Quality Inn & Suites Next to the Casino - באטל קריק

The pool is no longer open, since January 2013. This was the only reason I chose this hotel.

Very good except for the musty smell in the lobby, hallway to the lobby and in the room where the breakfast is held.

We enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn & Suites. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the casino at half the cost. There is a shuttle that runs on Friday nights between the hotel and casino until 2 a.m. That was a nice addition. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean - good staff- good breakfast-pillows inadequate- too noisy,inadequate soundproofing - too expensive

Noisy in hallway all nite, and the heater was very noisy.

They don't offer a casino package. We found out that Firekeepers owns this Quality Inn and there were no other hotels or restaurants of quallity nearby with an average price range. We won't be back to Firekeepers. We also felt that there should be some sort of driveway from Casino to hotel. We did enjoy the pool and hottub.

Our stay was only for one night but multiple nights would have been fine. We visited the casino which is why we stayed here. Casino rooms were way over priced. Room was clean, staff courteous, breakfast was very good. Did not ge to use the pool but the area was very clean in appearance. On our next visit I hope to stay again and use the pool.

Sometimes it gets a little noisy late into the evening from casino patrons getting in. The beds were a little too firm for us. We have stayed there many times because of the shuttle service to the casino.

Overall it was fine. The room was clean and the staff friendly. It was a bit overpriced. I expected a little more for the price

next door to casino, hotel itself needs work. restaurant on site was over priced.

Our stay was very pleasant. I was quit surprised that the had a continuos Shuttle running, being as how it was so close to the casino.

The hotel was very clean! They have a bar and restaurant in the hotel which was a definite plus! It is about a minute away from the Firekeepers casino! Staff was great!

It was very nice & we enjoyed it very much.

Really fit our needs. The clerks at the front desk were very friendly. All areas of the hotel were clean. It was located next to the casino and not far from alot of restaurants. On the weekends the hotel offers free shuttle to and from the casino which was a plus.

This was a nice hotel in a safe neighborhood. Clean and friendly staff. No elevator which is tough when traveling with a heavy load. Ask for a ground level room.

Big room, excellent breakfast and wi-fi service. Staff very helpful. The pool and spa pool a bonus after a long days travelling.

Upon check in I found hair in the shower, I addressed it to the front desk and they did nothing about it. I would like someone to call me about this matter.

People are very friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was nice and hot and there was plenty of it. The room was very clean and the maid service was exellent plenty of clean towels. I would recomend this hotel to my friends. My wife and I travel a lot thru the USA and I would consider staying at a Quality Inn again, this was our first time at a Quality Inn.

The location was great, since I was staying overnight after a wedding I attended in Marshall. The parking lot had me a little nervous, because it didn't look that nice. But inside the hotel was great! Good value for the room we got...especially since I split the cost with 4 friends.

Nice hotel, great staff, rooms are clean and updated. We are frequent guests to the hotel because of the location, being right next to the casino, and we have always had a good experience.

We were very satisfied with our hotel accomodations.

We've stayed here on previous occasions, but this time they didn't have a room on the first floor which we specified when we made the reservation - apparently due to some remodeling going on, and since there is no elevator in this facility, we had to carry out luggage to the second floor, Maybe no Big Deal for some people, but my wife and I are elderly people, and we always either stay on the first floor, or take an elevator to the upper floors. I'm sure we won't be staying at this motel on future travels from home. Sorry!

Convenient location - just next door. Pleasantly surprised at accomodations. Exceeded my expectations.

This was a terrible place to stay. From the start, things went wrong. The man at the front desk chose to answer the phone instead of checking me and my son in, as he should have done. Also, there were no secure exterior doors, which means criminals can feel free to come into the hotel and do whatever they please. Third, the beds were hard as a rock and impossible to sleep on. Fourth, the bathroom was nasty looking! The tile in the shower needs complete replacing. Also, part of the trim of the door was peeled off. Fifth, the faucet on the sink (which is in front of the bathroom) didn't work properly and I never could get any warm water out of it. My guess is that the faucet was at least 30 years old. Unacceptable for as much as they charged me! The whole hotel was awful. Even the so called "continental breakfast" was a joke. The juice was watery. Conclusion: horrible, dangerous place to stay. It's obvious they are trying to make top dollar because they aren't far from the casino. What a joke. Oh, and one more thing! The 20 oz. bottles of pop are $2 in the friggin vending machine. What a joke. (Didn't buy one, of course.)
