A great place for a quick get away. Convenient. Clean, Parking was fine. Room is not huge, but big enough.

It was located in a great area. The parking was a little rough. But overall it was a great stay.

Very nice stay. No complaints.

Stayed 4 nights. Other than getting in our vehicle to take in some shows in Pigeon Forge, we spent the time walking around downtown Gatlinburg. Hotel location was perfect. We chose the king, fireplace room. Enjoyed every moment.

Was not terrible yet not great, just about average. Overpriced in my opinion but that's Gatlinburg....

The room was very small there was no where to set your suitcase where it would not be in the way of walking, the tub did not drain. For the price I have stayed in other Hampton Inns and been much more impressed. The location was great that is about all I can say it had going for it.

The wi-fi signal was horrible.

My husband and I have stayed at other Hampton Inn locations and we have always been very satisified with this hotel. The rooms are always very clean and the quality of the rooms are great. This particular hotel was terrific. I loved the view of the creek from out balcony. The location is within walking distance of anything you would like to do in Gatlinburg. Also, the staff are very friendly. We will definately return. Thank you

Great place to stay! Received a call from the staff within' 10 minutes of our arrival in the room to see if everything was alright with the accommodations. Room was a little small but the sound of the rushing water in the creek outside the room made up for it. lol Convenient to all the shops and restaurants without the expense of paying for parking.

The hotel staff was wonderful. The hotel itself needs an overhaul. Wallpaper in bathroom was peeling from wall. It just looks tired and needs freshening up!!

front desk extremely nice; breakfast outstanding,locaton perfect, rooms could use updating especially carpet and desk chair

The hotel staff was one of the most courteous and helpful that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. It made our stay extra wonderful!! Great job to all of you on you customer service!

Nice clean room on creekside. Is the best hotel we have stayed at in that area. Check-in was fast staff was very nice, Had free breakfast with room variety of things offered. Beds were wonderful and I have had back surgery .Price was about the same as others on the strip. I will stay again

we checked in with no problem. the man at the counter was very pleasant. we needed a mini fridge in our room and it was delivered within 30 minutes of checking in. i believe the rating for this hotel should be raised! the rooms were very clean and comfortable. overall, one of the best hotel experiences ever! thank you, hampton inn!

The room was very small and dated. You can stay in a very nice cabin in Gatlinburg and tax a taxi in for the price of this hotel which is not up to par. The only good thing was the location. Get a Cabin and enjoy your stay a lot more.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. I had a leak in the bathroom on my first day. I called the desk and they sent someone up in about 10 minutes and had it fixed and cleaned up in another 10 minutes. They had a good breakfast, hot or cold eggs daily, sausage, waffles, toast, muffins, danish, fruit, ceral and yogurt as well as good coffee. The staff was friendly and helpfull. I got a great price and the hotel was close to everything. It was a very enjoyable stay.

The Hampton Inn is right on the main drag in Gatlinburg, which means that it easy to walk from the hotel to restaurants and attractions. This was my second stay at this hotel and the rooms are generally nice, comfortable, and clean. Parking at the hotel is an issue during the busy season, and we had a bug problem in our shower during this most recent stay, but otherwise it is a great hotel in a convenient location.

My husband and I went on our 15th Anniversary trip and chose to stay here. The room was spacious and clean. The King size bed was very comfortable! It felt so good! Also the location was very good. You don't have to worry about parking because the stores are all in walking distance. The customer service was good. The only problem I had was I requested a fridge for the room and did not get it. Other than that it was a good stay.

No problems encountered at all. We will definitely stay here again.
