InnPlace Hotel Bensalem - Bensalem

This Hotel was very clean, the staff extremely friendly, came with a hot breakfast that was extremely great! Hot eggs, breakfast potatoes, hot oatmeal, coffee and juices..cold cereal, pastries, bagels, toast, yogurt, etc. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. A bit harder than usual to find, but when found a real treasure.

Beds were very comfortable, clean room, friendly staff. great location. The free breakfast was really good. Wish they had waffles.

I highly recomend this hotel. The rooms were spotless. The bedding felt very luxurious. I wish mmy stay had been longer than one night. I will definitly stay here again!

When I booked the room was promised a rollaway bed,but was not given one due to size of room, also I had to ask for a microwave to be brought to the room with no visible outlet to plug in.

As long as you don't spend the money you saved by choosing this hotel, by gambling in the casino next door!

It was nice but the spa tube was broken, and no water cooler in the gym

There beds are awesome, rooms are big and water is soft! Major plus!

The hotel was very clean. The king room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

we were so please with our stay!! for months, we could not find the courtyard Marriott in Bensalem...close to Parx Casino. We finally looked onto Hotels.com and found InnPlace!! the greeting, room, accomodations were all the same and a FREE breakfast as well!!! We were so thrilled to find Cheryl still working in the dining room! Everyone is so friendly..Very happy there... will def book again!!!

Great location - will be nice to stay when it is warmer and the pool is open.

everything was great except when we went to check in, i asked the front desk about the breakfast that came with our reservation. she said it was a continental breakfast. i said when i made the reservation, it never said anything about continental breakfast, it said free breakfast. if it was continental, it should have said it was continental. most places that i make reservations with distinguish the difference. but she was very nice and gave us a coupon that gave us the buffet each morning that we were there. other than that, everything was great.

My friend and I escaped for a casino get-away and picked this hotel based solely on his proximity to Parx Casino. We were pleasantly surprised from the incredibly comfortable beds to the kindness of the female staff member we met at breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and again and again given the opportunity.

It was a nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms. However there was no refrigerator and microwave. All the rooms are non smoking.

After 3 times that they sent us up & down , the room was not ready, no fridge, no microwave, breakfast was nothing but cold eggs and some sausages. Ice machine and soda machine didn't work !!! It's worth to spend extra $ and go somewhere else. Overall : I wouldn't give any stars to this place!!!!

Spent one night here . Nice rooms, comfortable beds and a great value. Right next door to Parx Casino and many dining choices along the main road .

It med our needs. We were there to attend a wedding at a near by facility, so we spent little time in the hotel. However, we found the employees at the desk to be very polite/helpful. Also, were tthe cleaners. Parking was adequate. Very quiet atmosphere, which we liked. The coffee was very good!

Hotel was nice for the price. Free hot breakfast was excellent. Fitness room had some broken equipment but overall well pleased.

Mold on the shower curtain and a soft bed guaranteed to give you a backache!!

We needed a place to stay for a night because of a problem in our home. We saw this great rate for a room here and the room was nice for the price. There were things I noticed (peeling wallpaper in some small spots) but I was comfortable in the room and the breakfast was good and the staff accommodating.

Very clean and comfortable hotel within walking distance of the casino when the weather is nice. Above average breakfast in nice lounge setting. Quick check in and check out service.

We were having our home remodeled and needed to be away for a few days but wanted to still be conveniently located to restaurants and main roads (Street Rd, Routes 95 and 1, and the PA Turnpike all very close). The Parx Casino is right next door, but the hotel is set back so there is no noisy traffic. Free buffet breakfast is not gigantic, but much better than expected --includes scrambled eggs, waffles--not just continental fare. Bar had several people at night, friendly bartender, also has some food for those that don't want to venture out (but lots of places to eat very nearby, too). Plenty of open areas off the lobby for public use, including free internet station. Staff were all very pleasant and professional. Only complaint was that the TV was on the bureau sideways to the bed--OK if just one person, but awkward for second person to view! Forgot--also has free local and national newspapers available by elevator! We're coming back next week for a couple of days---the contractors still aren't finished working in our house! This hotel is a great deal--very clean, good staff, free breakfast and newspaper, and conveniently located. It may be difficult to find if you are not from the area--it's behind the TGIFridays and Greenwood buildings--no obvious hotel sign posted--we live nearby and didn't even know what the building was!

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel and would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it highly. The only complaint is that if I hadn't seen the sign for the hotel on the highway, I wouldn't have found it. As far as I could tell, (and I've never encountered this before), there was NO visible sign on the front of the hotel with it's name. In fact I had to go into the hotel and ask the desk clerk if I were at the right hotel!

Friendly service. Nice, clean rooms. They have free wifi which is very convenient, in this day and age I think every hotel should have it but unfortunately that's not the case. I did not eat at the hotel restaurant just because there are a dozen places to eat at close to the hotel and many are in walking distance. This was my second stay and I wouldn't mind staying there again.
