Great staff, they were so good to us.... and very nice room. Clean and pleasant. Close to I-90 but we didn't notice the noise.

I slept well at this hotel just off the interstate. It was comfortable enough, though in an unremarkable way -- another chain hotel night. My room overlooked a fast food restaurant, though I had no trouble with sounds or odors. The hotel breakfast was a prepackaged affair enlivened by microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. The neighborhood was what you'd expect for a roadside: more hotels, fast food, gas stations, etc. -- nothing worth taking a walk in or holding any regional charm or interest, which something closer into town might have offered.

We arrived earlier then check in time, since our room was ready they let us check in, which we didn't expect as all we were going to do is park our car as we were meeting family to ride with. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a very clean place and comfortable bed.

We stayed here the night before an early morning flight the next day. It would be nice if the hotel had an airport shuttle but otherwise it met our needs adequately. Continental breakfast included in rate... a nice touch for family trips.

The bathroom floor needed cleaning had dust and hair on the flor especially behind the door when you shut it. the shampoos and lotions etc were not replaced each day with the housekeeping, and each evening when I went up to my room I'd have to go back down and get my key re made. I travel each week and have a location in my purse that keeps these keys away from possible de magnetizing things. plus the other 2 ladies that were with me had the same experences with the keys. hope this inforamtion is helpful in training your staff. I'm not looking to get anyone in trouble just to let you know the stuff that we are looking at that you can educate your staff on

The worst mattress I have ever slept on. Hotel needs to be updated.

Everything was great except swimming pool had sand/pebble at the bottom and there is no shower nor rest room in the swimming pool area.

I stayed over a very cold weekend. My rental car had a dead battery. The clerk had just recommended that the night manager buy a set of jumper cables to help guests with dead batteries. I was the first to need this assistance. Kudos for anticipating the need and being there to help.
