Omni Mandalay Hotel at Las Colinas - אירווינג

Self parking was a bit of a challenge due to a wedding taking place but valet is always on top of things and available. Can't say enough about the cleanliness and helpful staff. Breakfast was a great variety and delish as well. Will stay again soon.

We enjoyed our stay. The suite was wonderful. Room service was excellent!

The service was fantastic and the spa was extra special. They made me feel wonderful and the room service was outstanding. Eveything was freshly cooked and arrved hot. I woud recommend to anyone who wants extra care.

I stayed at the Omni Mandalay Hotel in Dallas last night. The hotel is beautiful, clean, has fantastic customer service and allows dogs! The landscaping is pristine and the canals are gorgeous. It’s a combination of Las Vegas and Paris in Dallas, Texas!

It is a great hotel for the price. We loved the breakfast buffet and will definitely be back.

From the time I reached the entrance, everyone was so pleasant. Daniel, the concierge, is like a computer when it comes to events going on around the area. The manager of the hotel spent time talking to my me and my wife with a sincere concern that we were enjoying our stay. I appreciated that.

The furnature in the suite was outdated and un-comfortable. There was no basic free internet without signing up for some loyalty program that im sure will get me more than a few spam emails in the near future. No in-room refrigerator (I think I should at least be able to keep a few drinks cold If I'm dishing out the cash for a suite) and it was $20 to rent recent movies....yes I said $20. There is also very little to keep someone occupied in the surrounding area. you would need to head to surrounding towns to find anything interesting to do.

The rate was more than I would normally pay, but I got what I paid for. Very nice hotel.

The hotel's restaurant has excellent food but it is pricey and the service is slow. Within walking distance there are limited choices of restaurants. Wish that the area would encourage more shops and cafes.

Nice hotel. Staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. The room was clean. I would stay here again.

Stayed there for NYE... it was great and the suites are really nice!

It was very nice. Used the heated pool and hot tub. The rooms were clean. Great price and they left milk and cookies for the kids when we got back from our day out. Would stay here again

We reserved a suit which had great space and was over looking the lake. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were all friendly. Sign up for select guest, it's free, and you get a few nice perks while staying there. We will definitely stay here again !

This hotel was just awesome! Everyone was very nice and the room was immaculate! We will definitely stay here again in the future...the Las colinas area is beautiful!

Wonderfully surprised. At such a great rate I wasn't expecting it to be this nice! The staff was friendly, helpful, gracious. The hotel was lovely inside and out! I will stay here again the next time I travel to this area!

It was pleasant

stay was good. they should post prices of meals on the outside of the restraunt so you do not have a surprise when you enter. Also rooms seem to have the cooling limited....so if you set it for 60, it looks like it took but maybe the room would only go to 68....some of us like it cold. All in all I would have to say it was one of the nicest places we have stayed!

For the hotel being an "Omni" I expected more. It was real clean and nice place to stay and I enjoyed it but once you go up into the upper level floors looked like any other place. Jusy expected more thats all.

We really enjoyed our stay the room was well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. We will look forward to staying here again in the furture.

Had a problem with water leaking from toilet. Called the front desk and they sent someone right up. Had a great stay. Will return again.

This is a very nice resort style hotel. The neigborhood is nice with nearby restaurants and a nice in-house italian restaurant. The rooms were very nice with an excellent view.

We celebrated our anniversary here. Everything was lovely. Restaurant was good. Only negative were some unsightly cuts in the carpet, but room was a great value for the rate we got.

Wonderful service , everything was perfect. Had a wonderful breakfast. I am gluten intolerant and they had bread out for toasting, GF English muffins, and a delectable array of breakfast choices. Our waiter, Lance went above and beyond to take care of our needs. We enjoyed meeting him.

It was good but the drilling early in the morning was very annoying...

Spent Saturday night August 18th at Omni Mandalay in Las Colinas with wife celebrating anniversary. Reme at front desk, room service and all staff treated us like royalty. Room was beautiful with king size bed on 23rd floor with huge picture window overlooking canal and Williams Square. Free parking. Great buffet breakfast. Concierge recommended great seafood restaurant which we loved. We'll be back!

The room was exceptional. staff was friendly and helpful.

the hotel was a great location and property. The pipes were noisy all night. The hot hot water was intermittent. The keep up the appearance but not the bones it appears.

Would definitely return and recommend omni Mandalay bay.

Obviously a nice hotel. Too many hidden charges. Why would you charge for internet access? Why was a bottle of Champagne brought to our room?Didn't dare open it, $$$??? Went to Rangers game, returned to hotel Saturday night 11:00pm bar is closed, no where in the area to get anything to eat. All good other than these few miner things!

Hotel was nice, but our room was on the 5th floor with a terrible view of the roof. it would have been nice to have a higher floor with a view of the pool or lake. Also, restaurants in the hotel were very expensive. But room was nice, parking was free, location was great and the pool was very nice.

The hotel staff is very attentive and wonderful service. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing.

Beautiful, friendly and clean. The only con was the surcharge on wifi.

With the name "Omni" I assumed this would be a fantastic hotel, which it was if you were giving it a score 13 years ago. The decor was outdated, the bed was hard, and the bathroom needed gutting and modernized. The cocktail refrigerator was at least 15 years old. It was a total disappointment, I was expecting more. I wanted to leave and go to the Homewood Suites a block over. The outside and lobby areas were nice.

Tired property with a lousy location; does not deserve 4 stars; food was expensive and not very good (room service)
