Very clean hotel, friendly staff and Great swimming pool and jacuzzi.

I stayed here one night and had no complaints. The building and the room was nicely updated, very clean, and overall, pretty quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was pretty good. There was also free parking and free wi-fi. The surrounding neighborhood wasn't that great but for the price and proximity to Love Field Airport, it was surely a pleasant stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We liked that a hot breakfast was available for free. It was not a continental breakfast with bagels and donuts. There were freshly made waffles, eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy. One of the selling points for choosing this hotel was the indoor pool. The hotel is close to must-see sights and it was about 15 minutes from Grapevine.

Our air conditioner went out and had to wait 24 hours for a new one. The whole lobby area wreaks of chlorine because the pool is so close to the entrance.

We really enjoyed staying here during our recent visit to Dallas. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool was nice too. We will definately stay here again!!

Front desk gave someone else a key to our bedroom, they walked in when I was (thankfully still dressed). Didn't bring enough towels for the number of people in our room (after we paid an additional fee for an additional person), When we requested more towels, we were asked to come to the front desk and get our own. The place is impossible to find, spent 20 minutes with three different navigation apps to find it. The breakfast was fabulous!

The hotel is in a lousy area and is difficult to get in and out from a main road without traveling out of the way; the hotel itself is nice and clean; the pool is not very big but is nice and the hot tub is wonderful; the breakfast served is good but good luck finding a seat to accommodate more than two people, and the serving area is small so it gets very crowded and you do a lot of waiting for everything.....the staff are awesome and respond very promptly and showed nothing but courtesy and appreciation for their guests,,,that's always a plus!

I stay at the Baymont whenever I am in Dallas on Business. It is in the perfect location for getting around the DFW metro area. There are several great restaurants including many of my favorites within 1 - 2 miles. The staff and management are always very friendly and accommodating. I had to take my ill dog with me at the last minute on this last trip and they were very helpful with getting me the right room on short notice. They have a daily pet fee that is minimal. There is a fitness room and an awesome pool. Breakfast is always good and the fruit is very fresh. Always a great stay here.

Good hotel but there in nothing else around. Right off Texas 121 - Legacy is a few minutes away where you can find restaurants and shopping . Most GPSs can't locate the hotel though because it's new so you will have to call them they will give you the address to the building opposite to the hotel.

I had never stayed at a Baymont Inn and was unsure of what to expect. I was stranded overnight on a business trip and needed a hotel that was near to Love Field. I was pleasantly surprised: the hotel had been recently renovated; the room was clean and comfortable and I was able to work online and get a good night's sleep. The staff was helpful and pleasant and I would definitely stay at this location again.

Has all the things you want for a pleasant stay. Clean and ample sized rooms with nice furniture & carpets, large enough bathroom, desk and seating area. Well maintained hotel and landscape, comfortable lobby and business center. Friendly staff. Have stayed before and will return again.

Enjoyed my stay down there. Very little issues whatsoever. Would come back again if down in dallas again. Very close to downtown dallas

comfortable room. a/c was blowing very musty smell. very annoying aspect. comfortable bed. shower head was limited in movement, not too great for tall people.

The hotel and rooms are clean. Nice furnishings and the beds were comfortable.. The 2 nights we stayed (in 2 different rooms) it was quite and the place was packed both nights.

My stay was very pleasant. We booked this hotel at the last minute due to our original hotel being a complete disaster. This hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and the beds were really comfortable. I would definetely stay here again.

I normally book at 5 star hotels; however, i was taking several friends with me for free and chose this hotel. I loved the room. Spacious. Quiet. Loved the breakfast, and the employees were friendly. The only downfall was the room key was a little difficult to use. Had to insert the key several times before it actually worked. But I was overall pleased with the stay and I actually just rebooked the same room for next week. Great value!!!!

I stay at the Baymont's because that is where my job places me so I decided to make the reservation there when I had to go to Dallas overnight. The hotel was a renovation from another and they have done a wonderful job. It is the best one I have stayed at so far. The only downfall was getting in and out of the place because of the way the roads are set up in Dallas and it is directly across(in the same parking) as the Motel 6 with a lot of people standing outside.

The hotel it's self was ok, with the exception of the toilet running all night ...the over night clerk at the desk on the other hand was EXTREMELY rude!!

Room smelled like strong cleaning chemicals to the point of taking your breath away.

Stay was friendly...the room was actually beyond my expectation when I had arrived I had actually saw the carpets being commercially cleaned which was the 1st and was great to see. Overall great stay comfortable bed good decor layout. Would I stay here again? YES!

It room was clean, the breakfast was good, the people we friendly. Its not the newest hotel, but it was great for the price. I would stay there again.

The room was fine. The hotel staff in the early morning did not know how to get to the main DFW airport. The hotel should have pre-printed directions on how to get from the hotel to airports and any main attractions. This would have saved me about 20 minutes and not having to stop at another hotel to get directions.

The only qualm I had with this hotel was that it is located right next door to the Men's Club and when looking out the window, homeless people were sleeping under trees in the club's parking lot.

Close to several restaurants. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast inconsistent and limited on "real foods". Elevator rackety, particularly since we were next to it. Didn't use pool but it looked very nice. Nice lobby furnishings.

Great hotel at a reasonable rate. Very clean room and great breakfast. Staff very nice and helpful.

the rest room fan was noisy. the shower faucet handle was loose and a little hard to figure what the water tempt. was going to be. the phone kept making periodic noises. problems reported and will probably be repaired. will stay there again. in 2days.

Great, quiet, & safe location near airport. Beds comfy, staff very helpful when we arrived late. Pillows too stiff & puffy so we ask for some flatter ones & our remote didn't work so they kept trying new ones until one worked. I even left some important papers in my room when I left & the manager called me the next day & is mailing them to me.Super accommodating!

While the name is a bit deceiving (it is not very close to Dallas' Love Field), this Baymont Inn and Suites provided us with a stop-over more than worth the price. The staff was friendly and anxious to please, the room was comfortable and well appointed, the internet connection was fast and free and the free breakfast was more than we expected. Yes, we would stay here again and drive a bit out of our way to do so. Good Job, Baymont!

Except for their pillows (which were way to thick) it was a good stay. Nice breakfast in the morning too! Not happy with booking through hotel.com, they didn't send the message to the hotel that we needed a baby cot. However the hotel borrowed a baby cot for the hotel across the street which was amazing!

The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was great!! I just wish I had brought my bathing suit for the indoor pool.
