Very good! Clean, comfortable.

Reserved room not available even though booked far in advance, so they offered alternate room. Requested room away from highway before arriving, this requested was also not honored. Highway traffic was enough to interrupt sleep and started around 4:30 am. Room service was excellent.

This hotel was great for us. The area did not have much traffic congestion and the location made it easy for us to get on and of the freeway. The inside of the hotel was romantic and at the same time was a great place for business groups. We do expect to visit again soon and this is considered one of our FIRST PICKS!!!

Nice value for price. Only bad thing that happened to us is the shower came off while my daughter was taking a shower. Luckily it did not hit her. However when we told the person at reception, all he said was sorry! a little disappointed for this though

Over all my stay at the hotel was good. The rooms were nice and clean. It was convenient to the local points of interest. However, the breakfast that we prepaid for was horrible. We stayed two nights and had breakfast the first morning, after the first mornings experience, we decided not to have breakfast at the hotel the next morning.

Great clean hotel with warm and contemporary feel throughout. Breakfast selection was okay. If it weren't for the herky-jerky elevators... i would've rated them a 5.

Overall, room was nice and spacious. Staff very helpful and courteous. Good food for good price in the hotel restaurant. Elevators need some work.

The hotel is fine.. the entry to the hotel is limited to one-direction on the service road.Other than that, well worth the stay.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza in SIlver Spring, MD and really enjoyed our stay which was why we chose the Crowne Houston. Staff was very helpful with shopping and restaurant staff was very attentive and friendly. We will stay here the next time we head to Houston.

We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed for one night. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful when we checked in and out. Our room was very elegant and CLEAN!!! Great location!! We plan on using this hotel again!

The rooms were very clean. Lobby and reception area was very well kept and staff was great

Very nice staff. Breakfast was very nice and the people were very nice.

They said it was a new location - new is relative. The rooms have been redone - but the rest of the building is falling apart. Location is SCARY if you can even find it under three highways - afraid our car would be broken into - and no where near Galleria-would take an hour to get there in rush hour. Elevators scarier - got stuck 3 times and had to call fire department once. TV in room did not work. OH-and staff is completely apathetic - everyone of them should be fired - apparently they have no problem with rappers doing shots and beers in the dining room at 7:00 am.

I really loved the decor and the atmosphere of the hotel. I will definitely stay there again. It also seems like a beautiful hotel to have a wedding at.

Nice hotel.

good looking hotel but ask for a room close to the ground floor (elevators slow & small) & a room that faces AWAY from the freeway. this place sits right up against the access road.

We spent nine days here and it was generally excellent but for the smelly and slow elevators. I understand the management is going to renovate these soon, but they should have done this along with the recent remodel. Their room keys didn't work most of the time and had to be reprogrammed regularly. However, the staff was wonderful and the beds really comfy so it was 9/10 for us. The rates were very competitive but not in the center of the action at the Galleria. Hotel is located right off the 10 freeway and luckily we had a room facing the pool so it was quiet.

Staff very friendl, bed very comfortable. Close to enough to the Galleria for my buisness meeting. I would recommend and stay there again. Good breakfat in the morning.

the hotel and room were both very pleasant surprises. Modern, updated, very clean and comfortable. Next time, we will request a room on the back side of the hotel...away from IH 10. The highway noise interrupted our sleep.

Excellent hotel with all modern amenities, including wifi free in all rooms. Avoid valet parking as the self-parking area is just as close to the door. Free shuttle to the vast Galleria mall, three miles away. Only criticism was the extortionate price of breakfast!

Excellent hotel though hard to find if coming from the east.

I really enjoyed this property. The decor, the friendly staff, etc..I will definitely stay at this property again!!

It was nice and convenient. This was a former Ramada, so the upgrades and fresh look are nice. Just wish the elevator smells would dissipate. I stayed here years ago and they same stench is evident. Quality place for the price. Will stay here next month.

Very pleased with the hotel. Elevators were a little jerky and there was a bad smell when you exited the elevator on the second floor but otherwise it was a great experience and I will stay there again on my next business trip. Great location and staff.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was just OK. Difficult to get in and out of and elevators were slow. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

We had to check in early (around 9 am) and were worried it would be a pain to haggle with the staff. Not at all! They were very accommodating and did not give us any trouble at all with our early check in. The only thing we didn't appreciate was, an hour after we checked in, the maid service tried to come clean our room. We were being lazy in bed and had to go tell them not to come in, and thank goodness for that top lock, or they would have! Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.
