The only negative point is that a few of the bldgs., including the one we stayed in had no elevator. We were met by a great young man named Alex on 5-31 & 6-1 who carried our bags up & down to our room & to the front of the hotel, on the day we left. He even loaded up our car for us! Alex deserves a mention at lease & surely a raise!! Deanna

We had a girls' weekend outing and we had a great time. The room is very comfortable and the small fridge is perfect to store water, wine, and food. The location is perfect, direct access to the beach with towel, chairs and umbrellas, very relaxing. We didn't try the pools but they seemed to be real popular. We'll do it again.

This hotel was very nice. The grounds were immaculate, the service was great. My daughters were happy the whole time, and always found stuff to do...

We love Cape Cod and have come for several years, however this was our first time at Sea Crest and Falmouth. This was a real mixed bag. The hotel is beautifully located on a beach with fine sand. It has a real summer beach resort feel to it. However the first room we were given was unacceptable, it smelled like smoke even though supposedly was non-smoking. The rooms are very small (two twin beds) and feel old. The walls are very thin and one can hear the conversations in the room next door. While there is new paint and flatscreen TVs at the core this feels like an old cheap motel from the 1960s. Also while there are two pools (one indoor and one outdoor) the pools are small and the outdoor jacuzzi is small and was only in intermittent operation. However, the hotel has several redeeming qualities. The lobby area and lounge are large and airy. My daughter hung out in the open areas to prepare for her school tests. The lunch restaurant (Red's) has fantastic views of the beach and the food is very yummy. The staff is very nice and while not everything was perfect on Memorial Day weekend it was still early in the season. So we will probably not come back anytime soon since there are other spots on the Cape we like more, however it is definitely a beautiful spot with its own charm. Like I said a real mixed bag. My advice to the owners would be to tear down the old buildings on site and rebuild new to 21st century standards and expectations.

The management of this hotel seems rather inattentive to basic services and amenities. Hospitality is not something they do. Stay here if you are looking for a (rather expensive) bed to sleep in, but do not expect the amenities or service of a good hotel or resort. It is, apparently from my experience, impossible to get two wine glasses for you room. I had to walk to the front desk only two be sent to the bar where i was told to ask the front desk. The experience was farcical and extremely irritating. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and so can confidently say the renovations they have done are excellent. It is now a very fine hotel in a wonderful location right on the beach. Only had breakfast in the dining room but it was very nice. You cannot beat the view. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Love the old photos of vacationers on Silver Beach that they have used for art in the rooms.

Good location, rooms were clean and property was well kept.

Room lovely. Nice update. Staff great. Beach beautiful. Restaurant delicious. Brunch just ok. Man at check in particularly lovely about my disabled daughter.

Room was very clean. Great location. Love that they feature Starbucks coffee. Had a wonderful breakfast in the restaurant. Plan to return to Sea Crest next year.

They are doing a very nic job with the hotel renovating the hotel. Our room had been renovated and very nice. Beautiful location right on the beach.

Staff was very helpful and always smiled. Food good and priced as expected for location. Ocean view room walking out to boardwalk incredible!!! Beds a little small. Ease of access and well planned activities. Such a great place for families!!!

Everything was really great, the rooms are very modern, we had a view of the water from our balcony, everything was clean and it was really cute. We had a great weekend

Great spot for kids and adults. We went over school vacation week and loved the fact it was right on the beach. The staff were great and the room was clean and comfortable...highly recommend it ,

The room was very nice and had a beautiful sunset and next to the beach. The hotel and the rooms were very clean only one complain the bed was uncomfortable and small

The hotel still has some renovations to do, they are feeling the effects of the hurricane Sandy. Views are amazing the location of our room was great!

We wanted to relax and enjoy the pool and hot tub but there was a large kids birthday party in the pool area. They were smashing pinatas and blowing loud obnoxious horns. So we decided to go to dinner and go in the pool after the party was over. However when we came back from dinner we were told the pool area closed at 7pm. The only reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. I was extremely unsatisfied with the hotel and will never return there again. A complete waste of money and time.

