוות ממש ידידותי ומיודע בקשר לסביבה. האם ידעתם שבזמנו ה-Knickerbocker היה מלון פלייבוי הישן? :-) אבל בצד השלילי, יש אלמנטים במלון שנראים משומשים, כמו המעלית, הלובי והרצפות בחלק (אבל לא בכל) המסדרונות. החדר ששהיתי בו היה קטן, מיטת הקינג-סייז (נוחה עם כריות נהדרות) תפסה בערך 75% מהחדר. חוץ מזה, או אם רק מחפשים מקום לישון בו, אופציית מיטת היחיד שווה מאוד. לבר של המלון יש צוות מעולה וכולם היו מאוד אדיבים, אז בשבילי המלון היה מציאה טובה לאיזור העיר התחתית/Magnificent Mile.

השטיחים קצת בלויים אבל הצוות מצוין. הקדמתי בערך ב-3 שעות אבל הם מצאו חדר עבורי ועשיתי קבלה ללא בעיות. אני בהחלט אבקר שוב במלון.

אם אתה מצליח להשיג מחיר טוב המלון הזה מצוין. זה לא המקום החדיש ביותר, אבל החדרים בסדר והשירותים שלנו בהחלט עבר שיפוץ עם Waterfall shower ואמבטיה. באופן כללי הרגשתי שקבלתי הרבה יותר תמורה ממה ששלמתי עבור המקום והמיקום עד ה-Gold Coast הוא מושלם עבור מי שלא ניצל את החדר כל כך.

מיקום מצוין ושירות חדרים ודלפק קבלה יוצאים מן הכלל. השטיח בחדר היה עם כתם גדול אבל מלבד זה החדר היה מושלם. כל שירותי האירוח היו מקצועיים ובוצעו בהתלהבות.

The most disappointing this about this hotel was condition of the room and the construction going on. It got down to about 39 degrees while in Chicago at night. You would want to come to your room and warm up. Not at the Knickerbocker. THE HEAT DIDN'T WORK and they wouldn't switch us to another room. They said they would have maintenance come look at it which they never did. 2 night stay. The room was always cold and I had to stay bundled up in my room. The valet prices are 10-20 more than other hotels in the area and the hotel bar and restaurant were not very impressive. The hotel has a decent price point and it is why I chose this hotel. I travel a lot for business and try be responsible to the company by not spending more than $175 a night no matter where I stay. If you go to Chicago - it's worth the extra investment to be comfortable somewhere else. This hotel is on my 'Wont Stay Here Again List'.

It was fine. An older Hotel, so a little run down. Great Breakfasts.

The hotel was great. The concierge was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and places to see and go. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel immensely and will definitely stay there again when we return to Chicago.

The pillow cases were stained. But overall it was okay in terms of cleanliness.

Everything was great except when the housekeeper woke us up 2 separate times early in the morning as she entered our room. These second time she knew we were there. (3 hours before check out) That was pretty annoying. Also the fact that there were men taping something to the floor also early in the morning outside our room. we were not told prior to our stay that there were renovations happening and were put in a room facing the front where the work was taking place. you can hear everything through the hall doors. but other than that... No complaints.

The only thing was the shower it had the one that just comes down on top of your head... And the one on the wall just sprays you in your face.. So showering was a challenge...

Loved the Knickerbocker and loved the location. Very comfortable and the people there were so nice!

Comfortable room, but could not get warm as room heater didn't seem to work.

The location is great! We didn't like the fact the they were under construction spiders webs in the front door. Rooms are ok nothing excited about them. Small rooms

The hotel is located in a great spot! Room was a bit small, but we spent more time out in the city than in the room anyway. Was not a big fan of the shower, it had one of those rain showers. Not enough pressure for me. I would most likely stay here again.

From the first to the last person we met, everyone went our their way and was friendly. Staying walking distance from everything was amazing. Would visit again if back in Chicago.

Having recently stayed here for three nights I would recommend Millenium Knickerbocker to anyone traveling to Chicago. Located at the top of the Magnificent Mile, the hotel is perfect walking distance from the shops, Navy Pier and the river crossing, as well as easy access to Millenium Park and beyond. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the concierge staff were especially helpful in highlighting all the must see attractions the city had to offer. Note: upon check in the staff freeze $75 per night on your credit card, so if you have a debit only account linked that is less spending money you have to play with; I dislike when hotels do this.

I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know interested in visiting Chicago The staff in the dining room (Andre)-concierge (Paul)-valet (Craig) went above and beyond to make our stay an incredible experience .

This was a terrific find. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pricing was reasonable. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel. The location can't be beat and the food in the hotel is both very good and reasonably priced. The room was tiny, but comfortable.

We had a great time...very nice and the area was beautiful. I would come back many times.

The hotel was conveniently located within a mile of the Art Institute, a walk on Millennium Mile, and shopping if that was your thing. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction in the neighbourhood so sidewalks were cramped. If you are looking for 'turn down service', and free wifi, this is not the place for you. Bar was fun, furniture definitely needs updating and restaurant food just adequate. Staff were friendly, helpful with directions.

Great experience at the Millennium Knickerbocker. Nothing negative to say - in fact I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the stay. Great location, great staff. Good price. Only issue was being charged internet access for each device (iPad, iPhone, etc.) which may have been my fault (not always so tech savvy). But on check-out they removed half the charges quite happily.

Took my girlfriend to spend the night in the city to celebrate her birthday and I was looking for a hotel in the Gold Coast area. Got a good deal on this site and knew the Knickerbocker had a good reputation. The room wasn't big but other than that it was a perfect place for what we were looking to do. Good service, clean rooms, very nice hotel. With that being said, their price for valet parking is crazy. Although I didn't use it, it was listed on their website and this site that parking was $56 a day. Now I know city parking is crazy to begin with and I have come to expect to pay anywhere from $35-$45 a night but $56 is too much especially considering the abundance of parking options in the city. I'm not one to usually go out of my way to save a buck but in this case I parked a block away (near 100 E. Walton condos) and saved $22. If a car wash was included then it would be worth it.

This hotel was great! The room was very nice, the location was perfect and super close to shopping and restaurants, etc. I will definitely stay there again!
