Swimming pool closed. Bummer

Trucks! Lots of semi-trucks in the lot; coming and going. Loud. Sheets like paper bags (very low quality) and other attributes show that the owners are beyond frugal. The staff was friendly and polite. The location was convenient to interstate and with several options to dine nearby.

Such a low cost operation that the lone clerk filled several roles. Profit motive of management seemed primary. Soap dispensers, etc. says it all.

For the price it was above my expectations. I am very pleased with my time here. I never heard my neighbors and slept without issues.

Great room for the price, Cleaen and safe.

No real big complaints. I needed a cheap room for a night and it served its purpose.

The beds were comfortable. The shower head was good and the water was hot. They had a basic breakfast. Overall I would say it was a good deal.

We thought the hotel was disgusting not at all what the write up said. Our room smelt of mold & was very small.The hotel staff were rude & unhelpful.We really did notenjoy our stay at the hotel & will never stay at a Best Western again. This hotel was 20 minutes away from Nashville soan evening &a couple of drinks was impossible.

Easy access to the interstate, room itself was very dated,dirty and damaged.Outdoor entry so the noise level of other guest walking by your window and door was present. Early bird gets the worm for breakfast, very crowded small area for dining with cumbersome breakfast bar line that like the room, left cleanliness at the door.

Fine for an overnight stay while traveling. We did experience a power outage while we were there possibly due to a storm, though it was not made clear and had to call the front desk regarding a 3 am pool party. A restless night for those reasons.

No complaints - we would stay there again.

The bed was hard, the Heating/AC was noisy. The bedding was not sufficient. We had to request an additional blanket. Continental breakfast was adequate at best.

Fairly nice hotel, good for the price. Woke up late, after a late evening and we nearly pushed out of the hotel by the cleaning employees. I understand that they wanted to finish their job, but it was rather rude. Otherwise, the hotel was nice.

The attendant on duty when I arrived was very rude. When I questioned him on why he was not friendlier he said he was not there to make friends with me. I told him he was representing Best Western but he answered me back with “he represents himself not Best Western”. If the room was not pre-paid I would have left. With this experience I will NEVER stay at a Best Western again.

We overall enjoyed our room. The staff were nice, the room was clean and comfortable and the location is great. Our microwave and mini fridge worked great and were super clean. The only little issue we had ( which really isn't much of anything) was that our room was located across from the ice machine. Convenient , Right? Well, we thought so until some overzealous party goers from on down kept getting ice about every hour on the hour throughout the night. Not only is the machine loud enough, but they just add to the commotion. It wasn't the hotels fault, but did take away from the experience. Overall, you get what you paid for, and for this area I thought it was nice. We would easily stay again.

I read the ratings others left but did not agree with them. I had a great time with my friends there and it was nice a d super clean.

Room we had was small, but clean. Room door opens to the outside, which was nice for quick unloading the car to the room, but otherwise would be a pain on a longer stay. For what we needed it was fine. No onsite restaurant.

Everything was good it was nice and comfortable. Need a little more attention on vacumming around the edges of the room.

The people at the counter were very nice and told us about the breakfast the next morning. A little disappointed that the breakfast was all "carbs" and not even any eggs or fruit.

I would not recommend this hotel to my enemies. The room had an unpleasant stench. The faucet had an unrecognizable layer of dirt. The bathroom was nasty and the floor appeared as if it had not been vacuumed. EVERYTHING in the room was old. This hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. The evening staff were rude and unhelpful.

Check in and out was very easy and fast. Free breakfast was nice too. Beds were a little hard but I like hard beds. Good for my back. It was quiet and very well kept. I felt safe staying there. Easy to get off and back on to the highway. Parking could be a little better

Quiet, comfortable room, good breakfast. TV was almost nonexistant, picture on all channels but one was terrible.

stopped here to get some rest on the way to Ohio with the family.

This was, by far, the WORST hotel stay we have ever had! The evening front desk staff was nice, but gave us terrible advice on local restaurants and services. The room was OK, but that was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. The floor would have been better. When I reported this to the morning staff, she rudely asked why we didn't call the front desk as they could have switched our room. When you're tossing and turning all night long, or for at least the four hours we could stand it, you don't feel in the mood to pack up your things and move to a room that probably has the same exact bed!

unbeatable price for provided quality...

I'm very familiar with the neighborhood. I bought this room for my boyfriends birthday. It was clean, and what I expected for the price. My only complaint is the "breakfast" or lack there of was horrible. The only real food they had was biscuits and gravy, which were terrible. Ill definitely stay here again, will just be skipping breakfast.

Only kind thing I can say, the price was fair. Great location, right off the interstate.

The hotel had everything that I needed for my stay: refrigerator, microwave, internet connections, breakfast. I even booked a second stay.

The customer service is horrible, the rooms are dirty, and the employees are rude and apathetic. Don't stay here!

Our stay at this Best Western was horrible. We called the night before our arrival to confirm our reservation and were rudely received by the receptionist and given misinformation about our reservation. Once we actually arrived at the hotel to check in (the following day), the check-in process took an inordinate amount of time, as our online bookings had not been correctly recorded by Best Western. We were also told that we would be charged MORE than we had paid online, yet again by a rude representative. The icing on the cake, though, was the USED CONDOM left on a lamp shade in one of the rooms! When this issue was brought to the attention of a Best Western representative, he acted almost miffed that we would complain about something of this nature and offered no remediation save a token and forced apology. I will never, ever, ever stay at a Best Western in my life.

Clean and comfortable at an affordable price.

This hotel was located right off of the freeway, very easy to find and access. There is a Kroger and a few fast food restaurants right next to it as well. I drove from Beaumont,Texas to Columbus, Ohio and this hotel was in the perfect location for us to make a stop. The beds were comfortable, the room was warm (it was very cold outside when we stayed!) and the staff was very friendly at check in and out. The complimentary breakfast was very good as well!

Had a guy pounding on all the room doors at 12:30 AM. Very hard to sleep after that.

It's good to stay there. Lots of places to eat around the inn. The room is what you'd expect from an inn. The breakfast has very limited variety. It's really a hot breakfast only.

Rooms were looking a little threadbare but mattresses were new so that was good. Breakfast buffet was better than average and the staff were friendly. For the price (which was good) I got what I expected. Power did go off part of the night and rooms got cold but that was an external issue (car hit power pole going into hotel).

Weird check in procedure through a slot in a window caused me to be apprehensive about the crime level . But we did not have any issues, and it seemed fine. The place was nice , with a great conti breakfast.