We spent Thanksgiving at Sea Crest -- what a beautiful locations looking out on Buzzards Bay. In spite of Hurricane Sandy, the property was beautiful, the staff very friendly, and I can just imagine how nice it would be with warmer weather!

The hotel staff was very helpful when I requested to change rooms because the first room I was given was right across from the elevator. The room was clean. The only complaint I have is that the bed was uncomfortable.

Stayed there for 6 days for a business trip in November. The room was clean and in excellent condition. Even had a view of the sea. Highly recommended.

Check-in was earlier than anticipated and staff was really nice. Grounds were well kept, even after the storm passed by it. Nice window view of the white beach, even enjoyed a beautiful sunset. Breakfast as great, but dinner choices were limited.

We had a wonderful time.

We were extremely pleased with the way the Sea Crest has been remodeled, renovated and upgraded. The rooms were great! The food was also extremely good. The one thing that dismayed us was that we did not have any maid/room service our first day, notr did friends staying in a different room in a different building. However, the desk staff did give us a complimentary breakfast for two to compensate for it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

All rooms in this hotel have been completely renovated and they did a excellent job. The hotel is literally on the beach and I had an oceanfront room. I will definitely stay there again.

What can I say - we were stranded (!) in the hotel during Hurricane Sandy and they were all fabulous. No effort was spared for our comfort in spite of the kitchen being closed !! Great staff. Also - try the Lobster sandwich - unbelievable. Will stay again if in the area

I was very impressed with the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful the food at Red's was amazing! Two thumbs up! Would definitely go back.

This was our second stay the same week and expected to have everything the same.The room was as expected but the service was less than expected.The first stay they couldn't do enough for you but was a little disappointed this time. the outdoor pool was closed, the chairs were put away.We used our own chairs on the beach on a beautiful sunny 70+day. The indoor pool was a really great pool and so clean! The restaurant was very good. Of course the beach and view is beautiful. This hotel seems to cater to conference guests.

Hotel is on the ocean, clean room, asked for ocean view but had to look out the edge of the window to catch a view, great view of the pool though

The Staff is more than wonderful, the Hotel is beautiful, the food was really really good, the beach is lovely and although the hotel is not in the city it is located beautifully and 10 minutes from Falmouth city center. The rooms are very nice. The only downer was the bed was not as comfortable as I would have expected here. We had a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool and were steps from the beach! What more could I ask for? When we go back to Cape Cod, I would certainly stay again.

This place has the best sunset that os on the east coast. Beach is beautiful. Very nice place to go even in the offseason. Highly recommended

great place to stay

Spacious clean room with ocean view. Service always polite and attentive. Plenty to do including swim in heated outdoor saltwater pool. Best part is location right on beautiful Old Silver beach. Clean white sand, beautiful sunsets, amazing food. Try the New England clam chowder at Red's. Worth every penny. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Located on a lovely beach in a very nice area. Room was massive and very comfortable. We had a partial sea view although the room was by the service road which was a little noisy in the mornings. Reds restaurant was very good as was the service generally in the hotel. Staff were generally very friendly. The decor was a little tired in parts of the hotel but everything was very clean.

my wife and I had an good time we had no problems with the room or staff.we will go back

The hotel staff was great. They were friendly and helpful. The best part of this hotel is the attached beach and that it was only a few minutes drive into town for places to eat and shop. The room was updated and clean. The one downside was that there was no safe in the room to hold valuables. Also there was a fridgerator but no microwave. Having a fridge was a plus though. All in all, this hotel is a great place to stay near Martha's Vineyard and probably is the only hotel with a beach on Buzzards Bay. We would recommend it to our friends.

Was dissappointed the indoor pool was being repaired. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed staying in the private beach with beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the hotel. The out -door pool is quite small. We did not have chance to use the indoor pool since it was closed for maintenance. My children love the ping-pong. The room is clean and comfortable.
